Best Cashew: A Nutritious Delight
Cashews are rich in healthy fats, proteins, and essential minerals like magnesium and zinc. They provide a satisfying crunch and natural sweetness, making them perfect for snacking or adding to dishes. Enjoyed raw, roasted, or in various recipes, cashews are a versatile and nutritious choice.

Cashew nuts are graded based on size, color, and appearance. The grading system helps determine their quality and value in the market. Here are the main grades of cashews:
W-180: These are the largest and highest quality cashews, often referred to as "Whole Premium" or "Grade 1". The number indicates the number of nuts per pound. W-180 has about 180 nuts per pound.
W-210: Slightly smaller than W-180, these cashews are still considered high-quality whole nuts, with approximately 210 nuts per pound.
W-240: These are also high-quality cashews but are a bit smaller, with around 240 nuts per pound.
SW (Scorched Wholes): These are whole cashews with a slightly darker color due to the roasting process, but still retain good quality.
SPL (Splits): These cashews are broken into two or more pieces, often used in baking or cooking. They are smaller and lower in price compared to whole cashews.
Pieces: This category includes smaller broken pieces of cashews, often used in processed products or as an ingredient in snacks.
Butts: Cashew butts are larger pieces of broken nuts, typically with one side flat and the other curved.
The grade of cashew typically depends on its size, with larger, whole nuts being more expensive, while smaller pieces or broken nuts are more affordable.

Cashew nuts ka rang pehle halke safed ya cream jaisa hota hai jab ye fresh hote hain. Lekin jab inhe rosta hai, to inka rang thoda golden ya light brown ho jata hai. Inka outer shell ek hard, dark brown colour ka hota hai, jise hatane ke baad andar ka nut milta hai. Cashew ka inner part smooth aur creamy texture ka hota hai, aur unka rang natural roop mein white ya off-white hota hai. Roasting ke baad, ye nuts thoda crispy ho jaate hain aur unka rang bhi thoda darker ho sakta hai, depending on the roasting process.

Cashew splits ka matlab hai woh cashew nuts jo processing ke dauran do tukdon mein split ho jaate hain ya naturally crack ho jaate hain. Ye usually whole cashews se chhote hote hain aur unmein thoda damage ya breakage hota hai, lekin inka taste utna hi accha hota hai. Cashew splits ko quality ke hisaab se different grades mein classify kiya jata hai. Yeh kuch commonly used grades hain:
Splits (LWP - Large White Pieces):
Description: Ye bade aur clean splits hote hain. Inka texture thoda crispy aur smooth hota hai, aur inka colour pale white ya off-white hota hai. Yeh high quality splits hote hain aur cooking ya snacking ke liye ideal hote hain.
Use: Inka use snacks, curries, aur sweets banane mein hota hai.
Splits (SWP - Small White Pieces):
Description: Ye splits thode chhote aur fine hote hain, jinka texture thoda rough ho sakta hai. Inka rang thoda light brown ya golden ho sakta hai.
Use: Ye mostly processed foods, sauces, aur cooking mein use kiye jaate hain.
Scorched Splits:
Description: Ye splits thode dark ho sakte hain aur roasting ke dauran thoda overcooked ho sakte hain. Inka taste slightly roasted hota hai aur thoda bitter bhi lag sakta hai.
Use: Inka use mainly food industry mein hota hai, jaise roasted snacks aur processed food products.
Broken Splits:
Description: Ye smallest splits hote hain aur unmein damage ya breakage zyada hota hai. Size mein ye kaafi chhote hote hain aur unka texture bhi rough hota hai.
Use: Broken splits ka use mostly confectionery, cakes, aur biscuits mein hota hai.
Cashew splits ka grading mainly unke size, texture, aur damage ke hisaab se hota hai. High-grade splits mein kam damage aur achha texture hota hai, jabki lower grades mein zyada damage aur chhote pieces hote hain.
