Borderline Rage
Being in that rage… it’s so all consuming, in that when it hits it has no beginning and no end.
It comes out of absolutely nowhere and explodes with the force of a nuclear bomb.
It feels like I’m trapped in the back of my mind like a person locked in the trunk of a car, with someone else at the wheel while I’m utterly helpless to watch.
Then when its run its course it’s over as quickly as it started, and I collapse under a mountain of regret, embarrassment, helplessness and exhaustion.
