the option to upgrade the size of your other 3 ground level rooms

more stores (the Roost for socializing, Kicks for more shoes/bags, Retail to buy/sell furniture items and learn unique customizations, etc.)

the ability to buy multiple clothes of the same type at the same time at the Able Sisters
