According to the text, there seemed to be this belief from the team that an animated film shouldn’t be dark or depressing?? :/ No wonder the “Biggering” song never made the cut!

To celebrate the 11th anniversary of the Once-ler fandom, I’m taking the time to share some photos of Lorax concept art from The Art of Eric Guillon, which I bought last year. I picked out the pieces that I hadn’t seen posted online yet (to my knowledge), including those that are slightly different versions of ones we’ve seen. I’m also including the little blurbs that accompanied them. I hope you guys enjoy!!
