Delta Sky Club Does It Right

Having a great time at the Delta Sky Club in Atlanta, GA today. Enroute to Bogota, Colombia and waiting here for our connection.

In addition to that the food is great, the drinks are wonderful and the atmosphere is right,.

I have been flying Delta Air Lines for many years and am Lifetime Gold Medallion. I’m glad to be with them and love the service they give.

Think about how you can make your service to customers all the more special. I’m learning a lot here as we wait for our connecting flight.

Benjamin Franklin on Freedom

Benjamin Franklin was one of the greatest Americans who ever lived. He had a lot of wisdom and new a lot about many different topics.

One of those areas were he put his life at risk, quite literally, was for the cause of freedom. He was one of the founding fathers of the United States of America.He risked his life by being at the gathering of those opposing Britain and standing up against Great Britain for the colonies.

When he says that freedom is vital it means a lot more than just someone who casually says what seems to be the popular thing to say. He realized that without freedom of thought there is no such thing as wisdom, that makes a lot of sense.We have to be able to say what we believe and to discuss it in peaceful means with others.

Today we have become too polarized in our views. Freedom means that you get a chance to express what you want to say to others. Freedom means that you defend the rights of others to say what they want even if it’s against you.It is axiomatic that this discussion must be conducted in an environment of non-initiation of force. I like the idea of living life doing whatever you want as long as you do not harm another person. If you initiate force against someone else then you have lost your right to exist in a peaceful manner.

You Paid The IRS? You Got Scammed [VIDEO]

Taxpayer beware! If you sent money to a shady group known as the Internal Revenue Service recently, or ever, I have bad news… you’ve been scammed.

This is not a joke. The truth is, you aren’t really ‘paying’ them, rather, they’re extorting you.

If you’re employed in the US, maybe the IRS actually returned a small amount of your hard-earned income they stole, but it’s even worse for you because they’ve hijacked your paycheck.

Indeed, 1913 was a dark year for liberty that stretches to the present day. That’s when, by no coincidence, both the Federal Reserve Bank and the Federal Income Tax were established.

Since then, in the land of the free, no longer is an individual the sole possessor of the fruits of his labor. All earnings now essentially belong to the government first, and bureau-rats in the District of Criminals decide how much a worker gets to keep.

The worst part is, you’ve literally been brainwashed to believe taxation is not theft. So many of us can relate to these laughable moments of questioning:

As the Dutch libertarian activist points out in this viral video, for the first few thousand years, the state used all that confiscated wealth to enrich the nobility and the king.

Even the so-called Founding Fathers were willing to go to war over what? A 2% tax on tea? Yet another “Tax Day” came and went and you’ve been scammed again out of a huge portion of your salary.

Is Being Healthy Illegal In America? The Truth About Stem Cells [VIDEO]

The pharmaceutical industry’s suppression of effective modern remedies is one of the biggest crimes against humanity. Drug lobbyists and politicians have manipulated the healthcare system in most countries so that your pain is their gain.

As such, stem cell treatment is highly restricted in the USSA, yet readily available in Mexico. I recently traveled to beautiful Puerto Vallarta where I had the privilege of visiting the Dream Body Clinic. Joshua Ketner has twice been a guest on Anarchast, so we’ve discussed everything from overcoming depression and improving the quality of life, to testosterone and the benefits of Human Growth Hormone (HGH).

While I’ve tried many innovative treatments (including stem cell therapy), this time was different because I wanted to show my subscribers up close what it is all about and how it works.

When stem cells are put into a body, they target anything that’s bad or damaged, so they’re really more like “messenger” or “signaling” cells. This explains why when I lift weights and my muscles get inflamed, that’s when I really feel the stem cells inside me working, because they are targeting anything inside me that needs to be repaired.

Most of the negative stigma around all this comes from the US Stem Cell Research Funding Ban, signed by Bush in 2001, which prohibited research from being done with aborted fetuses and embryos. Adult stem cell research however, which has widespread support, has already produced cures and treatments for cancer and paralysis.

So there’s no dark, secretive lab where evil scientists kill a bunch of babies for this — on the contrary, all stem cells at Dream Body, and most reputable clinics, are from healthy, live births and are byproducts of the placenta or umbilical tissue that is usually considered “waste” when a baby is born. These are basically very active cells that are obviously important to a life being created, and that’s what makes them so useful for an older person to have in their body, because our bodies stopped creating cells like this a long time ago.

To be clear, placenta based stem cells from adults are considered totally safe and ethical. Of course, anyone seeking any medical treatment should always do their own research and consult with reputable and experienced practitioners.

Secrets Of The State: Privacy To Spy, Steal, Kill [VIDEO]

There is no “free press” in the US or UK. Julian Assange being arrested and dragged from the Ecuadorian Embassy by British police should remind us of this. The sad truth is that any semblance of a Free Press has been dead for years.

Enter WikiLeaks.

In 2006, Assange founded the non-partisan, multi-national media project he describes as “a giant library of the world’s most persecuted documents.” The organization (which keeps the slogan “We open governments”) claims a perfect record of document authentication and resistance to all censorship attempts.

Through analysis and publication of censored and restricted official materials, the group has managed to expose high-level secrets involving war, spying and corruption. Their website has published more than 10 million leaked documents, pissing off the powers that (shouldn’t) be onboth sides of the aisle.

Assange now reportedly faces extradition to the USSA after his seven-year asylum was just revoked by Ecuador.

  Meanwhile Donald Trump, who in 2016 said “I love WikiLeaks” when they released Hillary Clinton’s classified emails, told reporters he has no opinion on the DOJ’s charges against the whistleblower.

While out for a walk with my dog, I unpacked the facts and shared my thoughts on all this in more detail, including the role of Assange in the propaganda machine. I also discussed Snowden and Manning, Cypherpunks and the origins of Bitcoin.

Is The US-Mexican Border Really Closing? [VIDEO]

Being stuck in the USSA is something like a worst nightmare for me, yet an influx of people have supposedly been trying to get into the home of the slaves.

I recently caught up with my friend Luke Rudkowski before leaving the land of the fees. We were both in Sedona, Arizona (a beautiful place nonetheless) to speak at the inaugural Anarchizona.

Luke and I had a chance to break down the latest immigration hysteria, political myths, and fake news for his popular channel We Are Change. Also avocados!

Do people really believe that if they completely shut down the Mexican border, the only noticeable difference would be a shortage of avocados? Or is that just what it takes to get the outrage-crowd to pay more attention?

  Mexico and the US are massive trade partners. A shutdown in trade would possibly be the largest single event in economic history. At the very least it’d certainly rank up there. It’d be over $600 billion in trade wiped out with a single wave of the Orange Fuhrer’s hand.

If the border really closed, Mexican goods such as automobiles, electronics, oil products, silver, various fruits and vegetables, coffee, cotton and much more would rise in price dramatically in the states, or even become unavailable.

This is way bigger than avocados. It would likely cause a major depression in both the US and Mexico, which would only lead to more people in Mexico fleeing to the socialist USSA for the free stuff. Yet many statists on the right have been naively cheering it on, because “scary brown people!”

“Why is this gringo running to Mexico before the Trump border closing?” asks Rudkowski.

John McAfee on Bitcoin

  John McAfee is right about this. Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies represent a major shift in our commerce can be conducted. The progress of Cryptocurrencies cannot be stopped any more than a third party can stop two individuals from exchanging goods and paying for that with blockchain, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

This scares governments quite a bit. They have long controlled the currencies of their respective countries. If you can control the money, you control other areas. Now with Cryptocurrencies available, people can exchange goods and services without permission. You don’t have to worry about your credit card being denied. You don’t have to worry about charge-backs, as a merchant.

Cryptocurrencies are seeing an uptick in value as this is being posted. Is it going to last? I wish I knew. I certainly can’t make any predictions or give any financial advice. Seek out the advice from others who have studied this extensively and know much more about it than me.

However, I can say that John McAfee in saying that you can’t stop things like Bitcoin. Get education about this. Learn about how you can use it and understand the pros and cons of using it.

  This is a great quote that refers to the importance of getting experience and learning from our mistakes and failures. Too off we feel down and want to give up when we have a failure. However, if we bear in mind that failure is only temporary and we can learn from it, we do much better.

By the way, Oscar Wilde was a brilliant man with lots of great ideas. Read his work. Learn from him. You’ll find you can make great strides in what you want to do in your life.

Booker T. Washington on How To Lift Yourself

This is a great quote from the famous Booker T. Washington. What a great way to live your life helping others and lifting them.

It is one of those great, but odd, truths of life that the only way we get ahead and achieve what we need is by helping others. This reminds me of a quote of the late, great Zig Ziglar, a friend of mine and fellow member of the Professional Speaker Hall of Fame. Zig said, “You can get anything you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.”

So true. Make it your mission today to lift someone else up from their troubles. You will find that such proactive work on your part helps others and ultimately comes back to help you as well.

Shape Up: If You’re Smart, Get Healthy [VIDEO]

It’s no wonder they’re removing recess and gym class from government schools.

A happy, healthy, prosperous society requires happy, healthy, prosperous individuals—and those gains begin closest to home, within our own bodies.

As if sitting still for 6-8 hours each day regurgitating statist propaganda wasn’t crippling enough, eliminating free play and PE only serves to further disempower children.

One thing I’ve realized recently is the importance of physical fitness in how we feel and even how we think.

For Anarchast episode 454, I spoke with Greg Papanicolas, a professional trainer whose career was ignited after reading a book by Larken Rose, inspiring him to achieve self-reliance.

“I started coaching people because I’d used all the experience from failing and trying again, failing and trying again, which you can’t learn from a book…you really need to spend all that time under the bar…in that physical realm, you have to experience to really gain as much knowledge.”

Greg’s online coaching services focus not just on weight training and nutrition, but also mindfulness practice and emotional freedom techniques. In my personal experience, I’ve come to appreciate the power of resistance, endurance, and flexibility—or as Papanicolas likes to call it, AnarchyLifting.

  For me, it’s simple: a strong brain needs a strong body. I’ve found that the more I work out, the better I feel, and ironically the more I crave wholesome, nutritious food. My desire for junk food goes away; it’s almost like my body wants the nutrients necessary to repair and build muscle. On the other hand, the less I exercise, the worse I feel and my crappy cravings increase.

Greg explains his own similar experiences:

“That was the reason I was sort of falling into depression in 2012…when I experienced that, I wasn’t going [to the gym] at all. And then it was sort of cyclical at that point, that cycle just repeats itself. You stop going, your mood changes, you know those endorphins are key in all of this.”

Our discussion covered quite a few topics, including losing weight, intermittent fasting, nutrition protocols, working remotely, and how vegan bodybuilders manage their workouts and diets.
