Half of what I like about consuming media is learning about how it was made, what was cut, what was added, where it happened, what funny little things went down along the way…
If media is A.I. generated not only will I not care, but I won’t watch it. Art can only be created by humans, and without the human element there is no intention behind the art outside of monetary profit. Every A.I. “artwork” I’ve seen and “story” I’ve read feels utterly empty. Chickens at the typewriter type deal. Anything seemingly profound it creates was unintentional.
Anyway I would literally rather never see another show or movie again then see an A.I. generated one.

I find the fact that the Barbie movie is simultaneously being criticized by the right as “too radical”, and criticized by the left as “too nice to men” and/or “too pandering”, quite funny, given that America’s WHOLE SPEECH was about how, no matter what women (like the director of the Barbie movie) do, it will simultaneously always be too little and too much.

"you're not man enough, not feminine enough"
so gender is something we can fail?
that means gender is not genetic and absolute and unchangeable
but something we can build and perform, and fail at (the standards they set) but also redefine?
if i can fail at being a woman, does that mean i'm not a woman? so does that make me another gender?

Guys I am begging you please read Brennan Lee Mulligan's story about the Insane Christmas Party. He does not even BEGIN to describe it in the Fireside Chat.
