Enhanced Document Capture for Dynamics NAV 2015 with Draycir Spindle software available soon.
Spindle Professional and Spindle Document Capture will both integrate with each other so that when a document is processed and delivered by Spindle Professional, a PDF copy of the document will automatically be saved against the specific transaction in Dynamics NAV. The saved file can then be located and retrieved easily.
When a document is scanned or attached then this will also be stored against the transaction so that a user will be able to view “all” associated documents to a transaction when needed.
Market research reveals that the combined versatility of Spindle Professional and Spindle Document Capture provides an average of 20% reduction in the time spent on admin processes.
There are also plans to integrate into the 3 different ledgers in Dynamics NAV in the future which will be very easy to implement, train and use.
Learn more about Document Capture with Dynamics NAV or contact us to discuss how we can support your business.
