I regularly back up my notes for all my classes (including prior classes) to a Google Docs folder I made shareable: Study Guides & Resources.

Note: this is a full folder with sub-folders for different classes; topics; types of notes such as templates; reference tables & charts; full study guides; printable index cards, references, & charts; and good resources I've found. Over 99% of my notes are in PDF so I am able to access them on my phone, desktop, tablet, laptop, etc.

As I have more content throughout the semesters, I'll add it to the appropriate sub-folder and make a post here.
