Genevieve vs Jared: Final Verdict

Since it’s the middle of the school year things will continue from the original court order from the divorce. Come summer time Jared will get them for two months and then Gen will get them for two months and it will go back and forth like that. The children will start home schooling come September 2019 but they will also be required to be involved in a community extra circular activity for social interaction with kids their own age. Failure to enroll the children in a social activity will result in this verdict being withdrawn and the kids would have to return to public school. Being in LA or Austin still makes it easy for Jared to come by and see the children but since Australia is very far away the children can only be there for six weeks. Christmas must be spent in Austin but all other holidays can be figured out between the two of them as their schedule allows.

During the school year, yes.

But then Jared would get the kids during the summer months and she still wouldn’t be able to take the kids anywhere else so that would basically be ruling in Jared’s favor but he lost, it doesn’t make sense.

Tom is in first grade, that would be 5 years from now.

Shep is in preschool so he would then start at the same school as Tom next year and then it would be 6 years from now so he could finish. 

So to clarify you’re saying that Gen should have to stay in Austin for the next 6 years?

Since the winner was actually Genevieve with tweaks we need everyone to message in on anon and give your suggestions to what those tweaks should be. At this point anyone and everyone can send in a message whether you voted for it or not. Please do this ASAP so we can get this case closed. Gen out of nowhere gets married to some random dude and now she wants to home school the kids so she can spend 4 months in Austin, 4 months in California, and 4 months in Australia.  I do not agree with this.  I believe our kids need a stable home where they can go to school like normal children and interact with other people.  I also will never agree to her taking them away from me for 4 months to Australia just so she can chase her new husband around.  

What I will agree to:  

She cannot move them out of North America until Odette is 18 She can take them to Australia for 2 weeks each summer I get Christmas Eve, she gets Christmas Day Alternate New Year’s Eve years I get them 1 weekend a month and during school breaks. In the summer we can switch off every two weeks.

Genevieve vs Jared: Plaintiff Side

When Jared and I got married I decided to rearrange my life and move to Austin so he could still be in his home near his family. We put down roots and planned to grow old there raising a family. While Jared would be filming in Vancouver I would stay in Austin with the kids mostly but I would bring them up to Vancouver sometimes when the schedule would allow it. Jared would be home most weekends, unless he had a convention to be at. One day Jared decided that he didn’t want to be married anymore and I thought he was only following in the footsteps of his best friend who was also going through a divorce. I thought that in time Jared would figure out it wasn’t what he wanted and come back so I stayed in Austin and continued raising our family. Once he found a new relationship, got married, and had a child with her it seemed like he was spending less and less time in Austin unless it was summer time. His wife came with a child from a previous relationship and so our three kids have established sibling bonds with their step sister, Belle and their half sister Samara. Jared and his wife are now divorced but I know that keeping those bonds between the children are important to them.

I waited around for years and when I finally decided I deserved better I moved on. I didn’t intend to fall for someone so quickly but I did and I feel like Jared makes it a constant struggle for me to be in this relationship. I hate that he doesn’t see the kids more often and I’m trying to find a solution that would work for everyone. I know there will be compromises and I’m not going to get everything I want and he’s not going to get everything he wants, but it seems like he doesn’t want to compromise at all. If things aren’t going his way then they aren’t going to happen at all.

I’m remarried now and my husband is originally from Australia. He doesn’t want to give up his home nor do I feel like he should. I stayed in Austin for Jared, but now I would like to move on with my own life. I am originally from California and I would like to be able to spend more time there as well. My husband comes with three children of his own and we want our kids to have that same sibling bond that my children have already with their other siblings on Jared’s side of the family.

My husband and I want to live in LA four months out of the year, Australia four months out of the year, and still in Austin four months out of the year. My stepdaughter does homeschooling as she and her brothers travel to Spain, Australia, and the US as my husband and his ex wife share custody. I think if Jared and I home school our children as well it would make it easier for us to change the custody schedule so we each have the children for an equal six months out of the year. I think the best solution is for Jared to have them two months at a time then I would have them two months at a time and we go back and forth like that. That way the four months I’m living in each city I’m getting the kids for two months and the other two month they’ll be with Jared, so depending on his schedule the children could end up spending more than two months in Austin if Jared has them there during his time.

I’m not trying to take the children away from Jared, I’m trying to move on with my life while trying to find a way to get him MORE time with his children.

     This is to inform you that there has been a motion filed for a change in the schedule regarding the three children you share with Genevieve Hemsworth. You will have seven business days to submit your side of things to us. If we do not hear from you by November 28 the plaintiff will automatically win. She too has seven business days to submit her side of things and if we don’t hear from her by November 28 you will automatically win. If neither of you submit your side the case will be dismissed. IMPORTANT!

Since the voting poll is done on a third party website we were looking at all of the settings and we realized that each poll gets its own list of codes so for every poll everyone will get a new code. Because of this we no longer need anyone to message in for a code and if you already were given one please delete it. Some Information

Before we officially open for claims here’s some important information everyone should know. 

Your unique jury code doesn’t show up anywhere. All it does is allow you to submit your vote to the polling site. All votes are 100% anonymous. 

On all voting polls there will be an “undecided” option for those who don’t feel comfortable voting on a particular case or can’t make a decision. 

This is a beta page. We’re going to see how it works out for a few months and if it’s not going well it will be removed. 

This page was designed to prevent ooc problems from happening. If two people or two characters aren’t able to come to an agreement with something on their own we feel it’s better to have the group vote than to have two players fight or have their ooc relationship get strained.
