Celine Handpicks Unique Cello Player

Celine will be accompanied by an orchestra of 31 musicians for her upcoming Las Vegas show. One of these musicians is Bulgarian cellist, Irina Chirkova, a graduate from The Boston Conservatory, now living in the USA. She will be playing with the string section of the orchestra.

Taking Chances World Tour DVD Nominated for a 2011 JUNO Award

This year the JUNO Awards will be celebrating their 40th anniversary on March 27. The JUNO Awards hold a special place in Celine’s career; she has received many awards honouring her music and her work. This year may be no different since her 'Tournée Mondiale Taking Chances: Le Spectacle' DVD is nominated in the Music DVD Of The Year category. Can’t wait to see the results!

Lanvin Creations At Caesars Palace

Now that the rehearsals for Celine’s grand return to the stage at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas have begun, we know a little more about what she will be wearing on stage. Some of the outfits that she will wear will be specially created for her by designer Alber Elbaz from the Lanvin fashion house. We can’t wait! Can you?

Video director Bille Woodruff of the Geneva Films production company worked on several of Céline's music videos. He directed "Then You Look At Me," "My Heart Will Go On," "Live," and the duet "I'm Your Angel" with R. Kelly. He has also worked with artists such as Usher, Gloria Estefan, Salt-N-Pepa and Brian McKnight.
