Dee lives alone (aside from his beloved dog Bluebonnet, or just Blue) on a few acres of farmland just at the edge of Nightshade County in Tennessee. With his active use of nicknames for literally everyone, extensive antique and record collections, and somewhat isolated living situation, one could be excused for thinking he's just an eccentric homebody. But there might be a link between him and some inexplicable activity nearby.

Dee is charming, kind, and big on hospitality. He doesn't meet a lot of new people, and he's good with presenting a confident demeanor, but that's usually masking a lot of overthinking about coming on too strong. He also comes off as flirtatious on accident relatively often, since the connotations of certain things tend to take a bit to click in his head after he says them. Ultimately, he's very cautious about connecting with people, but is at his best with people he loves.

i think more people should make their ocs fans of real life media. theres something hilarious about being like yeah this is my character prince blackheart darkness of the fallen shadowlands and yes she WAS a warrior cats kid growing up.

Edwin has been living out his afterlife in the museum for an amount of time so long that he can't recall exactly when it started. He's practically memorized many of the books in the library, made more flower arrangements than he can count, and generally accepted his fate of a monotonous eternity surrounded by a total of two friends. Then shit gets wacky, of course.

Edwin is shy and generally gentlemanly and polite, on the occasion that he's actually speaking to someone. It doesn't take long for someone less under-a-rock than he is to realize how repressed and deeply troubled he is, and it's frankly a little impressive how little he's managed to uncover about himself after having so many free years for reflection. But this doesn't last forever.
