What is working?

I am now getting customers

It's hard and time-consuming especially if you do not like what you're doing, pretty smooth if you like it and easy if it's your passion.

What is working?

Im finding the materials I needed like tools, music books etc easier than I thought

How do you feel the project is coming?

I think the project is coming slowly but surely

What are you learning about running a business?

That you have to be very hands-on and on top of everything or else the business will not progress as fast as you would like or at all.

What are you learning about yourself?

I'm learning that I can now control myself and not get too nervous about running a business. You should've seen me a few years ago lol

Financial Sources

For a future business, I would consider choosing love money, Financial angels and maybe crowdfunding through rewards as financial sources, because I could use the money to build and possibly expand my business, and I could give back to the people who helped.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths and weaknesses

My strengths at the moment are; I work smart (at least I try to) and fast, I’m intuitive, my timing over the years have gotten better, for example, if I’m cooking and I also have to leave to take care of something else, by the time the food is about to be well cooked, I would be right there at the oven watching the food finish cooking with the other task I had to be done accomplished about 3 to 5 minutes ago. I don’t know how it happens, must be my mom lol. I have good listening skills. I listen more than I talk most of the time, I’m coachable and learn fast, I’m fluent in two languages (English and French) and I can understand creole fluently, but I cannot speak it without it being broken. In team situations, I’m a good team player, I’m highly introspective, l can evaluate myself not too harshly. I have a good memory, its not photogenic but it still works well.

My weaknesses are, sometimes I get lazy and don’t communicate properly. For example, recently I was supposed to go to training at my job, I only told them the time and not that I was supposed to go back to work a little bit after work. I have been trying to work on that ever since. Another weakness is that I tend to be a little selfish at times, for example, because I’m an introvert and an only child, I usually don’t want to bring people into my stuff and I usually don’t like asking for help.
