      Eri stares up at him with awe and wonder, eyes seemed to sparkle when he explained he was like mochi.  He looked so soft and friendly like the very tiny snack she held in her hand.  

                      “Fat Gum?  Can I call you... Mochi-San? Do you like mochi, too?” she pops the treat in her mouth with a big smile,

                      “Do you want some?  I have a lot!”

It never ceased to amazing on how small children were. As much as he wanted to be a heroic idol to them, he always has some worry he might scare them off with his height… yet Eri seems as fearless as ever (perhaps because shes been through so much already). 

How adorable the question was! With his soft fat being able to sink in just about anything, you could say he could be squishy like mochi!

“Close!” Fat Gum says, smiling at the child. “My name is Fat Gum! My quirk allows me to kinda be big and squishy like mochi!”

         “You wanna cry?  I can help ya cry if you want to that badly.” curious eyes peer in Kaminari’s direction, words spoken with more of an offer than his usual threatening tone.

“You ever have those intense moments where you wanna cry just to get it out but you can’t cause your body is wondering why you wanna do it when it’s not prepared for it in the first place? Feelin one of those weird moments right now.”

          Why there was a sign up that would actually say something like that Sora had no idea– did demons listen to those things? And anyways, as she peered closer at it she couldn’t make out what it was trying to say. She didn’t want to accuse him of lying, though. 

          “Ah, uhm, I’m.. sorry? I-I think I forgot how to read again.” Or maybe she’d never learned in the first place? Now she was just confused. 

          “Also shh! Stop yelling you’ll scare all the animals away!”

           “WELL YOU BETTER- ANIMALS?” why was she so concerned about animals? That was odd, for a demon to be looking for animals.  Didn’t they usually have an interest in humans? 

              “Why? Are you hungry? I have meat over here... BUT YOU’RE A DEMON!” he points at the sign again as a reminder.
