I know it’s likely Melissa is the last survivor but honestly I think it would be so much better if she got chosen in the card game. Her turning to Shauna to protest in some sort of way and she is just standing there, ready to put the necklace around Melissa’s neck. She doesn’t have one second of hesitation choosing her own life over Melissa’s because she never truly cared for her. Melissa was simply filling the role of Jackie, a girl Shauna has already consumed. Why should their relationship end any differently?

You’re gonna lose your girlfriend to this kitschy party shit. I mean, can you get her off like this? Yeah, honestly I’m not sure this is a real heat-check for me.

Random S7 Predictions (spoilers through 7x04)
Some are realistic, others are off the wall. But I’m a bit bored and antsy for the rest of the season so this seemed fun.
Share and add your own.
Orlando is the shepherd.
Or at the very least, Orlando isn’t really dead.
Murphy is going to die, sacrificing himself to save some members of Kru. (Low-key I think it’s Clarke he’s saving)
We’re going to see old characters. Mostly through memories but I predict at least 1-2 actors will come back. (I know Finn has been floated and that seems likely. Since it’s Bellamy-centered, maybe Aurora too?)
They know about Clarke and Bellamy (and everyone else) through O’s memories.
Again, I think memories are going to be huge in this.
Clarke is the key? Trust Bellamy? I’m honestly not sure what to make of this yet but it’s connected. I think Clarke is needed for Bellamy and Bellamy is needed for something. (I know that’s vague but give me a break. I have some baby brain going on.)
Together
Echo’s actions with Orlando are going to come back to royally bite her in the ass.
I think Hope is going to die :(
I think Bellamy will have some memory lapses.
Clarkekru is going to meet up with SkyringKru (2.0) and learn that they don’t have Bellamy. That’s when she’ll lose her shit.
I think that’s all I’ve got for now. Enjoy my 5 minutes of musing I got in before getting my kid from the babysitter lol.

More musings on S6/7, Bellarke style.
I have some predictions here -> x but I wanted to make a longer musings post
So to start, here’s the big one - after season 5, the season s6 writers and JRoth knew they were getting a s7 and that that would be the end. So unlike almost every season, TWO seasons were in mind when writing. Therefore, I think it’s important to treat S6 & 7 like one season.
Ok so what does that mean?
Every single season has been about saving “our people.” S1 was from the grounders, S2 was Mt Weather, S3 was ALIE, S4 was from nuclear meltdown #2, S5 was getting everyone to the valley. What was season 6 about? Bellamy Blake saving “my PERSON.” The entire season was dedicated to saving Clarke with “our people” as the sub-plot, NOT the driving plot.
So what is s7 going to be about? Saving Bellamy. Saving Clarke’s “person.”
Is Clarke going? Of course she’s going. Was that even a real question?
Now I know we all got mad at JRoth last season when he gave us that bulls!@# about Bellamy saving everyone by saving Clarke. I already broke down here -> x why that’s a bunch of BS. I don’t think JRoth was being JRoth. I think he was purposely lying (or whatever kinder word you want to use) in order to throw us off. Because what he says almost never matches up to the reality on screen… and then somehow thinks he’s pulled this big surprise on us (🙄). Whatever. Moving on.
However, there is one thing that has ALWAYS been true of JRoth: Clarke and Bellamy are the core dynamic on the show. No matter how you think they love each other, it is their bond and their dynamic that have ALWAYS driven the plot. So how better to end the series - that was all about saving “our people” - than to have the two people who always tried to save everyone, save each other? One last epic Bellarke arc where they traverse time, space, and even conquer death to save each other.
Bellamy was finally allowed to be selfish last season and say that Clarke Griffin was the most important person to him. Jordan, Josie, and others explicitly called him out on it. Clarke is the most important person to him and it was proven last season.
This season, it’s going to be the opposite. Clarke is going to sacrifice everything to get back Bellamy Blake. (Note: there is a complication here of Clarke having a kid but the S6 & 7 writers couldn’t really do anything about that. So we’re just going to hand wave and pretend that Clarke thinks Madi is perfectly safe at home with Gaia, Indra, and Picasso.)
We’ve already seen the setup to this over the last season. How it’s going to play out, I’m not sure, but I do firmly believe that this is epic Bellarke territory and we’re getting closer and closer to these two space idiots admitting their love for each other. Everyone else - and I mean LITERALLY everyone else (save Echo) - has called them out on it.
But Clarke and Bellamy are the key to winning the war and I’m not sure why (yet) but it has something to do with them together.

Note
there are theories in twitter about clarke going back to earth and bellamy staying in another planet or stuck in the anomaly, that they will have a bittersweet ending like william and elisabeth in POC, i wanted fringe or 12 monkeys, hunger games kind of ending for them, but if is like that as long both are alive and loving each other i'm fine. I want a soft epilogue for them not separated again and seeing each other every x period of time clarke with madi and their child, i'm not ok.
I just had a conversation with someone about this.
I think it’s possible. I don’t think it is my most likely outcome, but I think it’s possible.
I think we HAD that ending in season 4. It’s a trope in epic romances. The sun and the moon, lovers destined never to be together.
If it happens, I think Clarke would be pregnant with his child and give birth without him, because this story requires them to be *together* in some way or the other, and this would be the culmination of that togetherness AND it would add to both the tragedy and the sweetness.
I don’t like it either, but I could see it being satisfying.
This is a matter of choice. Will JR give our heroes a happy ending with hope for themselves as well as the universe, even if bittersweet? Or will JR give the world and humanity the bittersweet hope for happiness, and deny it to Clarke and Bellamy who have sacrificed and bled so much for humanity’s rebirth?
THAT is what’s up in the air and has ALWAYS been up in the air.
He told us he hadn’t decided which way to go many years ago, and I’m sure those choices are still present. I like to think that he’s taking in the state of the world and our need for some hope and happy endings, even if bittersweet, and paid attention to the outcry of GOT and how it destroyed the main canon relationships and characters, and won’t repeat that.
I have maintained that 1. There is no The 100 without Clarke and Bellamy. 2. Bellarke is the backbone of the story. 3. For victory in the end, Bellarke MUST be together and at this point in the narrative, they must be romantic endgame. 4. The chess metaphor says Clarke is the most powerful, but Bellamy is the most important and without him the game is lost. And for Clarke, I think that is emotionally true, which is why s4 ending was so sad, she sacrificed her life for spacekru but the tragedy is that she sacrificed her love for HIM and had to live without him for 6 years.
Hmm. Wait.
Let me think on that.
We’re getting character and narrative development, so that when we get to a parallel and the story replays itself, they have overcome their flaws and learned form their mistakes and are able to do better, like Clarke stopping the MW betrayal tragedy from replaying when she abandoned him. Or how they managed to save most of the sanctumites when they “blew up” the primes.
But if we get a Bellarke separation like THIS, it will be a replay of the season 4 ending.
But neither of them failed that challenge. They both did what they had to and learned what they had to, and successfully survived, saved others, and got ready for the next challenge. They healed and grew and made peace with themselves, and forgave others and learned to love and internalized their opposite in the head vs heart.
So. What would be the development in that scenario if they were to do it AGAIN?
I don’t think there’s anything to fix. There’s no improvement. And if they actually ACHIEVE canon romance before they are separated and Clarke has HIS baby instead of adopting one like s4, then what’s the development?
How is them learning how to live without their soulmate growth, when they’d already learned how to do that?
Hmm.
I think more likely, still, is we THINK they’ll sacrifice being together like when Clarke stayed behind and Bellamy closed the shuttle doors, but in the end they won’t be able to let the other go and so it will be a “if you’re on that list, I’m on that list” moment, and instead of letting the other sacrifice themselves and doom them to being without them, they’ll both dive over that cliff together. *TOGETHER* being our refrain.
I think they’ll die together. Bitter.
But save humanity and their friends. Sweet.
But I think they’ll end up going through the anomaly, together still, and rather than dying, end up being TOGETHER and getting to live their lives out, with love and a family, but without their friends. And THIS will give us a replay of s4, but this time it will turn out like MARPER’S ending in season 5. A bittersweet happy ending for the couple who parallels them and told them to follow their footsteps and live a good life.
Nope. I’m gonna stick with MY bittersweet ending instead of the replay of season 4s bittersweet ending. Which wasn’t bittersweet for bellarke. It was just bitter. It was bittersweet for spacekru and madi, but clarke and bellamy were nearly broken.
IF it happens that way, it will be the tragic epic love story instead of the bittersweet happy ending epic love story. It could be a good story, but since they did it once, I don’t see it being repeated again.
ALTHOUGH they could make us THINK they are repeating it and in the last minute, realizing they can’t do it, thus sacrificing themselves together.
THAT would be the growth and development and lessons learned. Changing season s4′s bellarke ending into s5′s marper ending.

10 things I hate about you Chapter 2 : The Bonfire
———————
Author: @writersoull
Wow it’s literally been so long but let’s just get into it :)
——————-
The roaring licks of amber and gold was spitting up into the dusk april sky. Talia’s locks whipped around the dusky air as she stood by her Toyota parked by the edge of the beach, the huge cracklings bonfire glowing in the distance. With a quiet sigh she decided she may as well actually go to the party she had drove all the way to the beach for. The soft, warm sand melted underneath her foot steps as she approached the party, people she vaguely recognised from her year group, nodding and waving and passers by. Searching the sea of faces, Talia’s finally landed on a familiar, friendly face. Tess. Now, Tess was really the only girl Talia had truly connected with over the passed three years at their high school and even though they hardly had any classes together, she was about the only girl Talia could confide in, and lucky for her Tess seemed relieved to see her too.
“Talia, fuck am I glad to see you, someone can only look out to the sea for so long before you look like idiot.” Tess held onto Talia for dear life, grabbing her hand and dragging her over to the makeshift table covered in half filled plastic red cups. So clique.
“I was glad to see you too!” Talia said. “I’ve been standing by my car for the last twenty minutes.” She gushed. Tess laughed and proceeded to talk Talia’s ear off about everything and anything. But it was a welcomed distraction from Talia’s racing heart. She couldn’t stop thinking about the reason she came to this stupid senior tradition. Stiles. As so far she hadn’t seen him or his possey yet. Surely they wouldn’t miss this, Talia thought to herself, nodding along in all the right places whilst Tess rambled on. The senior bonfire was a tradition at the high school, where the teenagers got drunk and forgot about all the pressures of their last year and soon to be college application process. But Talia wasn’t here for that. She already knew what collage she would be applying too and was perfect collage material, academicly. Still, she had her game face on and her red lipstick. She had tackled her long brown locks in her bedroom earlier and opted for tight jeans and a bodysuit to match. Subtle but sexy she hoped. Talia peeked her eyes away every so often to peer over at the beach car park in the distance. As she reached over for a cup of the unknown substance in the red cup her hand brushed again someone else’s.
“Oh I’m sorry!” Talia exclaimed at the same time as he did. She peered up and her heart started to race at the boy in front of her.
-
She looked hot, Theo gave her that. This new lipstick she’s obviously bought as some sort of ploy to become sexier had defiantly, defiantly worked. Theo drank her in from top to bottom, tight jeans that melted into a figure hugging top that fitted in all the right places. This was perfect, Theo though. Stiles and Scott where still driving to the beach last he read on their group chat. He gave the girl one of his ledgendary smirks and extended a hand.
“Don’t apologies. I’m Theo by the way, you’re Talia right? Your in my...econ class?” Theo remember vaguely Stiles saying this to either him or Scott he couldn’t remember nor did he care, this was his chance at getting ahead of the game, and getting one step closer to Talia. He knew it would piss Stiles off royally and he couldn’t help but revel in it. Even though Theo and Stiles seemingly we’re friends on the outside, Theo wasn’t as dumb as he looked. He knew Stiles couldn’t stand him, the only thing keeping their bubbling tension at bay was their mutual friend Scott, who had taken Theo under his wing years previously having transferred to Beacon Hills and joined their low quality lacross team. Still, he had sussed our Stiles from the moment they had met. No, they defiantly weren’t friends. But Theo knew it was good to keep a guy like Stiles on his side.
“Umm yeah, that’s me.” Talia’s spoke, a rosey heat rising on her cheeks. “You’re Theo right?” She asked.
“Yeah that’s me.” Theo winked and took the girls hand in his, bowing his head to leave a deep kiss on her hand. Talia pulled her hand away in awkwardness, shocked at the boys forwardness. She smiled at him sheepishly and wiped away the residue of the boys kiss on the back of her leg, trying to make it as least obvious as possible. Theo lingered around the girls for a while, hoping to come up with a topic of conversation. But that was the problem, he had no clue what a girl like Talia would want to talk about. He decided to go with his normal approach.
“So Talia, how comes I haven’t seen you around at things like this before?” Theo gestured at the surrounding people, the thump of the music rising into the sky. The boys eyebrows were raised in a challenging manner, as if every world he spoke was a game to be played.
“I guess you haven’t been looking very hard for me.” Talia mused, Tess had a bewildered look in her eye. She was taking on the Theo, the most calculating guy the school had. Theo’s eyes raised, his curiosity about the girl deepening. Maybe this girl wasn’t as nieve as she looked. Theo opened his mouth to answer when a hand slammed into his shoulder and he was pulled from Talia, it appeard Scott and Stiles had arrived.
-
Stiles saw him like a hawk saw its prey. He knew he should had made Theo ride with them, since when did the guy want to drive his beaten up piece of crap car and not in Scott’s comfy SUV anyway? No, Stiles knew it was sketchy after yesterday, it would have something to do with Talia. Stiles and Scott made their way up to the boy, Scott almost takling the boy upon arrival. Stiles hung back, watching for Theo’s reaction. He realised Talia was standing further away now with a girl he vaguely recognise from his AP science class, Tess was it?
“Sorry ladies, me and Scott thought we’d come to your rescue, we know how much of a dick he can be.” Stiles joked, looking directly at Talia who couldn’t quite meet the boys eyes. God Talia looked amazing tonight, he was surprised to see her here. After three years at beacon hill he didn’t think he’d seen her at one party that had been thrown. He was glad she’d changed her mind. Still, why he’d she been entertaining Theo’s bullshit anyway? She couldn’t possibly be interested in the heartless pig could she? Stiles began to worry this whole bet thing was going to be harder than he thought. Yeah sure stiles and Talia had a history together, but maybe she was more interested in what she could have with Theo in the present.
“Haha Stiles.” Theo said. “All have you know, me and these beautiful ladies were enjoying our evening before you fucks turned up.” Theo breathed, his eyes firmly on Talia. Stiles wanted to punch his lights out right then and there, but he didn’t think that would make the best impression on the girls. Talia and Tess laughed but it didn’t meet their eyes, both looking rather nervous in front of the three hunks. Stiles rolled his eyes and took a drink.
“Better try a lot fucking harder than that! Is this all you’ve got?” Stiles teased when he passed Theo, whispering in his ear. Theo revelled in the challenge, a smirk plastered on his face.
“So Talia, you wanna dance?” Theo asked.
“Oh umm well I don’t know I’m not that good-“
“Sure you are! Don’t worry I’ve got you, I can teach you a thing or two.”
“I mean, it’s not that-“
“Look man the girl doesn’t want to dance with you just take the hint!” Stiles taunted, this was way to easy.
“I think Talia can speak for herself!” Theo said.
Talia looked from boy to boy, she couldn’t believe that last year they both didn’t even look her way when she passed them in the halls and now they were both in front of her, talking to her, wanting to dance with her? And was that a hint of jealousy in stiles tone? She hadn’t spoken to Stiles since they were kids. Maybe it was the threat of losing Talia to another guy that made stiles see her, actually see her. If it was what it took to make Stiles want her, Talia would play on it. She had zero interest in Theo, being the epitome of everything she hated in guys her age. Even so, she extended a hand towards Theo, and the look on Stiles face was worth it. Theo’s eyes burned into Stiles. Theo 1, Stiles 0. He accepted Talia’s hand and directed her towards the music, where other people had congregated and started to dance. Talia wrapped her arms around Theo’s neck as he slid his own around the girls waist.
“Damn, maybe you do know a thing or two.” Theo whispered as he watched Talias body in front of his. His eyes were burning with the desire to touch her body, he ran his hands further down her body to the curve of her ass. Talia moved away, pushing Theo’s hands away from her. Stiles was watching every move he made, his hands balled into fists. He wanted to let Talia have her own boundaries, but as soon as Theo pushed them, he was going to pounce.
“Hey hey hey, it’s all good Talia, we were just dancing.” Theo sneered, pulling the girl closer. Talia eyebrow raised. “No Theo, I’m good.” Talia pulled away and walked towards Tess and a couple of other girls she had congregated with. So much for making Stiles jealous, she just ended up being grouped by the most sexist jerk in the school. Talia sighed, smiling softly at Tess who rubbed her arm in comfort. Talia looked over her shoulder at Stiles, who was looking right back at her. Talia heart skipped a beat, maybe he had been watching.
-
Talia sat by the edge of the sea, a little way from the throws of the party that was still going on. She was beginning to get cold and wondered whether she should just sneak away without anyone noticing. Stiles hadn’t spoken to her once, Theo’s eyes hadn’t left her ass and the constant small talk with Scott about motor-bikes or beer pong was getting on her nerves. She had transformed herself into a girl she thought stiles would want on his arm, and yet he still hadn’t spoken a word to her alone. As she was about to get up and leave she heard footsteps in the sand behind her. As she turned to see who it was she stopped in her tracks. A brown haired boy stood in front of her, a shy smile on his face and hands in her pockets.
“You weren’t leaving we’re you?” Stiles asked.
Talia opened her mouth to answer, it would be the first words the two had spoken alone since they were kids playing in sand boxes.
“Um, I kinda was yeah. It’s getting kind of late.” She smiled.
“Well, humour me for a minuet will you? I feel like we haven’t spoken in a while.” Stiles spoke sitting down on the sand and tapping the space next to him. Saying the two hadn’t spoken in a while was an understatement. Talia couldn’t believe this was happening finally, Stiles was finally giving her the time of day. She complied and sat next to him, only looking ahead to the shore, still not brave enough to look the boy in his eyes. Stiles was also looking ahead, not sure what he was going to say, everything he had planned to say now sounding obseard.
“I uh, like the knew look.” Stiles said, gesturing to Talia. She blushed and tried to hide it behind her hair. “But you know, I always thought you was uh, you know, appealing before.” Appealing? Talia thought, was an actual legitimate compliment from the boy?
“Appealing huh?” Talia mused, taking a peek at the boy for the first time feeling a little more brave than before. Stiles looked at her with a wry smile on his face, his eyes glistening from the reflection of the sea.
“So, how have you, uh, been?” Stiles asked, his eyes back to the shore. Talia looked at the profile of the boys face, she wondered if she’d ever seen a more sharp jawline, a more perfectly rounded nose, more longer, darker eyelashes. Yes, Talia had fallen for the boy a long time ago, and it was true she still had the same feelings, strong and urgent in her heart.
“Stiles, what do you want me to say?” Talia tried “we haven’t spoken since you became. You.” Talia looked towards the shore, afraid of Stiles reaction at how plain she had spoken. She couldn’t believe how blasé he was being. Sure talking to him had been what she wanted, and maybe more. But now it was actually happening, she couldn’t put behind her the fact Stiles had changed. And had left her behind in his childhood. Stiles looked at Talia, shocked at her bluntness.
“Looks like you’ve done about the same for yourself over the summer.” Stiles spoke, eyeing her judgementally. Talias head shot around to face his, all her inabitions evaporated. She couldn’t believe at the audacity of the boy. She had changed? Talia couldn’t believe what she was hearing. She shook her head and got up from the spot she was sitting on, now feeling no longer comfortable nor wanted.
“Thanks a lot Stiles. Nice catching up with you after all this time! Looks as though you really have changed for the worst. I guess everything people say about you is true.” Talia shot at him.
“What the hell do you mean ‘what people say about me.’ What do they say?” Stiles argued. He got up and followed Talia. “What do they say Talia? Hey where are you going?!”
Talia whipped around, “do you really want to know what they say about you, Stiles?” She stood in front of the boy, looked at him square in his beautiful face, and wondered why she had bothered at all with him. He was a different person now.
“They say you’re a jerk. An asshole. A user. A piece of crap dick who uses woman with that son of a bitch Theo friend of yours-“
“Shut up! Just shut the fuck up!” Stiles screamed, a warning tone in his voice. “You don’t know me, you never have, people grow up Talia, I can’t help it if you never got over your stupid fucking little crush on me!”
Stunned by his wickedness, Talia stared the boy down. Maybe her memory of stiles was just that. A memory. No, he wasn’t the boy she remembered. She tried to hold back the tears that were pricking her eyes, the blush that was beginning to take over her complexion. She turned to walk away before Stiles could hurt her anymore.
“What? Got nothing to say?” Stiles goaded, shouting after her. Talia kept walking, not stopping once, even when Tess waved goodbye, or when Scott asked her what was wrong or when she heard Stiles shout after her in the distance.
