Effective Treatments . . . continued
To continue the post, supplements are exceedingly helpful with my health issues.
Digestive enzymes of highest quality have improved my overall gut health and relieved the IBS, Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis trauma and pain.
So much so that my most recent colonoscopy showed NOTHING other than some slight scarring from removal of previous polyps through 30+ years of colonoscopies.
I can’t recommend digestive enzymes enough, especially if fiber blocks you up instead of keeping everything moving along.
Dandelion root and leaf tea, extract or powders have improved my liver health, and are hopefully preventing further scarring.
Berberine has been very effective in regulating my blood sugar so it doesn’t peak sharply or fall deeply but follows a slow up and down rhythm throughout the day and night.
Folate boosts the effectiveness of just about everything else I take.
From Melaleuca I use CellWise and Methyl B which have increased my energy levels.
Every night I take a high quality CBD softgel which fights internal inflammation.
The combination of these supplements along with my SSRI have almost completely eradicated symptoms of my health issues.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Effective Treatment for Chronic Fatigue, Migraines, Chronic Asthma, etc. - Info on new treatment
Have you ever experienced immune system issues, migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic asthma, etc.?  Having struggled with a whole host of issues all of my life but predominantly digestive issues, weak immune system, chronic fatigue/fibro., migraines, chronic asthmatic bronchitis and hormonal issues.  For years and years doctors had no clue what was wrong but would always prescribe something in order to try and help. Too often, sometimes more than twice a year pneumonia and bronchitis attacked. Childhood Vomiting Syndrome converted to IBS-D, Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis in my 20s and became daily plagues in my life. Usually prescriptions were written for corticosteroids. These helped to a degree because they reduced inflammation that resulted from my health issues. However weight gain and other effects resulted from the long-term steroid chemotherapy. Part of my weight gain was the "cuishonoid" effect common amongst those treated with corticosteroids.
After all these years I worsened steadily in the first half of 2019 and was ready to give up. But I prayed again in July and asked the Lord to lead me to any new information that may be 'out there' somewhere that may help me. Within 2 weeks time I found new information addressing all of these conditions and how they are linked to genetic diseases that cause the digestive dysfunction, and/or  serotonin deficiency or a serotonin re-uptake disorder. I printed all of the information off (by the way this info was published in med. journals in 2009 and just released to the internet later that year) and took it to a new doctor. He happened to have a 4th year med student working with him that month and this student was familiar with these conditions and the new treatment regimens!
On top of all that, genetic testing ordered by my new pulmonologist revealed a rare disease that had affected my lungs all my life and has been scarring my liver for quite a while. Never having smoked or drank, the scarring in both organs never made sense before. Now it does and I take supplements that help my liver and have slowed the progression of the damage and a newer product has improved my lungs ability to process O2 and CO2 while scarring is still slowly reducing capacity. The genetic disease test results also revealed my inadequate production and processing of serotonin. At a safe dosage I take a very old-school SSRI (serotonin re-uptake inhibitor) which has completely eliminated the fibro, migraines and chronic fatigue.
All of these excellent results occurred after much prayer and searching online. Now that genetic testing is widely available and covered by insurance I encourage anybody and everybody wanting answers to health issues to be tested and follow where the results lead. Pray too! For GOD will direct your path.
GOD's timing is always perfect!!!  To Him be the glory and honor and praise.

Just driving
Eight years ago three of my young purriful, feline girlfriends were treated with a day trip to town – a spay-day (gratitude was not one of their loudly expressed emotions shared afterward). We’d been blessed with a considerable population of cats on the farm through the years since other folks generously (albeit anonymously) bequeathed one or two of their own, sometimes several times a year. Surely intentions were honorable and they only wanted to help reduce our rodent population. Sadly, we’re down to four females now (more budget-friendly though) and one junior male, brand new to our mousers brigade, a recent donation.
Allergies that spring season exploded in our heads and chests. Sneezing and wheezing while sneezy and wheezy - it sounds like I’m plagued by mischievous elves – invoked stop and go driving in close quarters with my panicky girlie cats. (As I’m allergic to my furballs, they’re blessed with a large barn and heated barn office). My sneezes rocked my small intra-vehicular world. It’s hard to imagine what might’ve happened if traveling at 65 mph and a sneeze catapulted me backward into my seat, arms outstretched, eyes squished for several seconds - the equivalent of eternity in heavy traffic.
Living out in the boonies is a quiet life and mostly stress-free and uneventful. ‘Boonies’ isn’t just my opinion - most visitors make a statement to that effect and our children never really cherished the far-out country life. These days I relish my driving time which prevents vehicular related stress. My life had enough years of rough, downtown Chicago-like. city driving to and from a job each weekday, running errands and attending church on weekends.
Coasting at 50 mph instead of rocketing at 65 or higher has become an excellent new habit. My life, no longer ruled by time, intentionally stretches forth in my  gallivanting. Seeing the sights along my passage is pleasant. In the past I piloted my car through my youth, family and career years, as everything blurred by my windows. It’s probable my languid car irritates just about anybody who follows behind. The local deer populations are grateful though. They’ve never respected speed limits here so it’s been wiser to drive slower, especially during heavy deer traffic twice a day when they’re concerned about crossing man-made trails, just to get to the other, greener side. I can be counted with people who really do not want to hurt Bambi. Thankfully, I’ve not only NOT had a close and personal tete-@-tete with a deer, I’ve also not been ‘tagged’ in any dangerous intersections. Once I even prevented a soon-to-be new acquaintance from becoming a statistic when she attempted to help my slug of a car along.
Basically, having seized retirement with a vengeance, I’m adopting admirable senior citizen ways. Retiring is all about adapting and adopting, don’t you think? Adapting to a wholly unknown lifestyle and adopting sensible changes in the “new”, that better suit my aging, happier, less-stressed self. Right? Ha!!!
