days off weren't too common in eunwoo's life. matter of fact, his life hadn't felt normal since he chose the idol life. even more now that he was acting. every day brought new challenges of learning a new choreography or mesmerizing lines. it was challenging, but he loved every bit of it. add a relationship into the mix, and he felt like he had his hands full sometimes. always doing something, always on the go, but he secretly loved it.

everything came with consequence. eunwoo lacked in sleep and sanity at times. there had been far too many arguments he had with his significant other based on the limitations they had about their relationship. about how the agency didn't approve that they dated, and it often put a strain in their relationship. eunwoo was tired of arguing with dongkyuck about the same thing, but often caved when the other came back to him. always winding in the same place. it was his personal groundhog day.

"you're free? that's the first," the suggestion of leaving and heading back to his place to cuddle was tempting that eunwoo just about stood up to pull him along. "my place isn't too far, i'm just saying." eunwoo smiled, looking over at dongkyuck. "was it scary? i still haven't watched it yet." eunwoo was curious to know if the trailer held up to its standards. "good, i think. no one has bugged me from my team. i'm hoping it stays like that for the rest of the day." he answered honestly.

It took a trip to the hospital for his agency to realize that NCT’s sunshine was crashing into the great abyss. For the first time in over a year, the idol had some time off. His agency said that he could pretty much do whatever he wanted as long as he didn’t see Eunwoo. Some people assumed that his agency had rather lax dating policies, but there was a reason no one in neo city had a significant other. By this point  Donghyuck had heard every possible reason behind his agency’s refusal to allow him to be with Eunwoo, but in the end they didn’t want to deal with a scandal. It was beyond stupid and unfair. Sometimes he tried following SM’s silly rules, but he always ended up slipping up because no matter what he did he loved Eunwoo. 

Right now Donghyuck was living in the I can successfully hide my relationship from SM era. So when the other man sat beside him Donghyuck  did not hesitate to give him a hug. If his manager saw him right now she would be dragging him into a world of pain. “I know, right. I’m so over this horrible weather.” He took a sip of his own drink as a large grin appeared on his lips. “Is this your way of suggesting that we head over to your place to snuggle under blankets? Because I’m completely free right now. In fact, I’ll be free for a pretty long time”

“Me? My afternoon has been pretty good so far.” Donghyuck didn’t know if the other heard the news about his hospital visit, and right now might not be the best time to bring it up. Finishing up his drink, the idol tossed the beverage in the trashcan slipping his hands into the pockets of his jackets. “I went to the movie theater to watch this creepy horror movie about a doll. How’s your afternoon been so far?”

another cold afternoon in seoul meant that eunwoo was visiting the local coffee shop. it was only a walk away from his home that he went often. the barista begun on his drink the moment he stepped foot inside since he ordered the same thing every time he visited. eunwoo tapped his phone to the machine to pay for the drink, and stood aside until they called his order. from the corner of his eyes, he could see a familiar face that stood out amongst the rest in the shop. he thanked the employees then took a seat next to the person he noticed before.

"seems like the cold wants to stay a little longer, doesn't it?" he blew into the coffee, and looked out to the window just in time to see the wind ruffle the branches that was located near the shop. "it's moments like these when i want to stay in bundled under a blanket," it was tempting to head towards his place and finish his coffee there, but the idea of socializing seemed far more tempting to the actor. "enjoying your afternoon?" he asked the other.
