ChainArtSoft a Scammer

Total scam and fraud. After we agreed upon a contract, the contract was not fulfilled and they requested more money or they will stop work. We paid them the extra money and then again they did not fulfill. At this point we ran out of money and they stopped all work because “they could not afford to fulfill the contract.” Do not work with these scammers. Pavel Martynov, their CEO, constantly assured me they will finish the contracts and then always asked for more payment.
