what if in his early robin days when Alfred insisted he come up to the manor Tim got lost exploring and wandered into the library. what if while Tim was just browsing he turns the corner and runs into bruce towering over him. what if bruce absolutely lost it at Tim and told him to get out and stay OUT of the library (the library was Jason’s favorite room). what if even after jason comes back tim avoids the library like a plague. what if jason found out bruce basically banned Tim from reading(drama queen) and gets PISSED. What if he tore into bruce about it who didn’t even remember the whole encounter until now. what if what if what if

So earlier in art class today, someone drew a characters hands in their pockets and mentioned that hands are really like the ultimate end boss of art, and most of us wholeheartedly agreed. So then, our teacher went ahead and free handed like a handful of hands on the board, earning a woah from a couple of students. So the one from earlier mentioned how it barely took the teacher ten seconds to do what I can’t do in three hours. And you know what he responded?

“It didn’t take me ten seconds, it took me forty years.”

And you know, that stuck with me somehow. Because yeah. Drawing a hand didn’t take him fourth years. But learning and practicing to draw a hand in ten seconds did. And I think there’s something to learn there but it’s so warm and my brain is fried so I can’t formulate the actual morale of the lesson.

Sometimes I get mad at Wit for spending way more time with Kaladin than Shallan bc I think Shallan could really really use some hoid storytime but actually it makes sense. Wit will tell Kaladin “oh yeah im from another planet” and he goes “ok” but if he tells shallan he knows about a new kind of moss???? Followup questions. he just doesnt wanna deal with the curious child

one thing i love about palestinians is our accent. my mom is from jerusalem, and in arabic we call it "al-quds" but in our accent, we drop the "q" sound and the "d" becomes softer so it gets pronounced like "al-uts". which i think is so funny bc people from jerusalem are called "qudsi", and in our accent it would sound like "ootsie" lmao. my mom is ootsie 😭 i'm nabulsi-ootsie 😭😭 i think it's so cute
