Why is it necessary a constitution in a nation?
It is important because it contains the most important rules of the Mexican political system to be respected and known. It also protects the rights of all mexicans within the country and explains their obligations as citizens and natives. Also, it defines the institutions of our country, what their powers are and how they can use these powers. All mexicans should know about the Constitution and its meaning/importance.

What is the importance of democracy in a nation?
Everyone is equal before the law and everyone matters, everyone has the right within legal limits to say and write whatever they want. You can also live without fear of the authorities. The same goes for children and all families in the nation. In plain words: Democracy gives you the right of liberty, equality of opportunity, and safety, and the opportunity to earn and keep your own money and to live your life just like you want.

What is the importance of the political parties in the electoral process?
They are the ones that conform the government in all levels, and through this organisations, they make possible the civil participation in the government, by representing an ideology, through political programs and events, that they propose and that can be elected in an electoral process. Their participation in the electoral process is accomplished by proposing candidates which represents the ideals of the party in an election (INE,2019).

Powers of the federation: Judicial Branch.
Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (conformed by 11 ministers, which are proposed by the president): according to article 82, in order to be minister the requirements are: being born mexican, be 35 years old, be a 10-years lawyer and be honorable.
Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación: only organism that can validate an election.
Consejo de la Judicatura Federal is responsible of watching for: Tribunales Colegiados de Circuito, Tribunales Unitarios de Circuito and the Juzgado de Distrito.

Powers of the federation: Legislative.
Chamber of Senators: in order to be one you have to be born mexican, be 25 years old, be from your district and not be a secretary minister or army official. It is conformed by 128 senators: 96 are voted by us, 64 are the “Mayoría relativa” and 32 are “Primera Minoría”, while 32 are plurinominals.
Deputees Chambers: in order to be one you will have to be born mexican, be 21 years old, be from your district and not be a secretary minister or army official. It is conformed by 500 deputees: 300 are uninominales, and 200 are plurinominales.
