श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांची विजय संकल्प रॅली, इचलकरंजी, जिल्हा- कोल्हापूर

महसूल मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी यावेळी बीजेपी सरकारच्या शहरी नागरिकांच्या प्रगतीसाठी केलेले प्रयत्न मांडले तसेच श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांच्या स्वार्थी राजकारणी कृतींवर टीका केली.

इचलकरंजी शहर कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील दुसऱ्या क्रमांकाचे मोठे शहर आहे, तसेच या शहराला असणारे औद्योगिक महत्त्वही सर्वमान्य आहे. नुकतेच बीजेपी तर्फे 2019 निवडणूक मोहिमेअंतर्गत इचलकरंजी येथे विजय संकल्प रॅलीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. महसूल मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी यावेळी आपल्या भाषणांमध्ये बीजेपी सरकारच्या शहरी नागरिकांच्या प्रगती आणि सुख- सुविधांसाठी केलेल्या विविध कार्यांचा उल्लेख यावेळी भाषणामध्ये केला.

आपल्या भाषणाच्या सुरुवातीलाच कृषि मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी राज्यमंत्री श्री. सदाभाऊ खोत यांच्या घणाघाती भाषणाची स्तुती केली. श्री. पाटील पुढे म्हणाले की आमच्या सरकारने आयकराची मर्यादा पाच लाख पर्यंत वाढवली. याचा फायदा शहरी नागरिकांना मोठ्या प्रमाणावर होताना दिसत आहे. अगोदरच्या सर्व सरकारने यासंदर्भात फक्त आश्वासने आणि घोषणा दिल्या होत्या, परंतु प्रत्यक्षात पुढे कार्य केले नव्हते.

महसूलमंत्र्यांनी त्यांच्या भाषणामध्ये त्यांच्या सहकार मंत्री म्हणून असणाऱ्या कारकीर्दीतील काही निर्णयांचा उल्लेख केला. या निर्णयामुळे महाराष्ट्रातील अनेक वस्त्रोद्योग कंपन्यांना प्रगतीसाठी आणि टिकून राहण्यासाठी मदत झालेली आहे. अनेक वस्त्रोद्योग गिरण्यांना आजही बीजेपी सरकारच्या अखत्यारीत सध्याचे मंत्री श्री. सुभाष देशमुख यांनी घेतलेल्या निर्णयामुळे कर्ज उपलब्धता सहजतेने झालेली आहे.

कृषी मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी फडणवीस सरकारचे महत्त्वाचे योगदान या वेळी स्पष्ट केले. ते असे म्हणाले की मराठा आरक्षण ही बीजेपी सरकारची एक मोठी यशस्वी झेप आहे. यापूर्वी 1902 मध्ये स्वर्गीय छत्रपती शाहू महाराज यांनी मराठा समाजाला आरक्षण दिले होते, परंतु 1947 मध्ये स्वातंत्र्यानंतर ते लुप्त झाले. त्यानंतर 1968 मध्ये माथाडी कामगार नेते स्वर्गीय श्री. अण्णासाहेब पाटील यांनी मराठा आरक्षण मागणीसाठी खूप प्रयत्न केले आणि त्यामध्ये त्यांना अपयश आल्यामुळे त्यांनी 1968 मध्ये आत्महत्या केली. श्री. पाटील पुढे म्हणाले की आज महाराष्ट्रात 99% शैक्षणिक संस्था मराठा समाजाच्या अखत्यारित आहेत, परंतु त्यापैकी कोणीही मराठा विद्यार्थ्यांना मोफत अथवा फी मध्ये सूट देऊन शिक्षण दिले नाही. तसेच अगोदरच्या कोणत्याही मराठा मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी मराठा आरक्षणासाठी प्रयत्न केले नाहीत. आमच्या सरकारने न्यायालयीन प्रक्रियेत टिकणारे 16% आरक्षण मराठा समाजाला नोकरी आणि शिक्षणामध्ये दिलेले आहे. आज सरकारने 546 कोटी रुपये मराठा विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शुल्कासाठी भरले आहेत आणि 50 टक्के शुल्क सरकार भरणार आहे. चार लाख 72 हजार विद्यार्थ्यांना याचा फायदा झालेला आहे. तसेच मराठा तरुणांना व्याजमुक्त कराची ही सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिली आहे. यामुळे जवळपास तीन लाख रुपये व्याज कर्जदारांना भरावे लागत नाही.

महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी बीजेपी सरकारची धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणाच्या दृष्टीने दाखवलेली भूमिका देखील स्पष्ट केली. हे आरक्षण मिळवण्यासाठी सरकारला या संस्थेकडून संशोधन अहवाल मागून तो सादर करावा लागला आणि त्यामुळे आता असे सिद्ध झाले आहे की धनगड नावाची कोणती जातच महाराष्ट्रामध्ये नाही. यासाठी लागणारे शपथपत्रही महाराष्ट्र सरकारने दिले आहे आणि यामुळे धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणाचा मार्ग आता सोपा झाला आहे. या अगोदरचे सर्व सरकार फक्त दोन ओळीचे निवेदन पाठवून धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणासाठी केंद्र सरकारकडे विनंती करत असत आणि जी दरवेळी कागदपत्रांअभावी फेटाळली जात असे. आता हे प्रकरण न्यायालयीन प्रक्रियेत असून निकाल येईपर्यंत महाराष्ट्र सरकार धनगर समाजाला आदिवासी समाजाच्या सर्व सुविधा आणि फायदे देण्यास बांधील आहे. ज्यामध्ये ट्युशन फी, वसतिगृहे यांचा समावेश होतो. दोन्ही मराठा आणि धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणाचा निर्णय हे लोकहिताचे आहेत आणि लोकांना आधार व ताकद देणारे आहेत, त्यामुळे पुन्हा एकदा बीजेपी सरकार परत येणे आवश्यक आहे.

आपल्या भाषणाच्या पुढील भागामध्ये महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी आक्रमकपणे विरोधी उमेदवार श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांच्या स्वार्थी राजकारणी कृतींवर टीका केली. त्यांनी असे आवाहन केले की श्री. राजू शेट्टींना जर माझ्याविषयी काही तक्रारी असतील तर त्यांनी कायदेशीर मार्गाचा उपयोग करून आणि पुरावे सादर करून अशा तक्रारी मांडाव्यात. कोल्हापूर मधील बिंदू चौक अशा तक्रारी मांडण्याचा योग्य मार्ग नाही आहे. श्री. पाटील यांनी श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांच्या स्वार्थी राजकारणी वृत्तीबद्दल स्पष्ट केले. जेव्हा श्री. सदाभाऊ खोत यांना राज्यमंत्री म्हणून माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी नियुक्त केले तेव्हा श्री. राजू शेट्टींनी नेहमी तक्रार केली होती, परंतु माननीय मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी या तक्रारी गंभीरतेने घेतल्या नाहीत. श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी श्री. राजू शेट्टींवर त्यांचे कारखानदार श्री. विशाल पाटील यांच्याशी असलेल्या राजकीय संबंधांवरही टीका केली व ते म्हणाले की शेतकऱ्यांचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी शेतकरी चळवळीतील कार्यकर्ते त्यांना जवळचे वाटत नाहीत. श्री. पाटील पुढे असेही म्हणाले की खासदार असूनही त्यांनी शेतकर्‍यांच्या हितासाठी काहीही कार्य केले नाही. आमच्या संवेदनशील सरकारने एफ. आर. पी. वाढवण्यासाठी आणि शेतकऱ्यांच्या हितासाठी नेहमीच प्रयत्न केले आणि  श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांनी मात्र यासाठी श्रेय घेण्याचा प्रयत्न केला.

आपल्या भाषणाचा समारोप करताना कृषिमंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी लोकांना श्री. धैर्यशील माने यांना मतदान करून स्वार्थी आणि अनुभवी राजकारणी श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांना येत्या निवडणुकीत पराभूत करा असे सांगितले. ते पुढे म्हणाले की आम्ही इचलकरंजी मधून एक लाख मतांचा फायदा अपेक्षित करत आहोत. तसेच इथे व्यासपीठावर उपस्थित असलेल्या सर्व ख्यातनाम व्यक्ती त्यांच्या भागांची काळजी घेण्यास सक्षम आहेत, ज्यामध्ये वाळवा, शाहूवाडी अशा भागांचा समावेश होतो. त्यांनी लोकांना 23 एप्रिलला प्रामाणिकपणे मतदान करण्यासाठी प्रोत्साहित केले.

इचलकरंजी हे कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील दुसऱ्या क्रमांकाचे महत्त्वाचे शहर आहे आणि त्यामुळे या शहराची भूमिका हातकणंगले लोकसभा मतदारसंघांमध्ये महत्त्वाची आहे. इचलकरंजीचे औद्योगिक महत्त्वही प्रसिद्ध आहे. या परिस्थितीत श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी शहरी लोकांना योग्य रीतीने साद घालून मतदानाचे आवाहन केले आहे आणि याचे चांगले परिणाम 2019 च्या निवडणूक निकालामधून दिसून येतील.

Vijay Sankalp Rally, Ichalkaraji, Dist-Kolhapur Revenue Minister Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil focused on BJP Government’s initiatives for urban citizen’s betterment and criticised Mr. Raju Shetty for his diplomatic political practices.

Ichalkaranji is identified as the second biggest city of the Kolhapur district and has great industrial importance. Recently Vijay Sankalp Rally was organised at Ichalkaranji by the BJP under 2019 election campaign. Revenue Minister Honourable Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil delivered a speech in this meet to elaborate on the work done by the BJP Government for the urban people.

 At the beginning of his speech, Agriculture Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil appreciated the speech delivered by the State Cabinet Minister, Mr. Sadabhau Khot. Mr. Patil further added that our government has increased income tax slab up to 5 Lakhs and this decision will benefit urban people to a great extent. The previous government has only announced about it, but we really have made it work.

 Revenue Minister recalled his decision taken during his tenure as a co-operation minister for the survival and progress of the textile parks in Maharashtra. Many textile industries from the Ichalkaranji got the advantage of loan availability due to the BJP Governments’ decisions taken by current Minister Mr. Subhash Deshmukh.

 Agriculture Minister, Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil explained the contribution of the Fadanvis Government in the state. He added that Maratha Reservation is one of the outstanding achievements of the BJP Government. In 1902, Late King Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj offered reservation to the Maratha Community. In 1947, with independence, it was obscured. In 1968 labour leader Lt. Mr. Annasaheb Patil worked hard for the Maratha Reservation demand. And due to its failure, he committed suicide in 1968. Mr. Patil further explained that the majority of the academic institutes in Maharashtra are owned by Maratha community leaders, but nobody among them took interest to offer free or discounted education to the Maratha students. Also, not a single Maratha Chief Minister worked for the Maratha reservation process. Our government achieved sustainable 16% Maratha reservation in services and education. Government is spending 564 crore rupees for Maratha Student’s fees this year and it is decided that 50% fee will be paid by the Government. 4 Lakhs 72 thousand students are benefitted due to this. The interest-free loan is also offered to Maratha youth and almost interest amount of Rs 3 Lakh is saved by the loan applicant.

 Revenue Minister also explained the contribution of the BJP Government to the Dhangar community. To achieve reservation for the Dhangar community, our government submitted the research report prepared by TISS and through this report, now it is possible to prove that Dhangad community does not exist in Maharashtra. Accordingly, the affidavit is also submitted by the government and the path for Dhangar community reservation is easy now. The previous government used to send an only two-liner request to the Central Government for this demand and due to the lack of supporting documents, this request was denied every time. Now the matter is in the court, and until the court result comes, it is decided by the Maharashtra State Government that Dhangar community will get all the benefits of tribal communities including hostels, tuition fees, etc. Both Maratha and Dhangar reservation demand fulfilment decisions are supportive of the people and for the betterment of the people, it is necessary that the BJP Government should come back again.

 In the next section of the speech, Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil aggressively attacked and criticised opponent candidate Mr. Raju Shetty for his diplomatic political practices. He appealed to Mr. Raju Shetty that if you have any complaints about me, use legal procedures and raise a complaint against me. Bindu Chowk from Kolhapur is not the complaint raising platform for you. Mr. Patil also revealed that Mr. Raju Shetty always complains against the appointment of his subordinate Mr. Sadabhau Khot in the state ministry by Honourable Chief Minister, Mr. Devendra Fadnavis. But Hon. Chief Minister took a firm stand and never replied to Mr. Raju Shetty’s allegations. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil also criticised Mr. Raju Shetty for his connections with Mr. Vishal Patil who is sugar industrialist, instead of supporting people working for farmers. Mr. Patil also said that being a Member of Parliament he had never taken any steps for the farmers and was just keen to take credit for FRP and other things. But the fact is that our sensitive government played a major role for the farmers.

 While completing the speech, Agriculture Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil urged people to vote enthusiastically for their candidate Mr. Dhairyashil Mane to defeat diplomatic and experienced politician Mr. Raju Shetty in the upcoming election. He further added that we are expecting the advantage of 100000 votes in Ichalkaranji itself and many other eminent are present on the stage to take care of their areas such as Valva, Shahuwadi, etc. He also motivated people for genuine voting on 23rd April.

 Ichalkaranji being another biggest city of Kolhapur district, it has more importance in Hatkanangale Lok Sabha constituency. The industrial importance of Ichalkaranji city is also accepted. In this situation, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil appealed urban people with his effective speech and the consequences of his efforts can be seen with the 2019 election results.

श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांची जयसिंगपूर, जिल्हा कोल्हापूर येथील प्रचार सभा

महसूल मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी सभेमध्ये भाषणादरम्यान मोदी आणि फडणवीस सरकारच्या लोकांना सुखी, आनंदी आणि सुरक्षित करण्याच्या करण्याच्या प्रयत्नांवर भर दिला.

कोल्हापूर जिल्हा हे महसूल आणि कृषी मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांच्यासाठी नेहमीच घरचे मैदान राहिले आहे.  कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री म्हणून ते जिल्ह्याच्या आणि शहराच्या विकासासाठी नेहमीच सतर्क असतात. आत्ताच त्यांनी जयसिंगपूर, कोल्हापूर जिल्हा येथे एका सभेला उपस्थिती लावली. या सभेदरम्यान त्यांनी मतदान, लोकशाहीचे महत्त्व  आणि बीजेपी सरकारच्या विविध कार्य पूर्ततेचा आढावा घेतला.

कृषी मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी जगातील सर्वात मोठी लोकशाही असणार्‍या भारतीय लोकशाहीचा उल्लेख केला तसेच डॉक्टर बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी अशी मजबूत यंत्रणा देशाला प्रदान करून दिल्याबद्दल त्यांचे आभार मानले. त्यांनी पुढे असेही सांगितले की भारतातील प्रत्येक नागरिक त्याच्या एका मताने सरकार नियुक्तीच्या यंत्रणेमध्ये सहभागी आहे. या लोकशाही पद्धतीमध्ये सर्व आर्थिक गटातील लोक एकाच पारड्यात समाविष्ट आहेत आणि लोकांना सरकारचे कार्य आणि लोकप्रियता यानुसार मतदान करून सरकार नियुक्त करण्याचा अधिकार प्राप्त झाला आहे.

महसूल मंत्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील म्हणाले की ही निवडणूक ही पूर्णपणे एकतर्फी असणार आहे आणि पुन्हा एकदा मोदी सरकार नियुक्त न होण्यासाठी कोणतेच कारण नाही. ते पुढे असेही म्हणाले की जर आपण एखाद्या खेड्यांमधील 250 कुटुंबांचा आढावा घेतला तर त्यापैकी कमीत कमी 150 कुटुंबांना मोदी सरकारने आणलेल्या विविध योजना आणि निर्णयांचा कोणत्या ना कोणत्या प्रकारे निश्चित फायदा झालेला आहे. लोकांना कर्जमाफी, गॅस जोडणी, विद्युत पुरवठा, घरांसाठी कमी व्याजदर, शौचालय उपलब्धता, स्वतःचे घर अथवा सदनिका. आणि पाच लाख पर्यंतच्या उत्पन्नासाठी आयकर मुक्तता असे अनेक फायदे झालेले आहेत. या सर्वांबरोबरच आज बरीचशी कुटुंबे आयुष्मान भारत योजनेची लाभार्थी झालेली आहेत. भारतातील खूप कुटुंबांना या योजनेमुळे वैद्यकीय विमा सुरक्षा आणि आरोग्यविषयक पाच लाख रुपयांपर्यंतचे फायदे झालेले आहेत. या योजनेतील कार्ड सुविधे���ुळे एका कुटुंबातील पाच व्यक्तींना वैद्यकीय चाचण्या, शस्त्रक्रिया, शस्त्रक्रियेनंतरची काळजी, औषधे अशा विविध गोष्टींसाठी  लाभ मिळणार आहे. ग्रामीण भागातील 80 टक्के लोक या योजनेचे लाभार्थी आहेत.

या सर्व गोष्टी आणि सरकारचे काम खूप बोलके आहे आणि या मधून मोदी सरकार हेच पुन्हा येणार आहे ही गोष्ट सिद्ध होते. यासंदर्भात माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी कश्मीरचे नेते श्री. ओमर अब्दुल्ला यांनी मांडलेला एक प्रस्ताव उदाहरणादाखल दिला. श्री. ओमर अब्दुल्ला यांनी असा प्रस्ताव मांडला होता की दोन हजार एकोणीस च्या निवडणुका या एकतर्फी असणार, असून ती केवळ एक औपचारिकता असेल. त्यामुळे या निवडणुका रहित करून आपण वेळ आणि पैसे दोन्ही वाचवू शकतो आणि पुढची निवडणूक थेट 2024 मध्ये घेऊ शकतो. पुढे गमतीने ते असे म्हणाले की त्यांचा हा सल्ला फक्त श्री. शरद पवार यांनी गंभीरतेने घेतला परंतु बाकी त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांनी हा मूल्यवान सल्ला नाकारला. दुर्दैवाने त्यांची कन्या आणि नातू आगामी निवडणुकांमध्ये अपयशाला सामोरे जातील.

आपल्या भाषणाच्या पुढील भागामध्ये महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी मोदी आणि फडणवीस सरकारच्या विविध प्रयत्नांची माहिती दिली. त्यांनी असे स्पष्ट केले की या सरकारने लोकांना सुखी, आनंदी आणि सुरक्षित करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आहे. फक्त बारा रुपये वार्षिक हप्ता भरून दोन लाख रुपयांचा विमा लोकांना अपघाती निधन तसेच उपचार यासाठी उपलब्ध झाला आहे. शेतकऱ्यांनाही पीक विम्याच्या माध्यमातून कोणत्याही नुकसानकारक परिस्थितीला सामोरे जाता येत आहे, ज्यामध्ये दुष्काळ, नैसर्गिक आपत्ती ,कमी उत्पादन यांचा समावेश होतो. या पीक विमा योजनेसाठी शेतकऱ्यांना 10 पैकी फक्त 2.5 अशा प्रमाणात रुपये भरावे लागतात. उरलेली रक्कम ही राज्य आणि केंद्र सरकार भरते.

बारामतीला नुकतीच माननीय पंतप्रधान आणि बीजेपीचे अध्यक्ष श्री. अमित शहा यांची मोठी प्रचार सभा झाली आणि ही सभा सर्वात मोठी प्रचार सभा ठरली. यामधून लोकांचा मिळालेला उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद स्पष्ट होतो आणि विजयाची खात्री पटते. लोकांनी मोदी आणि फडणवीस सरकार हे आपल्याला आनंदी ,सुखी-समाधानी आणि सुरक्षित करण्यास सक्षम आहे हे मान्य केलेले आहे.

कृषी मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी विरोधी पक्षाचे उमेदवार श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांच्या शेतकरीविरोधी धोरणांवर देखील जोरदार टीका केली. ते असे म्हणाले की या व्यक्तीने वेगवेगळ्या खुणा वापरून जुन्या निवडणुका जिंकल्या आहेत,परंतु शेतकऱ्यांच्या समस्या सोडवण्यात त्यांनी कधीच रस घेतला नाही. प्रत्यक्षात त्यांचे प्रयत्न या समस्या अजून वाढवण्यासाठी होत राहिले. महाराष्ट्राचा मंत्री म्हणून मी त्यांची धोरणे जवळून पाहिलेली आहेत. त्यांनी शेतकऱ्यांच्या एफआरपी वाढवण्याच्या कार्यामध्ये खूप अडथळे निर्माण केले होते. त्याचप्रमाणे माननीय मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी जेव्हा दुधासाठी पाच रुपये अनुदान देण्याचे स्पष्ट केले तेव्हा त्यांनी ते प्रकरण आंदोलने आणि मोर्चे काढून अजून वाढवले होते.

कृषि मंत्री श्री.चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील पुढे असे म्हणाले की आज मला हे स्पष्ट करताना अतिशय आनंद होत आहे की आमच्या सरकारमध्ये कोणतेच मोर्चे, आंदोलने अथवा घोटाळे राज्यात दिसून आले नाहीत. फडणवीस सरकारने सर्वच समस्या नेहमी शांततेने आणि चर्चेने सोडवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आणि त्यामुळे आज आपण पाच वर्षे शांतता पूर्ण नेतृत्व अनुभवू शकलो. जेव्हा अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यातील पुणतांबा येथील शेतकऱ्यांनी त्यांच्या मागण्यांसाठी आंदोलन सुरू करणार असल्याचे ठरवले, तेव्हा माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री. फडणवीस यांनी मला तिकडे लक्ष देण्यास सांगितले. मी ताबडतोब या शेतकऱ्यांबरोबर बैठक घेऊन त्यांच्या कर्जमाफीच्या मागण्या पूर्ण केल्या. आमच्या सरकारने सर्वाधिक कर्जमाफी दिली आहे आणि 52 लाख शेतकऱ्यांना याचा फायदा झालेला आहे. आमची कर्जमाफीची रक्कम ही 34000 करोड असून काँग्रेस सरकारच्या कारकीर्दीमध्ये ही रक्कम चार हजार करोड होती.

अनुभवी मंत्री असणाऱ्या श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी बीजेपी आणि शिवसेना युतीचे उमेदवार श्री. धैर्यशील माने यांची देखील स्तुती केली. ते असे म्हणाले की या तरुण आणि बुद्धिमान व्यक्तीकडे शेतकऱ्यांच्या, तरुणांच्या आणि स्त्रियांच्या समस्या समजून घेण्यासाठी असणारा दृष्टिकोण आहे. तसेच या समस्या सोडवून समाजाच्या हितासाठी कार्य करण्याची त्यांची क्षमता आहे.

आपल्या भाषणाचा समारोप करताना श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील म्हणाले की आमच्या सरकारचे योगदान काही गोष्टींचा उल्लेख केल्याशिवाय अपूर्ण आहे, कारण या गोष्टी कार्यपूर्तीचा उच्चांक ठरतात,ज्यामध्ये मराठा जातीला आरक्षण, धनगर जातीला आरक्षण यांचा समावेश होतो. ते असे म्हणाले की मराठा जातीला आरक्षणाची मागणी 1968 पासून प्रलंबित आहे. परंतु कोणत्याच अगोदरच्या सरकारने यासाठी प्रयत्न केले नाहीत. तसेच बहुतांश शैक्षणिक संस्था मराठा समाजाच्या अखत्यारीत असून, त्यापैकी कोणीही मराठा तरुणांना मोफत शिक्षण देऊ केले नाही.आज आमचे सरकार मराठा जातीला 16% आरक्षण नोकरी आणि शिक्षणासाठी देण्यात यशस्वी झाले आहे आणि या निर्णयाचा मराठा जातीच्या अनेक पिढ्यांना फायदा होणार आहे.

धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणासाठी पूर्वीचे सरकार फक्त केंद्र सरकारकडे निवेदन पाठवीत असत आणि अधिकृत कागदपत्रांचा अभाव असल्याने ती रद्द केली जात होती. आमच्या सरकारने या निवेदनाबरोबर टीआयएसएस या संस्थेकडून मिळालेला अहवालही जोडला. त्यामुळे आता महाराष्ट्रामध्ये धनगर आणि धनगड या दोन्ही जाती एकच समजल्या जाणार असून सर्व आदिवासी जमातींचे फायदे आता धनगर समाजाला प्राप्त होतील.

मोदी सरकारने आर्थिक निकषांवरही दहा टक्के आरक्षण लागू केले आहे आणि त्यामुळे ज्यांचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न 8 लाखापेक्षा कमी आहे अशा कुटुंबांना आता या ऐतिहासिक निर्णयामुळे दहा टक्के आरक्षणाचा लाभ होऊ शकेल.

आपल्या भाषणाच्या शेवटी महसूल मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी बीजेपी शिवसेना उमेदवार श्री. धैर्यशील माने यांना मत देण्याची विनंती केली.

Public Meet by Mr.Chandrakant Patil at Jaisingpur, District- Kolhapur

Revenue Minister Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil emphasised on the Modi and Fadanvis Government’s attempt to make people happy, satisfied and secure.

 Kolhapur district is a home pitch for Honourable Revenue and Agriculture Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil. Being a Guardian Minister of Kolhapur District, he has been always conscious about the development of the Kolhapur district and the city. Recently, he addressed a public meeting in Jaysingpur, Kolhapur District. During this meeting, he elaborated the importance of democracy, voting and different work achievements of the BJP government.

 Agriculture Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil recalled and appreciated the world's largest democracy that is Indian democracy and he thanked Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar for building such a strong system for our country. He further added that in India each adult is secured with his or her one vote and people choose the government depending on the work of the government. In a democratic system, all financial class people are kept at the same level and people have the freedom to appoint their government on the basis of work achievements and popularity of that government.

 Revenue minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil said that this election is going to be a one-way election because there is no reason to deny the next term or tenure to the Modi Government. He further added that if we conduct a survey of 250 families from the typical Indian village, we will conclude that at least 150 families are benefitted due to at least one plan, or schemes launched by the Modi Government. People are benefited with loan waiver, gas connection, electricity connection, the low-interest rate for a home loan, toilet facility at home, own home or flat at a low rate and income tax-free slab up to 5 lakhs. Apart from this, the majority of the people are benefitted due to the newly launched Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Many families in India have been covered with medical insurance and health benefits up to Rs 5,00,000 with this scheme. With this scheme, cashless cards will be applicable for the 5 members of the family for the surgical treatments, post-treatment care, medicines, prior tests, and diagnosis. At least 80% of the rural people are benefitted with this scheme.

 All these things are self-explanatory to further predict that – ‘Modi Government will be back’.  To support this statement, Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil referred to the previous proposal given by Mr. Omar Abdullah, Kashmiri leader. Mr. Omar Abdullah suggested that the 2019 election will be a one-way election or just a formality. It is better to skip this election and to save time and money. The next election can be directly conducted in 2024. In an amusing way, he further added that this advice is seriously taken by only Mr. Sharad Pawar but all his family members also ignored this valuable advice. Unfortunately, his daughter and grandson will come across failure in the upcoming election.

 In the next section of the speech, Revenue Minister, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil explained various initiatives taken by the Modi and Fadnavis Government. He claimed that our government has tried for the betterment of citizens by making them happy, satisfied and secure. Through 12 rupees annual premium, people are secured with two lakhs insurance for any kind of accidental death or injury and treatment.  Farmers are secured with crop insurance and they will get help from the insurance company in any unfortunate loss condition such as droughts, calamities or low yield. For this cover, farmers need to pay only 2.5 Rupees out of 10. The remaining amount is paid by the state and central government.

 The Baramati public meeting addressed by Hon. Prime Minister and BJP President Amit Shah was the biggest public meeting ever and spontaneous response from the public in that meeting assures our victory in the election. People have accepted the fact that Only Modi and Fadanvis Government can make them happy, satisfied and secure.

 Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil also criticised the opponent’s candidate Mr. Raju Shetty for his attitude towards the farmer.  He added that this person has used different symbols in previous elections, but he has never shown any interest to resolve the farmer's problems and in fact, tried to make them more complicated. Being a minister in the current cabinet, I have seen his strategies closely, he has created hurdles in the process for increasing FRP to help farmers. In the same way when Hon. CM decided for 5 Rupees concession for the milk price, he tried to disturb the matter by riots and strikes.  

 Agriculture Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil further added that I am privileged to announce that in our tenure no strikes, no riots, no scams were observed throughout the state. The Fadnavis government has always tried to resolve the problems with a discussion and, therefore, we could enjoy peaceful 5 years of governance. When Ahmednagar District’s Puntamba village farmers were supposed to start to strike for their demands, Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Fadnavis asked me to resolve their problems.  I immediately conducted a meeting with them and processed their loan waiver demand. Our government has offered maximum loan waiver and 52 lakhs farmers are benefited due to it. Our loan waiver amount is 34000 crore and Congress government loan waiver amount was just 4000 crores.

 Experience Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil also appreciated the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance candidate Mr. Dhairyashil Mane during the public meeting. He said that this young talented person has a clear view of the issues of a farmer, youth and women. He has the ability to resolve the problems to assure the development of the society.

 While concluding his speech, Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil said that the contribution of our government includes two milestones in the form of Maratha Caste reservation and Dhangar community reservation. He said that Maratha community reservation demand was a problem since 1968 and no previous government tried to work on it. While the majority of the academic institute belongs to Maratha community owners, but nobody among them offered free education to Maratha students. our government is successful in offering 16% reservation to the Maratha community in education and services and this decision will be beneficial to many generations of the Maratha community.

 For Dhangar community reservation, the previous government used to send only request to the Central Government, but it was rejected every time due to the lack of supportive documents. Our government supported this request with the report given by TISS and now it is proved that in Maharashtra, Dhangad and Dhangar communities are same and all tribal community benefits are also offered to the Dhangar community till the court result comes to finalise on Dhangar community reservation decision.

 Modi Government also offered the reservation on the basis of financial parameter and this is the first government to take such a historic decision. Families with an annual income of less than 8 lakhs will get the benefit of 10% reservation now onwards.

 At the end of the speech, Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil urged people to vote for BJP- Shiv Sena alliance candidate Mr. Dhairyashil Mane.

धनगर समाज आणि शेतमजूर मेळावा कुरुंदवाड जिल्हा कोल्हापूर

कृषी मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी यावेळी धनगर समाजाला त्यांच्या आरक्षणाच्या मागण्यांसंदर्भात आणि शेती मजुरांना त्यांच्या निवृत्तीवेतन, घरे आणि अतिक्रमणाच्या नियमितीकरण संदर्भात आश्वस्त केले.

2019 चा निवडणुकांसाठी बीजेपीच्या निवडणूक मोहिमेअंतर्गत शेतकऱ्यांची प्रगती, मराठा आणि धनगर जातींना आरक्षण ,आयुष्मान भारत योजना अशा विविध मुद्द्यांचा प्रचार केला गेला आहे. नुकतीच महसूल आणि कृषी मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील  यांनी धनगर समाज आणि शेतमजुर मेळावा, कुरुंदवाड येथे उपस्थिती लावली, त्यावेळी त्यांनी बीजेपी सरकारच्या राज्य आणि देश पातळीवरील वेगवेगळ्या प्रयत्नांची माहिती दिली ज्याचा फायदा समाजाला आणि कृषी उद्योगाला होऊ शकेल.

आपल्या भाषणाच्या सुरुवातीलाच "येळकोट येळकोट जय मल्हार" असे म्हणून श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी सर्वांना सुखद धक्का दिला, कारण या समाजाचे प्रमुख दैवत खंडोबा मानले गेले आहे. महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी पुढे असा दावा केला की इथे असलेल्या प्रत्येक व्यक्तीला मोदी सरकारच्या कोणत्या ना कोणत्या योजनेचा निश्चित फायदा झालेला आहे आणि म्हणूनच पुन्हा या देशाचे पंतप्रधान म्हणून माननीय श्री. मोदी जी यांची नियुक्ती होणे आवश्यक आहे. इथे असलेल्या कुटुंबीयांपैकी प्रत्येक कुटुंबाला मोफत शौचालय, कर्जमाफी ,गॅस जोडणी ,विद्युत पुरवठा, अशा काही ना काही रुपात नक्कीच फायदा झालेला आहे. याशिवाय खूप कुटुंबांना नुकत्याच झालेल्या आयुष्यमान भारत या योजनेचा मोठ्या प्रमाणावर फायदा झालेला आहे. या योजनेअंतर्गत कुटुंबातील पाच व्यक्तींना पाच लाखापर्यंत आरोग्य विमा कवच आणि औषधे व आरोग्यविषयक सुविधांसाठी मदत प्राप्त होते. अशाप्रकारे प्रत्येक कुटुंबाला आज मोदी सरकारने आणलेल्या योजनांचा निश्चित फायदा झालेला आहे. यावरून एक गोष्ट स्पष्ट दिसते की सर्वांचे आयुष्य सुरक्षित, आनंदी, श्रीमंत,आणि सुखी पाहायचे असेल तर केंद्रामध्ये माननीय श्री. मोदीजी पंतप्रधान असल्याशिवाय दुसरा पर्याय राहत नाही.

महसूल मंत्री श्री.चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील पुढे म्हणाले की बीजेपी सरकारच्या विविध गौरवशाली कार्यांची मोठी यादी आहे. तरीही महाराष्ट्राचे मुख्यमंत्री माननीय श्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मिळवलेले मोठे यश मराठा जातीच्या आरक्षणासंदर्भात आहे. मराठा जातीच्या आरक्षणाची मागणी 1968 पासून प्रलंबित आहे. यापूर्वीचे मराठा मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शरद पवार यांनीदेखील मराठा आरक्षणासंदर्भात अशी असे विधान केले होते की मराठा जात ही मागास मानली जात नाही आणि त्यामुळे त्यांना आरक्षण दिले जाऊ शकत नाही. परंतु ब्राह्मण मुख्यमंत्री असणा-या श्री फडणवीस यांनी चमत्कार करून दाखवला आहे आणि आज मराठा जातीला 16% आरक्षण नोकरी आणि शिक्षणामध्ये उपलब्ध झालेले आहे. वैद्यकीय अभ्यासक्रमाच्या पदवीत्तर कोर्सेसच्या प्रवेशाची सुरुवात नवीन पद्धतीने आरक्षण लागू करून झालेली आहे.

कृषि मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी बीजेपी सरकारने धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणासाठी वापरलेले धोरणही स्पष्ट केले. धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणाची मागणी अनेक वर्षांपासून प्रलंबित आहे आणि आणि ही मागणी अधिक  सशक्त करण्यासाठी फडणवीस सरकारने टीआयएसएस या संस्थेचा संशोधन अहवाल मागणी सोबत सादर केला आहे. श्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या या पद्धतशीर दृष्टिकोनामुळे  यांना आता धनगड आणि धनगर या दोन जातींमध्ये असणारा गोंधळ कायदेशीररीत्या मिटवता येईल आणि या संदर्भातील न्यायालयीन निकाल हाती येईपर्यंत राज्य सरकार धनगर समाजाला आदिवासी समाजाच्या सर्व योजना आणि फायदे लागू करण्यास बांधील आहे, यामध्ये  शुल्क, वस्तीगृहे इत्यादींचा समावेश होतो. त्याचप्रमाणे पुण्यश्लोक अहिल्याबाई होळकर यांनाही आज सरकारने त्यांचे नाव सोलापूर विद्यापीठाला देऊन मानवंदना दिली आहे.

माननीय महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी आर्थिक निकषांवर लागू केलेल्या आरक्षणाचा ही उल्लेख केला. जातीऐवजी आर्थिक निकषांवर बीजेपी सरकारने आरक्षण लागू करून एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय घेतला आहे. यामुळे अशा कुटुंबांना फायदा होईल ज्यांचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न 8 लाखापेक्षा कमी आहे. ते पुढे असे म्हणाले की मराठा, धनगर जातीचे आरक्षण आणि आर्थिक निकषांवर लागू झालेले आरक्षण याचा महाराष्ट्रातील लोकांच्या पुढील कितीतरी पिढ्यांना निश्चित फायदा होणार आहे आणि म्हणूनच हेच सरकार पुन्हा एकदा नियुक्त होणे गरजेचे आहे.

आपल्या भाषणाच्या पुढील भागामध्ये त्यांनी शेतमजुरांना त्यांच्या विविध मागण्यांसंदर्भात आश्वासन देऊन त्याची पूर्तता लवकरच होईल असा विश्वास दिला. ते असे म्हणाले की शेतमजूर हे कष्टकरी असून त्यांना लवकरच केंद्र शासनाकडून मासिक निवृत्तीवेतन योजना लागू होईल, याचा उपयोग त्यांना साठ वर्षानंतर होऊ शकेल. तसेच शेतमजुरांची घरे आणि अतिक्रमणांचे नियमितीकरण करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करण्यात येईल. ते असेही म्हणाले की शेतमजुरांना देण्यात येणारी निवृत्तीवेतन योजनेची रक्कम तसेच श्रावण बाळ निवृत्ती वेतन योजनेची रक्कम यामध्ये वाढ करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करण्यात येतील. त्यांनी शेतमजुरांना ठोस आश्वासन दिले की यासाठी निश्चित पावले उचलली जातील.

आपल्या भाषणाचा समारोप करताना महसूल मंत्री पुढे असे म्हणाले की विरोधी पक्षाचे उमेदवार श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांच्याबद्दल मला फारसे काही बोलावेसे वाटत नाही. कारण त्यांनी अशा पक्षाची साथ दिली आहे ज्या पक्षाने शेतकऱ्यांवर नेहमीच अन्याय केला आहे. श्री पाटील यांनी लोकांना शिवसेना उमेदवार श्री. धैर्यशील माने यांना येत्या निवडणुकीत विजयी करा असे आवाहन केले. कारण बीजेपी-शिवसेना युतीच्या उमेदवारांचा विजय होणे माननीय पंतप्रधानांच्या हातात देश सुरक्षित करण्यासाठी आवश्यक आहे. 

 महाराष्ट्र राज्यामध्ये धनगर समाजाची लोकसंख्या दहा टक्के आहे, या परिस्थितीमध्ये धनगर समाज हा निवडणुकांच्या निकालांच्याबाबत महत्त्वाच्या भूमिकेत आहे. बीजेपीने धनगर समाजाच्या फायद्यासाठी आरक्षणाच्या माध्यमातून उचललेली पावले फायदेशीर ठरतील आणि याचे परिणाम धनगर समाजाच्या बीजेपीला असलेल्या  पाठिंब्यामधून दिसून येतील.

Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil on Dhangar Community and Agro-Labour Union, Kurundwad, Dist- Kolhapur

Agriculture Minister Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil assured Dhangar community about their reservation demands and agro-labours for their pension plans, home,andlegalisation procedures.

 For the 2019 election, the BJP election campaign focuses on major issues such as farmer’s betterment, reservation for Maratha and Dhangar community, Ayushman Bharat Scheme, etc. Recently, Revenue and Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra Honourable Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil addressed a public meet--Dhangar community and Agro Labour Union at Kurundwad, Hatkanangale Lok Sabha constituency. He focussed on the contribution of the BJP government at the national level and the state level for the betterment of communities and agricultural perspective.

 Amazingly, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil started his speech with “YelkotYelkot Jai Malhar” to praise Dhangar Community Deity –“Lord Khandoba.” Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil further claimed that every member present in the meeting is benefited due to one of the scheme or plans launched by the Modi Government and that is why Hon. Modi Ji needs to be Prime Minister of this country once more. Many families over here are benefitted with free toilets, loan waivers, gas connections, light connections, income tax benefits, etc. Moreover, many families in India are now benefitting with Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Through this scheme, 5 members of the family can avail the benefits and are covered with 5 Lakh rupees for health and medical purpose every year. In this way, each and every family is benefitted by the plans and schemes launched by the Modi Government. This fact led to the conclusion that there is no other option than Hon. Modi Ji for making our lives secure,safe, happy and wealthy.

 Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil further added that there is a big list of the achievements of the BJP government. The major issue solved at the state level by Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis is related to the Maratha Community reservation. Maratha community reservation demand was prolonged since 1968. Even prior Maratha Chief Ministers such as Mr. Sharad Pawar replied that the Maratha community is not considered as backward, and reservation cannot be provided to the Maratha community. But Brahmin Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis could achieve this miracle and now the Maratha community is availed with 16% reservation in the services and education. For the medical courses post-graduation, the admission process is already started with the applied reservation.

 Agriculture Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil explained the strategy used by the BJP Government in the achievement of Dhangar community reservation. This prolonged demand of Dhangar community is supported by the research report given by TISS and now with supporting documents, the application is given to the Central Government for the Dhangar community reservation. Due to this systematic approach used by Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis, it is possible to resolve the confusion between Dhagad and Dhangar community in the Maharashtra state. Until the court result comes for this matter,the State Government is committed to providing all the tribal facilities to the Dhangar community, including tuition fees, hostels, etc. Along with this, it is also finalised that Punyshlok Ahilyabai Holkar will be paid tribute by renaming Solapur University with her name.

 Honourable Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil put forward the benefits of reservation offered on the basis of financial criteria instead of caste. This is one of the historicdecisions taken by the BJP government. Families with an annual income, lesser than 8 Lakhs will get the benefit of this reservation. He further added that Maratha, Dhangar community reservation and financial basis reservation will benefit many generations of Maharashtra people, therefore, it is necessary to have the same government back at the centre.

 In the next session of his speech, he gave assurance to all agricultural labours that their demands will be fulfilled as early as possible. He further added that agricultural labours will be supported bythe Central Government through amonthly pension. This will help them after 60. Also, we will try to provide them homes and try to legalise their current encroachment. He also assured that we will try to increase the pension amount for agro-labour including Shravan-Bal Pension scheme.

 While concluding the speech Revenue Minister added that I need not talk about the opponent candidate Mr. Raju Shetty, because he has joined with a party which has been always biased towards farmers. He urged people to vote for the Shiv Sena candidate, Mr. Dharyshil Mane in the upcoming election. It is necessary to assure BJP-Shiv Sena candidate’s victory in the election to secure our country in Honourable Prime Minister’s hands again.

 In Maharashtra state,Dhangar community comprises of the 10% population contribution. In this situation, the Dhangar community plays a major role in the election results. BJP is taking great efforts for the Dhangar community’s betterment through reservation procedures and its positive consequences will be seen with the support of the Dhangar community.

श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी असे उत्तर दिले की बारामती मतदारसंघ मागची अनेक वर्षे एका कुटुंबाशी निगडित आहे आणि तुलनात्मक विचार केला तर राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसने बारामतीचा काही प्रमाणातच विकास साधला आहे. याच मतदार संघाचे अनेक विभाग आज उपेक्षित आहेत. भोर एमआयडीसी,  बेरोजगार तरुण अशा अनेक समस्या या मतदारसंघात आहेत. त्याचप्रमाणे बीजेपीला बारामती मतदारसंघांमध्ये यश मिळणे ही साधी गोष्ट नसेल. त्यासाठी मेहनतीची आवश्यकता आहे. त्यामुळे बीजेपीने बारामती मतदारसंघावर लक्ष केंद्रित केले आहे. त्यांनी असेही सांगितले, की या गोष्टी 2014 च्या निवडणुका पासूनच सुरु झाल्या आहेत. मागच्या निवडणुकीमध्ये श्री. महादेव जानकर यांना खासदार सुप्रियाताई सुळे यांनी फक्त 76 हजार मतांच्या फरकाने पराभूत केले होते आणि हे आश्चर्यकारक होते. श्री. जानकर हा बारामतीसाठी नवीन चेहरा होता आणि तरीही त्यांनी इतका चांगला निकाल प्राप्त केला होता. त्यामुळे 2019 च्या निवडणुकांमध्ये बीजेपीच्या कमळासह आम्ही नवीन समीकरणे निवडणुकींच्या निकालांमध्ये अपेक्षित करीत आहोत.

 बारामती मतदार संघासाठी वापरण्यात आलेले धोरण

महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी स्पष्ट केले की बारामती मतदारसंघांमध्ये पुण्यामधील खडकवासला या विभागाचा समावेश होतो आणि त्याचा आम्हाला निश्चित फायदा मिळेल, जर आम्ही खडकवासला मधून अधिक मताधिक्‍य मिळवू शकलो आणि त्याचवेळी सुप्रियाताई सुळे यांना बारामतीतून काही प्रमाणात मते कमी करू शकलो तर निश्चितच नवीन समीकरणे पाहायला मिळतील.

बारामतीचा विकास आणि पवार कुटुंबीयांचे योगदान

माननीय पंतप्रधान श्री.नरेंद्र मोदी आणि श्री. अरुण जेटली यांच्या बारामतीला भेट आणि बारामतीच्या विकासाची प्रशंसा या प्रश्नाला उत्तर देताना महसूल मंत्री श्री.चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी असा जबाब दिला की बीजेपी नेहमी विरोधकांच्याही चांगल्या गोष्टींना स्तुती करून मान्यता देते. आम्ही कधीच बारामतीच्या विकासाला आणि राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसच्या योगदानाला नाकारले नाही. परंतु वस्तुस्थिती अशी आहे की बारामती मतदार संघाचा अंशतः विकास साधण्यात राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसला यश मिळालेले आहे आणि यामध्येही श्री. आप्पासाहेब पवार यांचा मोठा वाटा आहे. आजही बरेच कार्य बाकी आहे, ज्यामध्ये दुष्काळी परिस्थिती आणि अन्य समस्यांचा समावेश आहे. तसेच, लोकशाहीमध्ये एकाच घराण्याकडे राजकारणाच्या सूत्रांची एकाधिकारशाही का असावी? जेव्हा श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांना त्यांच्या बदललेल्या स्वभावाबद्दल आणि आक्रमक वृत्ती बद्दल विचारले, तेव्हा त्यांनी सांगितले की राजकारणात नेत्यांना वेगवेगळे भूमिका पार पाडाव्या लागतात. आता मला आक्रमक भूमिका घेणे गरजेचे आहे. कारण तरच बारामती मतदारसंघात बीजेपीला यश मिळू शकेल. तसेच गमतीने ते असेही म्हणाले की राज ठाकरे, हर्षवर्धन पाटील इत्यादींना मी या पद्धतीने बोलू शकत नाही कारण त्यांचे आगामी निवडणुकीतील अस्तित्व तितके पूरक वाटत नाही. परंतु श्री. शरद पवार हे आदरणीय आहेत आणि माझे मित्रही आहेत. मला अशी आक्रमक वृत्ती दाखवावी लागते, कारण आम्हाला राजकारणातील घराणेशाहीचा समारोप करायचा आहे. तसेच महाराष्ट्राच्या इतिहासातील इष्ट नसणाऱ्या राजकारणी वृत्तींचा ही समाचार घ्यायचा आहे. त्यांनी पुढे असेही सांगितले की श्री. अजित पवार यांना हर्षवर्धन पाटलांच्या घरी जावे लागले. त्यांना हे करण्याची गरज पडली कारण पूर्वी राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसने हर्षवर्धन पाटील यांना नेहमीच संकटात टाकले आहे आणि आता त्यांना मनवायची वेळ आली आहे.

 धनगर जातीच्या आरक्षणासंदर्भातील विचार

श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी असा दावा केला की सध्याचे सरकार हे धनगर समाजाचा आरक्षणाचा मुद्दा यशस्वीपणे मांडू शकले आहे. न्यायालयीन निकाल येईपर्यंत धनगर समाजाला आदिवासींच्या सर्व सुविधा प्राप्त होणार आहेत, ज्यामध्ये आश्रम शाळा, हॉस्टेल, शाळांची फी यांचा समावेश असेल. त्याचप्रमाणे सोलापूर विद्यापीठाला अहिल्याबाई होळकर विद्यापीठ असे नामकरण करण्याची प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होत आलेली आहे. त्यामुळे धनगर समाज नेहमीच बीजेपीला पाठिंबा देईल.

 निवडणुका आणि त्यांचे निकाल यासंदर्भातील एकत्रित चित्र

श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांच्या मते एक गोष्ट अतिशय स्पष्ट आहे की पश्चिम महाराष्ट्राच्या 10 जागा बीजेपी- शिवसेना युतीलाच मिळणार आहेत. त्यांनी श्री. पार्थ पवार यांच्या बद्दल सहानुभूती देखील व्यक्त केले कारण ते निश्चित आगामी निवडणुकांमध्ये पराभूत होणार आहेत. देशपातळीवर त्यांना विश्वास आहे की 375 जागा बीजेपी आणि मित्रपक्षांना मिळतील. त्यामुळे माननीय श्री. नरेंद्र मोदी हे निश्चित देशाचे पंतप्रधान परत असणार आहेत.

बीजेपी आणि भविष्य

पक्षात इतर सदस्यांचा होणारा प्रवेश, प्रचारसभांमध्ये होणारी हिंसा आणि अशा विविध गोष्टींमुळे बीजेपीवर होत असणारी टीका यावर श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी असं उत्तर दिले की काही वेळा अशा गोष्टी होतात, परंतु पक्षात अशा लोकांच्या प्रवेशाने पक्षाची तत्वे आणि नीतिमत्ता यावर निश्चितच परिणाम होणार नाही. त्यांनी असे सांगितले की जिथे  अनुचित गोष्टी झाल्या आहेत त्यावर पक्ष निश्चितच कारवाई करेल. त्याचवेळी ते असे म्हणाले की पक्षांमध्ये अनेक मुत्सद्दी राजकारणी इतर पक्षामधून प्रवेश घेत आहेत. कारण त्यांना बीजेपी मध्ये चांगले भविष्य, तत्त्वनिष्ठता आणि समाजासाठी कार्य करण्याची संधी दिसून येत आहे.

Focus on Ending Monopoly in the Politics and Emerging New Political Equations said the Revenue Minister, Hon. Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil during a candid Interview.

 With 2019 election results, the equations in Maharashtra politics are going to change and many BJP eminent are eager to see these new equations in the history of Maharashtra. One of the most intense and discussed constituencies for 2019 Lok Sabha elections include Baramati constituency. Revenue and Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra State, Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil is playing an important role in the public meetings at Baramati constituency. On this occasion, Zee 24 Taas conducted an interview with Mr. Dada Patil and this is our detailed report on the interview.

  Why BJP is focussing more on Baramati?

Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil explained that Baramati has been associated with a particular since family last several years and comparatively NCP could achieve partial development in the Baramati constituency. Many other areas in the constituency are facing issues or specifically Bhor MIDC and unemployment for the youth are the serious concerns there. Also, the success of the BJP in the Baramati constituency is not a simple thing, it will require hard work. Therefore, the BJP has to focus more on Baramati constituency. He also added that the things are triggered from 2014 elections itself. In the last elections, Mr. Mahadev Jankar was defeated by MP Mrs. Supriya Tai Sule by the vote difference of 76000 votes and it was totally surprising. Mr. Jankar was a new face for the Baramati constituency and still, he could achieve such a great result. Therefore, in 2019 elections with BJP symbol, we are expecting new equations in the election results.

  A new strategy for Baramati constituency

Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil explained that Baramati constituency consists of the Khadakwasla area from Pune and we can get the benefit, if we can increase the vote count from Khadakwasla region and reduce the same for Supriya Tai Sule from Baramati area, we will be able to see new equations.

 Development of Baramati and Contribution of Pawar Family

While answering the tricky questions of Hon. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Arun Jaitley’s visit and appreciation for Baramati development, Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil replied that leaders of the BJP always appreciate the good things from opponents as well. We never deny about Baramati development and the contribution of NCP for the same. But the fact is that only partial development has been achieved by NCP and that through the contribution of Mr. Aappasaheb Pawar and much more work is pending, including drought situation and other problems in the constituency. Also, in a democratic system why only one family should have a monopoly in politics?

 When Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil was asked about his change in nature and attacking behaviour, especially on the Pawar family, he replied that in politics, leaders need to play diverse roles and I am assigned the attacking role now for victory in Baramati constituency. Also, in an amusing way, he added that I can’t attack Raj Thackery, Harshwardhan Patil, etc. in this way. As their context in the upcoming election is irrelevant or they are my friends. But, Mr. Sharad Pawar is respectable and my friend too. I just need to take attacking behaviour for ending the monopoly of a single family in the politics and to defeat the dirty politics they played in the history of Maharashtra. He also added that Mr. Ajit Pawar visited Mr. Harshavardhan Patil’s home. He needed to take this step because NCP always tried to trouble Mr. Harshvardhan Patil in the past and now it's his time to convince.

 Thoughts on Dhangar Community Reservation

Mr. Dada Patil appealed that the current government is successful in solving the Dhangar Reservation issue. Till the court results are out, Dhangar community will get all the benefits of tribal communities such as hostels, tuition fees, etc. and also the process of renaming Solapur University as Ahilyabai Holkar University is finalised, therefore, Dhangar community will support BJP in the election.

 The overall picture of elections and results

According to Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil, it is crystal clear that in western Maharashtra, all 10 seats will be occupied by BJP-Shiv Sena alliance. He also showed sympathy for Mr. Parth Pawar, for his future failure in the upcoming elections. On the country level, he is expecting that 375 seats will be occupied by BJP and friend parties. Therefore, Hon. Mr. Narendra Modi is going to be PM again.

To justify BJP against different criticizing issues such as entry of other party members, violence in the public meetings, etc. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil replied that sometimes it happens, but the entry of such members in the party will not destroy the original principles and ethics of the BJP. He also replied that violence cases will be taken seriously by the party. On the other hand, renowned politicians are also joining the party for a better future, principles, and opportunities to work for society.

 The confidence of BJP workers, and guidance and participation of the BJP eminent for the upcoming election campaign is on the momentum. This outstanding campaign work for the party can change the political equations in the Maharashtra state.

Public Meeting of Shri Chandrakant Patil at Sarud, Hatkanangale Constituency

Revenue Minister Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil appealed to people to vote for Modi Government to assure completion of various works and projects while claiming that the foundation work has already been attained in the first tenure.

 For the upcoming elections, each and every stakeholder of the BJP is proactively working to assure the comeback of Modi Government in the centre again. Revenue and Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra state and strong political face of western Maharashtra, Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil has implemented a sound strategy for the upcoming elections. Recently he attended a public meeting at Sarud, Taluka - Shahuwadi under the Hatkanangale Lok Sabha constituency. At this meeting, he emphasised on the international achievements of the Modi Government and also elaborated his betterment initiatives for the common people.

 Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil explained the different dimensions of Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji with reference to Gujarat development. He appreciated the Honourable Prime Minister for his effective decisions for water management and resolving the issue of water scarcity in the Gujarat state. Also, the desert areas like Kachh were also able to overcome the water deficiency issues in the tenure of Mr. Narendra Modi Ji as a Chief Minister of Gujarat. Revenue Minister Honourable Mr.  Chandrakant Dada Patil also recalled the international achievements of the Modi Government in the last 5 years. He explained that we are the sixth economy in the world and Hon. Mr. Narendra Modi Ji is the third most prominent and efficient political leader worldwide. In the near future, we will progress as the third biggest economy in the world.

Guardian Minister of Kolhapur district Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil also elaborated on the concerns of the BJP Government towards women and their problems. Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji started Ujjwala scheme for women for free gas connections and showed his sensitivity towards the problems of women. Also, he hailed the scheme for pregnant women where 6000 rupees are credited to her account which can benefit them for medicines, rest, and healthy food. He informed everyone that such a sensible person was targeted by Congress due to his marital status.

 Agriculture Minister Mr. Patil also recalled about crop insurance scheme provided by the Central Government. This scheme is beneficial to farmers because it allows farmers to handle losses due to natural calamities, drought or low yield problems. He also added that for crop insurance, farmers need to pay only 2.5 rupees out of 10 and the remaining amount is paid by the Central and State Government. He also compared the amounts of waivers offered by the two governments, which is 3100 crores by the BJP government and 300 crores by the previous Congress Government. He also added that massive irrigation facilities are offered by the Modi Government which includes different dam projects, canals, etc. 24,000 crores contribution is raised by the Central Government for the irrigation work and farmers are largely benefitted due to this.

 Revenue Minister also explained about the various loan schemes offered to youth for the business purposes. Youth can opt for the loan of 10 Lakhs after submitting their business proposal and no need for a mortgage for this loan.

 Hon. Minister Patil appealed that Hon. Prime Minister Modi has achieved success in aligning developmental schemes for women, farmers, and youth. It is necessary now to give him next tenure to finish the work started by him and to secure the country as well.

 Experienced and seasoned Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil also reviewed the excellent work of Devendra Fadnavis Government in the state. Further, he explained that Fadanvis Government has become successful to offer maximum loan waivers to the farmers and the amount is 3400 crores, out of which already 2100 crore amount is transferred to the farmer's accounts. He also appreciated Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis for his great achievement in the process of Maratha Reservation demand. He explained that despite having Maratha Chief Ministers and maximum academic institutes owned by Maratha community, not any of the prior government was able to handle Maratha Reservation demand successfully and it is prolonged now since 1968. But we are glad that Fadanvis Government achieved this and Maratha Community is offered with 16% reservation in education and services and it is sustainable in the court process also. Many opponents also tried to question about Maratha Reservation in the court.  

 Another great achievement of Fadanvis Government is related to the process of Dhangar community reservation. To accomplish this, our government submitted the report given by TISS about Dhangar community and on the basis of this report, the tribal community reservation is now applicable for Dhangar community also. Before this, Congress Government used to send only request to the Central Government for Dhangar community reservation. But due to the lack of supporting documents, the request was always denied. Now, our government has achieved success in the Dhangar community reservation process as that of the tribal community. Also, Solapur University is renamed as Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar University recently.

 While concluding the speech, Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil appealed to the people to vote for the BJP and the Modi Government. Both Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Devendra Fadnavis requested you to give your important vote to them 5 years back with an assurance to change the face of India. The process has begun now.  Humorously, he also added that to defeat Mr. Raju Shetty, there is no need for BJP as only NCP and National Congress are sufficient for this. Finally, he appealed to the people to vote for the BJP candidate, Mr. Dhairyashil Mane in the upcoming election.

सरूद ,हातकणंगले मतदारसंघ, येथे श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांची झालेली प्रचारसभा

कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री असणाऱ्या श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी बीजेपी सरकारचे महिलांच्या हितासाठी केलेले विविध प्रयत्न आज सभेमध्ये लोकांसमोर मांडले. माननीय पंतप्रधान श्री. नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी उज्वला योजना सुरू करून महिलांना मोफत गॅस जोडणी सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिली. तसेच यातून त्यांची महिलांच्या समस्यांकडे पाहण्याचा भावनिक दृष्टिकोनही स्पष्ट झाला. त्याचप्रमाणे गरोदर महिलांना सहा हजार रुपये खात्यात जमा करून औषधे, विश्रांती ,आणि आरोग्यदायी अन्न असा लाभ घेता येईल यादृष्टीने योजना सुरू केली. इतकी संवेदनशील व्यक्ती असूनही श्री. मोदीजीँना काँग्रेसने महिलांच्या समस्या समजणार नाहीत असे लक्ष्य केले होते आणि याचे कारण त्यांचे वैवाहिक नाते दर्शवले होते.

कृषिमंत्री श्री पाटील यांनी पिक विमा योजनेबद्दल ही माहिती सांगितली. ते असे म्हणाले की ही योजना शेतकऱ्यांना नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, दुष्काळ, कमी उत्पादन अशा परिस्थितीमध्ये आर्थिक नुकसान भरून देण्यास उपयुक्त आहे. ते पुढे असेही म्हणाले की पिक विमा योजनेअंतर्गत शेतकऱ्यांना 10 पैकी फक्त 2.5 रुपये भरावे लागतात उर्वरित रक्कम राज्य आणि केंद्र सरकार भरते. तसेच त्यांनी दोन सरकारने दिलेले नुकसान भरपाईच्या रकमांची देखील तुलना केली. बीजेपी सरकारने 3100 करोड तर काँग्रेस सरकारने फक्त 300 करोड रुपये नुकसान भरपाई दिली होती.  त्यांनी जलसंधारणाच्या विविध योजनांचा थोडक्यात आढावा घेतला. त्यांनी असे नमूद केले की मोदी सरकारच्या कारकिर्दीत जलसंधारणाच्या दृष्टीने मजबूत कार्यास सुरुवात झाली आहे. यामध्ये विविध धरणांचे प्रकल्प ,कालव्यांची बांधकामे प्रगतीपथावर आहेत. केंद्र शासनाकडून 24000 करोड रुपयांचे योगदान जलसंधारणाच्या कामासाठी मिळाले आहे आणि शेतकऱ्यांना याचा मोठ्या प्रमाणावर फायदा होत आहे.

महसूल मंत्री असणाऱ्या श्री. पाटील यांनी मोदी सरकारने आणलेल्या व्यवसाय कर्जाबद्दल ही माहिती दिली. त्यांनी असे स्पष्ट केले की तरुणांना 10 दहा लाख रुपयांपर्यंतचे कर्ज विनातारण व्यवसायासाठी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आले आहे.

माननीय मंत्री पाटील यांनी असे आवाहन केले की माननीय पंतप्रधान मोदी यांनी स्त्रिया, शेतकरी, तरुण वर्ग यांच्या विकासाच्या दृष्टीने पावले उचलली आहेत. आता त्यांना नवीन कार्य काळामध्ये ही कामे अधिक पुढे नेण्यासाठी आणि देशाची सुरक्षा बळकट करण्यासाठी मत देणे आवश्यक आहे.

अनुभवी आणि तज्ञ असणाऱ्या श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी देवेंद्र फडणवीस सरकारच्या उत्कृष्ट कामाचा देखील आढावा घेतला. त्यांनी असे स्पष्ट केले की फडणवीस सरकारने आतापर्यंत सर्वाधिक कर्जमाफी शेतकऱ्यांना दिली आहे. ही रक्कम 3400 करोड आहे आणि त्यापैकी 2100 करोड रुपये शेतकऱ्यांच्या खात्यात जमा झाले आहेत. तसेच त्यांनी माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांचे मराठा आरक्षण मागणीसाठी केलेल्या कार्याबद्दल आणि यशाबद्दल अभिनंदन केले. त्यांनी असे स्पष्ट केले की आतापर्यंत बरेचदा मराठा मुख्यमंत्री आणि सर्व शैक्षणिक संस्था मराठा समाजाच्या अधीन असूनही अगोदरच्या कोणत्याच सरकारला मराठा आरक्षणाची मागणी यशस्वीपणे मांडता आली नव्हती. ही मागणी 1968 पासून प्रलंबित आहे. परंतु आज फडणवीस सरकारने हे शक्य करून दाखवले आणि मराठा समाजाला 16% आरक्षण शिक्षण आणि नोकरी मध्ये प्राप्त झाले आहे. तसेच हे आरक्षण न्यायालयीन प्रक्रियेमध्ये टिकले आहे. बऱ्याच विरोधकांनी मराठा आरक्षणाला न्यायालयात अवैध ठरवण्याचा देखील प्रयत्न केला होता.

फडणवीस सरकारची दुसरी महत्त्वाची कामगिरी धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणासंदर्भात आहे. या गोष्टीसाठी आमच्या सरकारला टीआयएसएस या संस्थेकडून धनगर समाजासंदर्भातील अहवाल मागवून पुढे मांडावा लागला. या अहवालानुसार आदिवासी जमातींच्या नुसारच धनगर समाजाला आरक्षण आणि सुविधा उपलब्ध होतील. यापूर्वी काँग्रेस सरकारने केंद्र सरकारकडे धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणासाठी फक्त निवेदने पाठवली होती. परंतु आधारभूत कागदपत्रे काहीच नसल्यामुळे ती रद्द झाली होती. आज आमचे सरकार धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणासाठी कटिबद्ध आहे आणि यशस्वी झाले आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे सोलापूर विद्यापीठाचे पुण्यश्लोक अहिल्याबाई होळकर विद्यापीठ असे नामकरणही करण्यात आले.

भाषणाचा समारोप करताना महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी लोकांना बीजेपी आणि मोदी सरकारला मत द्या असे आवाहन केले. कारण श्री. नरेंद्र मोदी आणि श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी पाच वर्षांपूर्वी तुमचे एक मत आम्हाला द्या आणि आम्ही तुम्हाला भारताचा चेहरामोहरा बदलून दाखवू असे सांगितले होते, याची सुरुवात आता झालेली आहे. गमतीने पुढे ते असेही म्हणाले की श्री. राजू शेट्टी यांना पराभूत करण्यासाठी बीजेपीची गरज नाही कारण राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रीय काँग्रेस दोन्ही यासाठी पुरेशा आहेत. शेवटी त्यांनी लोकांना असे आवाहन केले की बीजेपी उमेदवार श्री. धैर्यशील माने यांना मते देऊन आगामी निवडणुकांमध्ये विजयी करा.

चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी बीजेपी उमेदवाराच्या विजयासाठी मुळशी येथे झालेली प्रचार सभा

महसूल मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी प्रचार सभेमध्ये विरोधकांवर हल्ला चढवून बीजेपी सरकारच्या विविध योजना आणि निर्णयांची माहिती दिली.

खूप वेळा परिस्थितीमुळे माणसांना वेगवेगळ्या भूमिका पार पाडाव्या लागतात आणि परिस्थितीची गरज म्हणून लोक स्वतःला बदलतात. भारतीय जनता पार्टीच्या आगामी निवडणुकांमधील यशासाठी महसूल आणि कृषी मंत्री माननीय श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांच्या बाबतीतही असेच काही घडत आहे. अतिशय शांत आणि गंभीर व्यक्तिमत्व असणारे दादा पाटील आजकाल अतिशय आक्रमक होताना दिसत आहेत. नुकतीच त्यांनी मुळशी येथे एक प्रचार  सभेला उपस्थिती लावली आणि त्या वेळी बीजेपी सरकारच्या वेगवेगळ्या योजना, कार्ये आणि निर्णयांची माहिती लोकांना करून दिली तसेच काँग्रेस सरकार वरही टीका केली.

महसूल मंत्र्यांनी त्यांच्या भाषणाची सुरुवात माननीय पंतप्रधान श्री. नरेंद्र मोदीजी यांच्या प्रभावशाली नेतृत्व आणि वेगवेगळ्या योजना आणि निर्णयांची स्तुती करून केली. त्यांनी 2014 मध्ये असणाऱ्या गुजरात पॅटर्न या परिस्थितीची आठवण करून दिली. तसेच त्यांनी हेही नमूद केले की गुजरात पॅटर्न हा संपूर्ण देशभरात स्तुत्य होता. पाच वर्षात त्यांनी देशामध्ये वेगवेगळ्या घटकांसाठी वेगवेगळ्या योजना उपलब्ध करून दिल्या आहेत, यामध्ये शेतकरी,कामगार, स्त्रिया, विद्यार्थी यांचा समावेश आहे. देशातील प्रत्येक खेडेगावाला या योजनांचा काहीना काही प्रकारे उपयोग झाला आहे. ताजे उदाहरण म्हणून त्यांनी आयुष्यमान भारत या योजनेचा उल्लेख केला. या योजनेमुळे पाच लाख रुपये इतके मूल्य असणारे आरोग्यविषयक फायदे, औषधे अथवा उपचार खर्च पात्र असणाऱ्या कुटुंबाला आता मिळू शकतील.

महसूल मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी अजून एक स्वयंसिद्ध उदाहरण उज्वला योजनेचे दिले. त्यांनी असे सांगितले की देशाचे पंतप्रधान माननीय श्री. नरेंद्र मोदीजी यांना स्त्रियांच्या समस्या समजणार नाहीत, ते त्या विषयी अनभिज्ञ राहतील असा आरोप केला होता आणि याचे मूळ त्यांच्या वैवाहिक आयुष्याची निगडित होते. परंतु मोदीजींनी असे सिद्ध केले की स्त्रियांच्या समस्यांविषयी ते किती जागृत आहेत. त्यांनी खेड्यातील महिलांना मोफत गॅस सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिली आणि ज्यामुळे महिलांच्या सुविधा आणि आरोग्य विषयक जाणिवा यामध्ये भर पडलेली आहे. आतापर्यंत सात करोड महिलांना मोफत गॅस जोडणीचा फायदा झाला आहे, तसेच 2022 मध्ये भारताच्या स्वातंत्र्याला 75 वर्ष पूर्ण होणार आहेत तोपर्यंत श्री नरेंद्र मोदीजी यांची अशी योजना आहे की भारतातील प्रत्येक महिलेकडे स्वतंत्र गॅस सुविधा उपलब्ध झालेली असेल आणि चुलीवर स्वयंपाक करण्याची गरज पडणार नाही. श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी महिलांशी निगडीत दुसरी योजना जिच्यामुळे गरोदर महिलांना फायदा झाला आहे आणि त्यांना विश्रांती, औषधे आणि आरोग्यदायी अन्न उपलब्ध होऊ शकेल हीदेखील स्पष्ट केली. तसेच त्यांनी असंघटित क्षेत्रातील नोकरांसाठी व कामगारांसाठी निर्माण करण्यात आलेल्या निवृत्ती वेतन योजनांबद्दल भाष्य केले. थोडक्यात श्री. मोदी यांनी बदलत्या आणि विकसित भारताची व्याख्या आणि चेहरामोहरा बदलून टाकला आहे.

अनुभवी आणि तज्ञ कृषि मंत्री श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी खिलाडूवृत्तीने तरुण आणि हुशार माननीय मुख्यमंत्री  श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांची देखील स्तुती केली. ते असे म्हणाले की 2014 च्या बदलत्या राजकीय समीकरणांमध्ये महाराष्ट्राच्या इतिहासात एका नवीन नेतृत्वाचा उदय झाला. या तरुण आणि हुशार व्यक्तीने महाराष्ट्राच्या विकासासाठी नवीन दिशा देण्याचे आश्वासन दिले होते आणि त्यांच्या कर्तृत्वाने त्याने ते सिद्ध केले. आज आमच्या कार्यकाळाची पाच वर्षे पूर्ण होत असताना जवळपास सर्व धरणांचे प्रकल्प,पाणीपुरवठ्याचे प्रकल्प आणि वाहतूक रस्ते यांची कामे प्रगतीपथावर आहेत किंवा पूर्णत्वास गेलेली आहेत. माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या कारकिर्दीमध्ये 2 दोन मोठे  मैलाचे दगड पार झाले आहेत ज्यामध्ये मराठा आरक्षण प्रक्रियेचा समावेश होतो. ही 1968 पासून प्रलंबित असणारी प्रक्रिया आमच्या सरकारने अतिशय उत्तम रीतीने हाताळून यश मिळवले आहे. तीन महिन्यांमध्ये न्यायालय निकाल जाहीर होतील आणि 16 टक्के आरक्षण शिक्षण व नोकरीसाठी मराठा समाजाला लागू झाले आहे.

फडणवीस सरकारचे दुसरे मोठे यश धनगर समाज आरक्षण प्रक्रियेमध्ये समाविष्ट आहे. धनगर समाजाला आरक्षण देण्यासाठी सरकारने टी आय एस एस अहवालाची मदत घेतली आणि धनगर आणि धनगड या दोन समाजांमधील असणारा गोंधळ चुकीचा असल्याचे स्पष्ट केले. यापूर्वी काँग्रेस सरकारने अशा पद्धतीचा पद्धतशीर दृष्टिकोन धनगर समाजाच्या आरक्षणासाठी कधीच वापरला नव्हता. न्यायालयीन अंतिम निकाल हाती येईपर्यंत महाराष्ट्र शासन धनगर समाजाला आदिवासी समाजाच्या सर्व सुविधा देण्यास बांधील आहे. यामध्ये आश्रम शाळा, ट्युशन फी, वसतिगृहे इत्यादींचा समावेश होतो. सद्य सरकारने या दोन गोष्टींमध्ये मिळवलेले यश कोणीच भविष्यात विसरू शकत नाही.

प्रचार सभेमध्ये बीजेपीला मत द्या असे आवाहन करताना श्री. चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी पुढच्या काही वर्षांच्या योजना आणि त्यांचे भविष्य याविषयी भाष्य केले. त्यांनी असे मत मांडले की सर्व कामांची पूर्वतयारी आता झालेली आहे आणि उर्वरित कार्य, यामध्ये योजनांची योग्य रीतीने अंमलबजावणी व त्याचा फायदा शेतकरी, मजूर, स्त्रिया यांना होऊ शकेल यावर भर दिला जाईल. त्यांनी असेही सांगितले की बीजेपी सरकारला जर दोन तृतीयांश मतांनी यश मिळाले तर देशाच्या सुरक्षेसाठी काही निर्णय घेतले जातील. हे निर्णय संविधानाच्या कलम 370 शी निगडीत असतील. ज्याची दुरुस्ती अथवा रद्द करण्याची प्रक्रिया हाती घेतली जाईल आणि त्यामुळे भारतीयांना काश्मीरमध्ये व्यवसाय, नोकरी अथवा जमिनींचे व्यवहार सहज रीतीने करता येतील.

भाषणाचा समारोप करताना त्यांनी लोकांना असे आवाहन केले की बीजेपीच्या उमेदवार सौ. कांचनताई कुल यांना विजयी करा आणि मी आणि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस आपणाला राहिलेल्या कामांच्या पूर्ततेची ग्वाही देतो.

Chandrakant Patil’s Public Meeting At Mulshi For The Victory Of The BJP Candidate

Revenue Minister Hon. Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil during the public meeting attacked the opposition while elaborating on several schemes and plans of the BJP Government.

 Many times, situations need people to play different roles and with that need of the situation, the person changes accordingly. To ensure the victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming election, the same thing is observed about the Revenue and Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra state, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil. An otherwise, very calm and sober person, Mr Patil has turned very aggressive these days! Recently, he attended a public meeting at Mulshi and he elaborated about different activities and decisions taken by the BJP government while attacking the Congress Government.    

 Revenue Minister started his speech by appreciating Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji for his effective leadership and different implemented schemes and decisions. He also recalled the situation in 2014 when the Gujarat pattern under the leadership of Mr. Narendra Modi Ji was admired throughout the country. In the last 5 years, he has implemented several schemes for several stakeholders of the society, including farmers, labour, women, student, etc. Every village of the country in some way is benefited by the various schemes of the central government. As a recent example of Modi Ji’s planning and scheme implementation, he explained about ‘Ayushman Bharat’ scheme that launched recently. Medical benefits of worth Rupees 5,00,000 are availed to each family eligible under the scheme now.

 Revenue Minister Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil also gave a self-explanatory example of “Ujwala Scheme”. He added, our Prime Minister Honorable Mr. Narendra Modi Ji was also blamed for his insensitivity towards the problems faced by women which were blamed on his marital life. But he has proved that how sensible he is towards women’s problems by providing free gas connections to the rural women and this will add to the convenience and health benefits to these women. 7 crore women are benefited due to free gas connections and by 2022 when India will be completing 75 years of independence, Mr. Narendra Modi Ji has the plan that, each and every woman will have a gas connection at her home. He further explained the beneficial scheme for pregnant women in India and how these women were able to get the rest, medicines, and healthy food. He also recalled the pension plan launched for the unorganized sector employees and labour. In short, Mr. Modi Ji has changed the definition and face of developing India.

 Experienced and seasoned Agriculture Minister, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil sportingly appreciated the young and talented Honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Devendra Fadnavis in the public meeting. He said that, with changed political equations in the 2014 election results, another leadership face has emerged in the history of Maharashtra state politics in the form of Honorable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis.  This young and talented person assured different outlook and development of the Maharashtra state and he has proved it with his deeds. When we are completing the tenure of 5 years, almost all dam projects, irrigation projects, and road transport works are completed or they are in progress. During the tenure of Honorable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis, two grand milestones were achieved which includes the success of the Maratha Reservation Process. This was a pending process since 1968 and our government has handled it successfully, the final court result will be out in 3 months but the implementation of 16% reservation for the Maratha community for government services and education process is already started.

 The second achievement of Fadnavis Government includes the success in the Dhangar Community reservation process. To achieve Dhangar community reservation, our government took the help of a TISS report for resolving the confusion between Dhangar and Dhangadh community. Before this, the Congress Government never showed this type of scientific and systematic approach for Dhangar community reservation. Until the final court result comes, Maharashtra State will pay for different facilities availed to Dhangar community as that of tribal communities and that can include hostels, tuition fees, etc. These two milestones achieved in the current government tenure cannot be forgotten by anyone in the future.

 While appealing to the people to vote for the BJP in the upcoming election, Mr. Chandrakant Dada Patil also emphasised on the agenda for the next few years. He explained that the work foundation is ready now and the remaining work, including different scheme’s implementation for the betterment of farmers, labour, women will be accomplished in the next 5 years. He also added that if the BJP Government comes with the majority of 2/3rd seats in the assembly, it will be possible to take some decisions for the security and safety of the country. This decision can be related to revision or cancellation of 370 section of the constitution, which will allow all Indians to go to Kashmir for business, service, or for land transactions.

 While concluding, he appealed to the people to ensure victory for the BJP candidate Mrs. Kanchan Tai Kul and also promised about the outstanding work fulfillment on behalf of Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis and himself.

माढा विजय संकल्प सभा

माननीय पंतप्रधान श्री. नरेंद्र मोदीजी यांनी माढा मतदार संघातील अकलूज येथे भव्य प्रचार सभेला उपस्थिती लावली आणि काँग्रेस सरकारवर जोरदार हल्ला केला तसेच बीजेपी सरकारच्या विविध उपक्रमांची आणि कामांची माहिती दिली.

आगामी निवडणुकांच्या तयारीसाठी बीजेपी खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणात सज्ज आहे. त्यांनी निवडणूक मोहीम, प्रचार सभा,मुलाखती, विजय संकल्प सभा, रॅली अशा विविध धोरणांचा उपयोग विजयासाठी केला आहे. अकलूज येथे माढा मतदारसंघ अंतर्गत विजय संकल्प सभेचे आयोजन केले होते आणि ही सभा लोक आणि पत्रकार यांचे लक्ष वेधून घेण्यात यशस्वी झाली. याचे मुख्य कारण माननीय पंतप्रधान श्री. नरेंद्र मोदीजी आणि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांची उपस्थिती व भाषण हे होते. बीजेपी वरिष्ठांच्या भाषणातून आगामी निवडणुकांत बीजेपीला मिळणाऱ्या यशाची झलक दिसत आहे. तसेच पुन्हा नरेंद्र-देवेंद्र मिशन महाराष्ट्रात लागू होईल अशी शक्यता वाटते.

सभेच्या सुरुवातीला तज्ञ आणि अनुभवी बीजेपी नेते श्री, विजयसिंह मोहिते-पाटील यांचा माननीय पंतप्रधान श्री. नरेंद्र मोदीजी यांच्या हस्ते सत्कार करण्यात आला. त्यांनी वयाची 75 वर्षे पूर्ण केली तसेच पक्ष आणि समाजकार्यासाठी दिलेल्या योगदानासाठी हा सत्कार करण्यात आला.

माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी छोट्या व प्रभावी भाषणात काही मुद्दे मांडले. त्यांनी जनतेच्या भरघोस पाठिंब्यासाठी प्रशंसा केली तसेच या दृष्टिकोनामुळेच श्री. शरद पवारांनी निवडणुकांमधून माघार घेतली असावी असे मत व्यक्त केले. श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मोदी सरकारने लागू केलेल्या विविध योजनांचा पश्चिम महाराष्ट्राला कसा फायदा झाला यावरही भाष्य केले. यामध्ये त्यांनी विविध जलसंधारण योजना, धरणांचे प्रकल्प, कालव्यांची कामे यांचा दुष्काळी असणाऱ्या सोलापूर आणि सातारा जिल्ह्यांना कसा फायदा झाला हे स्पष्ट केले. तसेच त्यांनी साखरेला भाव निश्चिती केल्याबद्दल आणि वाढीव एफ. आर. पी. साठी केंद्र शासनाची स्तुती केली. त्याचवेळी त्यांनी राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसच्या वरिष्ठ नेत्यांकडे केंद्र सरकारची उत्तमोत्तम पदे असतानाही त्यांनी कृषी आणि दुष्काळासाठी पश्चिम महाराष्ट्रात काहीच केले नाही असा खेद व्यक्त केला.

या सभेचे मुख्य आकर्षण हे माननीय पंतप्रधान श्री. नरेंद्र मोदी यांची उपस्थिती व भाषण हे होते. त्यांनी  भाषणाची सुरुवात मराठी भाषेतून करून लोकांना आश्चर्याचा सुखद धक्का दिला. भाषणाच्या सुरुवातीलाच त्यांनी सध्या सुरू असलेल्या नैसर्गिक आपत्तीमुळे ज्यांचे नुकसान झाले आहे असे शेतकरी आणि बळी पडलेले नागरिक यांच्यासाठी आवश्यक त्या सुविधा आणि मदत ताबडतोब पुरवण्यात येतील असा विश्वास दिला. तसेच त्यांनी श्री विजयसिंह मोहिते-पाटील यांच्या भरीव योगदानासाठी आभार मानले.

भाषणाच्या सुरुवातीलाच मिश्किल पद्धतीने त्यांनी असे मत व्यक्त केले की आता मला समजले की श्री. शरद पवार यांनी निवडणुकांमधून माघार का घेतली. पुढे ते असेही म्हणाले की श्री. शरद पवार हे खिलाडूवृत्तीचे आहेत आणि तरीही ते माघार घेतात म्हणजे नक्कीच त्यांचा पक्ष किंवा कुटुंबाला या मतदारसंघात धोका आहे याची जाणीव त्यांना झालेली असणार.

नंतर त्यांनी लोकांना असे आवाहन केले की तुम्ही शैक्षणिक सुविधा, सुरक्षेसाठी लागणाऱ्या सुविधा, आरोग्यविषयक सुविधा यासाठी अतिशय काळजीपूर्वक निवड करता मग इतक्या प्रचंड मोठ्या देशाला योग्य नेत्यांच्या हाती सोपवण्यासाठी तुम्हाला निश्चितच खूप काळजीने आणि योग्य नेत्यांची निवड होणे आवश्यक वाटत नाही का? पाच वर्षे आपण सर्वांनी बीजेपी सरकारचे कार्य पाहिले आहे. आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील घडामोडींसह समाजातल्या प्रत्येक घटकांसाठी भरीव कार्य केले आहे. पुढे ते असेही म्हणाले की भारतीय लष्कराच्या सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक आणि इतर मोहिमांमधून आपण दहशतवाद्यांना धडा शिकवला. काँग्रेस सरकारच्या कारकिर्दीत मुंबई शहरामध्ये दहशतवादाचा उच्चांक होता, तरीही तत्कालीन सरकारने कोणतीही कृती केली नव्हती. त्यांनी जे राजकीय पक्ष भारतीय लष्कराच्या सर्जिकल अटॅक सारख्या मोहिमांवर शंका घेतात त्यांचा समाचार घेण्यास आणि त्यांना योग्य उत्तर देण्यास मी समर्थ आहे असा विश्वास दिला.

पुढे ते असे म्हणाले की यावेळी पहिल्यांदाच निवडणुकांच्या इतिहासात जनता इतक्या उत्साहाने सहभागी होत आहे आणि जनताच भारतीय जनता पक्षाला मते देऊन सरकार पुन्हा एकदा पक्षाच्या आणि मोदी सरकारच्या हाती  सोपवण्यास उत्सुक आहे.

भाषणाच्या पुढील भागामध्ये त्यांनी सरकारच्या विविध कार्याबद्दल विचार व्यक्त केले. त्यांनी असे नमूद केले की बीजेपी कारकिर्दीत कोणताच घोटाळा दृष्टिक्षेपात येत नाही आणि आणि याची तुलना तुम्ही काँग्रेसच्या  कारकिर्दीबरोबर करू शकता. बीजेपी सरकार हे खोटे बोलणार्‍यांना आणि खोटी कृती करणाऱ्यांना योग्य उत्तर देण्यास सक्षम आहे. त्यांनी महागाई दर कमी करून सर्वांची जीवनशैली उंचावण्यासाठी प्रयत्न केल्याचे स्पष्ट केले.

श्री. मोदी यांनी या मुद्द्याकडे ही लक्ष वेधून घेतले की सध्या कॉंग्रेसचे सर्व नेते फक्त 'मोदी हटाव' एवढ्याच गोष्टीबद्दल बोलताना दिसतात. ते त्यांच्या आधीच्या कोणत्याच कार्याबद्दल किंवा भविष्यातील कोणत्याच योजनांबद्दल काहीच बोलत नाहीत. त्यांनी काँग्रेस नेत्यांच्या खालच्या पातळीवरील चौकीदार आणि जातीयवादी टीकेची देखील आठवण करून दिली. तसेच असा इशाराही दिला की मी माझ्या वरील टीका सहन करू शकेल, परंतु अशा पद्धतीची टीका लोकांवर झालेली मी कधीच सहन करणार नाही.

आज त्यांनी सभेमध्ये शरद पवार यांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या परिवार या मुद्द्याला ही उत्तर दिले. श्री. मोदी यांच्या मते माझा परिवार हा मर्यादित नसून तो अनेक महान व्यक्तींच्या विचारधारेने आणि प्रेरणेने बनलेला आहे. ज्यामध्ये भगतसिंग, राजगुरू, सुखदेव, चाफेकर बंधू, महात्मा फुले, डॉक्टर आंबेडकर, वीर सावरकर यांचा समावेश होतो. तसेच त्यांनी असा सल्लाही दिला की श्री. पवार यांनी त्यांचे राजकीय गुरू स्वर्गीय श्री. यशवंतराव ���व्हाण यांच्याकडून प्रेरणा घेतली असती तर बरे झाले असते.

भाषणाचा समारोप करताना त्यांनी सरकारच्या विविध योजना आणि निर्णयांची थोडक्यात माहिती दिली. नुकत्याच जाहीर झालेल्या आयुष्मान भारत योजनेचा त्यांनी उल्लेख केला. या योजनेमुळे अनेक गरीब कुटुंबीयांना वैद्यकीय सुविधा आणि औषधे यासाठी सरकारकडून मदत मिळू शकेल. त्यांनी साखरेवरील आयात-निर्यात धोरणांचा फेरविचार व या निर्णयांचा शेतकऱ्यांना झालेला फायदा यावरही भाष्य केले. तसेच ते हेही म्हणाले की आम्ही फक्त उसापासून साखरेची निर्मिती इतकाच विचार करत नसून, इथेनॉल आणि जैवइंधन निर्मितीचीही प्रक्रिया सुरू झाली आहे. भारताचे कृषिमंत्री असणारे श्री. शरद पवार या गोष्टी पूर्वीच करू शकले असते, परंतु मी भाग्यवान आहे की ही संधी मला मिळाली. त्यांनी पुढे असाही विश्वास व्यक्त केला की सरकारच्या पुढील कार्यकाळामध्ये पाण्यासाठी आणि पाण्याच्या कमतरतेच्या  विविध समस्या सोडवण्यासाठी स्वतंत्र मंत्रालयाची स्थापना करण्यात येईल.

शेवटी त्यांनी बीजेपी उमेदवारांना मत देऊन मोदी सरकारला येत्या निवडणुकीत विजयी करा असे आवाहन लोकांना केले.

Madha Vijay Sankalp Sabha

Hon. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji addressed a grand public meeting at Madha and attacked the Congress while emphasizing on the work done by BJP Government

 The BJP has been working very hard for the upcoming elections. They are strategically working on election campaigns, public meetings, rally, interviews and Vijay Sankalp Sabha for the victory. Vijay Sankalp Sabha organised at Akluj under the Madha constituency gained maximum media and public attention due to the presence and speech of Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji and Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis. The confidence of BJP leaders and speeches provides a strong framework for the grand success of the BJP in the upcoming election with Narendra-Devendra mission again in Maharashtra.

 At the beginning of the meeting, seasoned leader of the BJP, Mr. Vijaysingh Mohite Patil was felicitated by Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji for the completion of 75 years of age and the contribution towards the party and social work.

 Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis delivered a very short and effective speech during the meeting. He appreciated the people for their approach towards NCP which resulted in the back out of Mr. Sharad Pawar from the election. Also, Mr. Devendra Fadnavis recalled different schemes implemented by the Modi government for the betterment of western Maharashtra people. He emphasized on different irrigation projects, dam projects, canals undertaken by the Modi government in the drought-affected area of Solapur and Satara district. He also appreciated the Central Government for the increased FRP assured for sugar. He also blamed that NCP could not contribute for Agriculture sector and drought issues of western Maharashtra, despite having topmost positions at the centre.

 The major attraction for this Vijay Sankalp Sabha was the presence of Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji and his speech. He started his speech in Marathi language and gave a pleasant surprise to the audience.

 At the beginning of his speech, he discussed about the natural calamities that occurred during the week and assured that the victims of natural calamities, and the farmers will get the necessary help and support on an immediate basis. He also thanked Mr. Vijaysingh Mohite Patil for his massive contribution to society and BJP.

 In an amusing way, he further added that now he understood why Mr. Sharad Pawar quit the election. He also explained that Mr. Sharad Pawar who is known to be a sporty person but still he quit from the ground, as realised there is a risk for his party and family in this constituency.

 Further, he appealed to the people that we all are very selective for our smallest things such as education services, medical services, safety and security services, then for this huge country, it is necessary to be very careful and selective for the appointment of the right leaders for the right position. Since, last five years we can see his government’s work. Along with international achievements he has worked towards the betterment of each and every stakeholder of the society. He also talked about surgical strikes and different attacks by the Indian army on the centres of terrorists. He compared this situation with the Congress Government situation when the terrorism was at momentum in the Mumbai city, but no action was taken by the respective government. He criticized different political parties which are questioning about the Indian Army surgical attack campaigns and he assured that he is able to teach the right lesson to these political parties.

 He also claimed that for this election people are with him and this is happening for the first time that people are so enthusiastic and eager for the elections, to vote for BJP and to hand over the country again in Modi's hand.  

 In the next section of his speech, he added that in the BJP tenure, no scams have been observed which can be compared with the Congress government tenure. He further added that his government is always able to punish liars and cheaters, he also explained about different initiatives taken to control the inflation rate and to assure better lifestyle for the poor class of the society.

 He also pointed out that in all the public meetings, the Congress leaders are talking about only ’Modi Hatao’ agenda, but they are not talking about their past work or future work at all. He also recalled the low-level criticism of Congress leaders about Chaukidar and his caste. Further, he warned that he can tolerate this type of criticism on him by the Congress, but he will not tolerate this type of criticism for his people.

 He also answered on the issue raised by Mr. Sharad Pawar about his family. According to Mr. Modi, his family is not limited, it is extended by the thought process and inspirations of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Chapekar brothers, Mahatma Phule, Dr. Ambedkar, Veer Savarkar, etc. He also suggested that Mr. Pawar has taken inspiration from his political Guru Late Mr. Yashwantrao Chavan.

 While concluding his speech he elaborated about different plans and schemes implemented by the BJP government. He further added that recently launched Ayushman Bharat Scheme will provide the medical facilities and health benefits to poor families in India. He also explained the export-import policies for sugar and how these policies are beneficial for farmers while adding that they are not focused only on sugar production from the sugarcane, but they are also targeting the production of ethanol and biofuel from the sugarcane. Being Agriculture Minister at the centre, Mr. Sharad Pawar could have done this in the past, but Mr Modi took the opportunity to initiate ethanol plants in the country. He also assured people for the establishment of a separate Water Department for resolving water deficiency and related issues.

 Finally, he appealed to the public to vote for the BJP candidates to assure victory to the BJP government and Modi Sarkar in the upcoming election.

Shri Chandrakant Patil on Hanuman Jayanti

In Hindu culture, Lord Hanuman is the symbol of devotion and loyalty. Hanuman Jayanti is a Hindu religious festival celebrated on the occasion of the birth of Lord Hanuman, an ardent devotee of Lord Rama. On this auspicious day, devotees of Lord Hanuman celebrate, pray and seek His protection, blessings, and care.

In Hindu mythology, Hanuman is the most powerful deity and is worshipped as the embodiment of strength and energy. He is one of the most adored characters in Ramayana and, according to the epic; he is a Vanara (a monkey-like humanoid form) who became a dedicated disciple of Lord Ram. In Ramayana, there are numerous situations briefing about Hanuman’s power and valour. So, Hindu people worship Hanuman as a symbol of devotion, strength, and energy and as one having the magical powers to eliminate the negativities. In another theory, he is considered as an incarnation of Lord Shiva himself. Also, Hindu people believe that worshipping Hanuman is relieving in the Shani-Sade-Sati. Therefore, people pray Lord Hanuman regularly on Saturdays and on Hanuman Jayanti.

In most parts of India, Hanuman Jayanthi is celebrated on the Poornima (full moon) day of the Chaitra month, which usually befalls in March or April as per the English calendar. In Maharashtra, Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated with enthusiasm and devotion. Generally, a worship ceremony is performed at Hanuman temples.

Hanuman Jayanti 2019 In 2019, the Poornima or full moon day of Chaitra month befalls on 19th of April. So, in most parts of India including Maharashtra, the festival will be observed on this date.

Observations Lord Hanuman is worshipped as a deity with the power to attain victory against evil and provide security and protection. In Maharashtra, on the day of Hanuman Jayanthi, devotees rush to Hanuman temples for prayers and offerings in the early morning. As Hanuman was born at the time of sunrise, various rituals are performed by devotees before the sunrise itself. These rituals include applying red Tilak on Hanuman idols, offering Pujas, doing the Aarti and chanting mantras, songs, and hymns. Devotees recite hymns like Hanuman Chalisa or lines from the Ramayana. In Maharashtra, Maruti Stotra is recited commonly by devotees. Prasad will be distributed among the devotees which include sweets, flowers, coconuts, vermilion, sacred ash (Udi), holy water, etc.

Significance

Lord Hanuman is accepted as invincible and immortal as well. Hindu people believe that worshipping Him with all your heart and devotion can never go vague as He is the only God who is still alive and lives somewhere on the Earth. In Hindu mythology, He is termed as one of the Chiranjeevi among the 7 Chiranjeevi. Due to this reason, expert suggests that this day should be observed as Hanuman Janmostav instead of Jayanti.

It is also strongly accepted that no negative energy or vibrations can ever harm Lord Hanuman and thus, his devotees worship Him on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti so as to deal with all kinds of problems and difficulties from their lives and to remove negative energy from the lives. Lord Hanuman is said to be the embodiment of great knowledge, divine power, devotion, strength, intelligence, and bravery. Worshipping Him will promote these behavioural traits within us as well.

Contributions of Shri. Dada Patil to the Wang-Marathwadi Dam Project Relief

As far as dams are concerned, India ranks third globally with around 5264 large dams in operation. In addition to this, there are several thousand smaller dams. Dams play a vital role in ensuring the water security of any country. Although all of this is true, these dams and reservoirs also have a number of social and environmental impacts- one of the most challenging social impact being that of displacement of the native people whose entire families are usually forced to leave their homes and relocate elsewhere. This is why the natives try to protest when it comes to constructing a dam on their land. One such irrigation project that had become the talk of the nation a few years ago was the Wang-Marathwadi dam project.

           Wang-Marathwadi medium irrigation project involved the construction of a dam on the Wang river in village Marathwadi, Taluka Patan, district Satara in Maharashtra state. The proposed reservoir was to fully submerge 4 villages and partially submerge 5 villages in the adjacent area. The land acquisition had been accomplished in 1998 for the same. The Government had then assured that the project affected families would be rehabilitated in the 46 villages in Satara district which was the command area of the project. After this, the work of the construction of the dam was duly taken up. Large tracts of the agricultural land thus acquired were used as quarries for the soil required for the dam construction hence rendering them useless for any further cultivation.

           The biggest issue or concern was raised from the revolt caused by the project affected families when they were informed that they were going to be rehabilitated to the drought-prone regions of Khanapur and Vita talukas of Sangli district as there wasn’t enough land available for rehabilitation in the command area as promised earlier by the government. The newly assigned area in Sangli district was perpetually draught prone and the agro-climate conditions could hardly support sustenance of a farming household, forget a community. Due to all these reasons, the people of the Wang-Marathwadi dam-affected action committee rejected this offer and demanded that they are given their alternate agricultural lands in the Wang project command area in Satara district as promised earlier.

           In 2009, the dam construction project had finally started again after coming to a halt right from 2000 to 2008 due to a number of reasons. The protest and demands of the citizens were suppressed ruthlessly and the first phase of gorge filling was eventually accomplished by the authorities. As a result of this, the lands of the natives got submerged in July 2011. After this horrific experience of 2011, the dam project affected people decided to fight back for the survival of their community. During the rainy season of 2012, they performed a 28 day-long ‘Jal Satyagraha’ during which they were standing in the reservoir’s water. Since the submergence caused due to the filling of the gorge without rehabilitation was illegal, the affected families demanded crop compensation. However, no compensation was ever paid to these families.

           On arrival of the next monsoon, the submergence again occurred as expected. The situation only kept getting worse with the Dharana agitation for 17 days and 13 days respectively, being practiced in front of the Satara Collectorate by the natives during which they decided not to consume a single morsel of food unless their demands were met. The then Rehabilitation minister had agreed to fulfil the demands of the dam-affected people but that too went in vain due to the unending involvement of various other politicians in the issue. Finally, all the relief proposals were buried, and people were deprived of what they rightfully deserved once again. The yearly submergence without rehabilitation continued too. The proposal efficiently moved forward only in 2016 when the Government response on the issue finally appeared to be positive. A number of consecutive meetings were held in view of the project affected people and the long-awaited orders were finally issued after a span of 4 months.

The credit for implementing these positive steps in the process goes to the Rehabilitation minister, Shri. Chandrakant Dada Patil. He was of the opinion that the Wang-Marathwadi community dam-affected people had been in great suffering for the past 20 years and had wedged a tough struggle for 7 years which is why the issue needed to be prioritized. He said that they were now set to get rehabilitated in a decent manner and on a path to a new hassle-free life they had long deserved.  

           Such is the persona of our leader Shri. Chandrakant Dada Patil. He never misses a chance to work for the welfare of the backward classes and the weaker sections of the society who, according to him, need the most attention and care at this stage. He is truly a one-man army himself and will continue to work for the benefit of more such communities who find themselves to be helpless in their hour of need.

श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील - एक परिपूर्ण लोकनेता

आज मला अतिशय आनंद होत आहे ही बातमी सांगताना की महाराष्ट्राचे महसूल मंत्री श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांना लोकमत महाराष्ट्रीयन ऑफ द ईयर 2018 या पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले. वरळी येथे मोठ्या दिमाखदार सोहळ्यामध्ये त्यांना हा पुरस्कार प्रदान करण्यात आला. या पुरस्काराच्या निवड समितीमध्ये राजकारण, खेळ, चित्रपट, मास-मिडीया अशा विविध क्षेत्रातील मान्यवर व्यक्तींचा समावेश होता.

 श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील हे व्यक्तिमत्त्व महाराष्ट्राच्या राजकारणातील एक अष्टपैलू आणि गौरवशाली म्हणून उल्लेख करावे असे आहे. त्यांचा प्रवास समाजासाठी शेतकऱ्यांसाठी आणि विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी नेहमीच प्रेरणादायक ठरला आहे. कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील खानापूर या छोट्या गावातून त्यांच्या वडिलांना नोकरीसाठी मुंबईला जावे लागले मफतलाल मिल मध्ये त्यांना चहाचा किटली वाला म्हणून नोकरी मिळाली, त्यामुळे श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी असंघटित कामगारांचा प्रवास लहान वयातच पाहिला आहे. त्यांचे शिक्षण बालपण मुंबई मध्ये गेले शेतकऱ्यांच्या प्रति त्यांना असणारा आदर वेळोवेळी समोर आला आहे.  नुकत्याच जाहीर झालेल्या माहितीनुसार त्यांचा शेतकऱ्यांसाठी दहा हजारी योजना सुरु करण्याचा मानस आहे. 50000 रुपयांपर्यंतच्या गुंतवणुकीवर शेतकऱ्याला त्याच्या पत्नीच्या खात्यावर 60 हजार रुपये इतकी रक्कम काही महिन्यांमध्ये मिळू शकेल.  या योजनेतून शेतकऱ्यांना दहा हजार रुपयांचा फायदा होईल शेतकऱ्यांच्या पत्नीला खात्याचे अधिकार दिल्यामुळे चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांचा स्त्रियांविषयीचा आदर प्रदर्शित होत आहे. श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील असंघटित कामगारांच्या प्रश्नांसाठी नेहमीच प्रयत्नशील आहेत. अटल पेन्शन योजना ही सरकारची असंघटित कामगारांसाठीची पेन्शन योजना जास्तीत जास्त कामगारांनी उपयोगात आणावी यासाठी श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील प्रयत्न करतात.

 महसूल खात्याची जबाबदारी त्यांनी यशस्वीपणे पार पाडली आहे. त्याबरोबरच सामाजिक बांधिलकी मधून बऱ्याच उपयुक्त गोष्टी ते करत आहेत भोर तालुक्यातील एक छोटे खेडे गाव त्यांनी दत्तक घेतले आहे. या गावाचा परिपूर्ण विकास करण्याचा प्रयत्न ते करतात नुकतेच त्यांनी तेथील गरजू विद्यार्थ्यांना सायकल वाटण्याचा उपक्रम यशस्वी केला. श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांची विद्यार्थ्यांविषयीची आस्था यामधून लक्षात येते. समाजातील सर्व घटकांविषयी त्यांना वाटणारी आपुलकी हेच त्यांच्या यशाचे गमक आहे. शेतकरी कामगार विद्यार्थी या सर्वांचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी ते नेहमीच तत्पर असतात. इतक्या उच्च पदावरील व्यक्ती असूनही त्यांचा इतरांकडे पाहण्याचा दृष्टिकोन अतिशय वाखाणण्यासारखा आहे . राज्याचे महसूलमंत्री असूनही त्यांना विविध शैक्षणिक संस्थांच्या कार्यक्रमांची आमंत्रणे येतात आणि त्यांना विद्यार्थ्यांबरोबर हितगुज करण्यासाठी असे कार्यक्रम आवडतात.  ते विद्यार्थ्यांना नेहमीच असा सल्ला देतात की पुस्तकी अभ्यासापेक्षा कौशल्य विकासावर भर द्या. ते एक विद्यार्थीप्रिय नेते आहेत.

श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांच्या आत्तापर्यंतच्या यशामध्ये त्यांच्या अभ्यासू वृत्तीचा देखील महत्वाचा सहभाग आहे. महाराष्ट्रातील पाणीप्रश्न नेहमीच बिकट राहिला आहे. श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी गुजरात मध्ये एका वेगळ्या माध्यमातून पाणी प्रश्नावर कसा तोडगा काढला आहे ते अभ्यासले आहे. जमिनीच्या पोकळीत पावसाचे पाणी साठवणूक करून उन्हाळ्यात व गरजेच्या वेळी ते वापरता येईल असा प्रयत्न यामागे करण्यात आला आहे.  श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांची अशी इच्छा आहे की याच प्रकारचा प्रयत्न महाराष्ट्रातही करण्यात यावा व त्यासाठी ते प्रयत्नशील आहेत. स्वतःचे कार्यकाळ सांभाळून इतर सामाजिक जाणिवा ठेवण्याचे काम खूप कमी राजकारणी करतात. याचे मुख्य कारण संवेदनशीलतेचा अभाव आहे. श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांचा उल्लेख एक अतिशय संवेदनशील आणि सामाजिक भान असणारा नेता असे करावे लागेल.

 श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांना महाराष्ट्रातील ग्रामीण भागातील प्रश्नांची परिपूर्ण जाणीव आहे. मुंबईत राहिल्यामुळे शहरी जीवनाचे फायदे तोटे दोन्ही त्यांनी अनुभवले आहेत. राजकारणामध्ये असाच नेता जनतेला कार्य केल्याचे समाधान देऊ शकतो ज्याने स्वतः वेगवेगळ्या परिस्थितींमधून प्रश्नांचा सामना केला आहे. श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांच्या अनुभवी राजकारणाचा फायदा नक्कीच महाराष्ट्रातल्या जनतेला होत आहे आणि भविष्यामध्ये ही होईल.

 श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांनी महसूल खात्याची जबाबदारी यशस्वीपणे निभावली आहे तसेच इतरही महत्त्वाच्या खात्यांचा समावेश त्यांच्याकडे आहे. अतिशय संयमित व्यक्तिमत्त्व असणाऱ्या श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांचे संबंध त्यांच्या सहकार्‍यांबरोबर अतिशय चांगले आहेत. श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील हे स्वतः अनुभवी, मुरब्बी राजकारणी असून गुणग्राहककही आहेत. महाराष्ट्राचे मुख्यमंत्री माननीय श्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली श्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी उत्कृष���ट कार्य करून आपली उपयोगिता सिद्ध केली आहे. राजकारणामध्ये खूप यश मिळूनही ज्यांची नाळ जमिनीशी जोडली गेली आहे असे फारच थोडे राजकारणी आहेत आणि चंद्रकांत दादा पाटिल यांचा समावेश नक्कीच अशा लोकांमध्ये होतो. ते खऱ्या अर्थाने लोकनेते आहेत.  श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील यांचा प्रवास एका साध्या कुटुंबातून सुरू झाला. एक कार्यक्षम मंत्री आणि आता महाराष्ट्रीयन ऑफ द ईयर 2018 असा लोकमत चा सन्मान-- त्यांची कामाप्रती असणारी निष्ठा आणि लोकसहभागातून समाजात बदल करण्यासाठी असणारी तळमळ त्यांना एका वेगळ्या उंचीवर पोहोचवते. आज त्यांना मिळालेला पुरस्कार ही त्यांनी केलेल्या वेगवेगळ्या समाज उपयोगी कार्यांची पोचपावती आहे. आणि पर्यायाने समाजाच्या त्यांच्याकडून असणाऱ्या अपेक्षा आता अजून वाढल्या आहेत. श्री चंद्रकांत दादा पाटील हे असे नेते आहेत की यांची लोकप्रियता समाजातील सर्वच घटकांमध्ये दिसून येते. त्यांच्याकडून उत्तरोत्तर अशीच दिमाखदार कामगिरी होत राहो आणि राजकारणातील त्यांच्यावरील जबाबदारी योग्य रीतीने पार पडू दे. त्यांच्या दीर्घ कारकिर्दीसाठी आमच्याकडून हार्दिक शुभेच्छा.
