my diet plan this week
700 cals max each day. trying to keep under 500
intermittent fasting no food before 10 no food after 5
hour minimum walks on all days of and sundays (4 days a week)
meal prep, no store bought food
log daily
when hungry drink water, smoke nic, remind self of why we are doing this. still hungry? have a clementine

vitamins i will be taking to help me with my weight loss and why.
magnesium- helps with bloating
green tea extract- metabolism boost, calms stomach
b12- weight loss
iron- replace what i’m missing from my diet
fiber- kinda gross but to make you use the bathroom
biotin and collagen- hair growth and last time i relapsed i lost a lot of hair and i want to prevent that
