In my ongoing quest in improve my own appearance and start taking care of myself, I'm getting the ball rolling with my nails. As I apply each, I'll repeat a mantra for strong, healthy nails. A bit of energy work along with that, an affirmation or few, and you have the beginnings of a self care spell. This is a quote that has helped me tremendously on my path. It's reminded me when I communicate with deities, spirits, angels and my own guides to reach inward for clearer communication. It's helped me realize that everything I need to get through hard times is within me.
