Okay, anon, you asked me to make a tutorial of how to make a text like this:
So, first of all I use photoshop cs5 to make my edits, if you don’t have it here is the tutorial (for windows)
1.Open a new document.
2. Add your text
3. Duplicate the text layer and on that layer go: Right click>>Rasterize text.
4. Go to filter>>Blur>>Motion Blur
These are my settings (they are in Spanish):
then Press OK and that’s it :D
