HOPE. may be off and on for a couple weeks. my dad’s mother passed away last night and while they didn’t have the greatest relationship and she and i never had a relationship after i turned 8, it’s still a very odd time and i’m trying to process it. mostly i’m gonna be there for my dad and my brothers.

Dark times all around but there are still people out there who love you

Do not hurt yourself, do not hurt others, get help, talk to someone, anyone. Humanity has survived before and we can do it now if we all just support each other. My country and my people let me down and endangered my life but there’s nothing I or anyone else can do about that so let’s try to spread the love that is so clearly lacking.

CHAOS. hey guys... so i know that a fair number of mutuals and people i follow are from the united states, but not even that, i want this to reach as many people as it can. i just hope that everyone takes a second to read this post that i made... think about it, act on it, spread love not hate.

“I’m actually OFF this weekend, so it could happen,” he placed his hand over hers, rubbing his thumb against the back of her hand, “I’d just have to take care of some THINGS in the morning before we leave, just so I don’t have to EXCUSE myself in front of your parents without looking suspicious, you know?” ESPECIALLY with her dad being a sheriff. That’d look way too suspicious. He broke free of her grasp to turn around and face her, “But yeah, it’ll be nice to get out of the city for a bit, so I’m all for this.”

judith felt a smile pull at her lips as he answered her. of course she knew there was a chance of it being risky, but darren quickly put her mind at ease. ❝ that’s probably a good thing, they might end up askin’ a whole bunch of questions. my daddy especially. ❞ there were up’s and down’s to having your dad be a sheriff that’s for sure. ❝ but he will love y’by the end of the trip. and i’m pretty sure that my mama will love y’the second she meets you. she’s very motherly so just a heads up. ❞ as he turned to face her, her smile grew and she pressed a kiss to his cheek. ❝ thank you. i really appreciate y’doin’ this. ❞

Darren stood in place, making no motions to close the distance between them, “This isn’t something I just tell ANYBODY, Judith,” he clenched his fists together, not caring about the possibility of reopening his wound, “So, forgive me if I seem a bit ON EDGE,” he leaned against the wall, “There’s many reasons why I don’t open up to people or try to get close to them,  and this is one of them,” he kept his gaze directly at her eyes, “No matter how you look at it, Judith-whether I saved you or not, I’m what people would call a MONSTER,” he tilted his head, “Or, I guess some people would call me a SOCIOPATH most likely,” he broke his gaze from her and peered at the wall, “It’s not true though, they lake empathy, but I don’t,” his voice softened, “I do what I do because I want to make the world better and not be CORRUPTED with all of the pieces of shit that inhabit it.”

judith wanted to protest him clenching his fists, for fear of him reopening the newly healing wound, but she bit her lip. so hard, in fact that the metallic taste of blood quickly filled her mouth. she hadn’t meant to make him upset, and she so far wasn’t doing a very good job. ❝ but i don’t see y’as a monster, or a sociopath, or whatever, i know that you’re not like that. ❞ slowly, the blonde took a step forward, though she didn’t reach out to darren just yet. ❝ y’already are makin’ the world a better place, you know that, and so do i– ❞

Darren watched from afar as Judith OFFICIALLY broke up with Mark. Every nerve in his body was on edge, wanting to just permanently break them up for good. I shouldn’t have these feelings like this.He clenched his fists together until his knuckles were white as a corpse, clenching his jaw. I swear to Death if he does anything to her, I won’t care who sees me do it. Well, if I DO do it with witnesses, that’ll definitely be bad on my part. He sighed, Not worth it. He’s not worth it. 

and of course, being the drama queen that mark had often proved himself to be, he started to yell, but judith herself just stood there, watching. ❝ i suggest that y’tone it down, wouldn’t want everyone knowin’ that y’have a temper now would you? ❞ she looked up at him with a raised brow. ❝ look, you’re a nice guy, but i’d be lyin’ if i said that i feel the same way about y’as i did when we first started goin’ out. m’sorry, mark, i wish y’all the best. ❞ with that, she turned and made her way back to where she’d left darren. she could feel eyes on her the whole way and as soon as she made it to him, she looked at the ground. ❝ let’s go, i don’t need anymore eyes starin’ at me… please? ❞
