Rewrite time so she has a child and sideline her by quite literally putting her in a box much of the episode, then have that child Vanish and her forget it, then give her the child back by changing reality AGAIN so that she's always had said child and act like this is a win? Woman Gets Happy Ending With Child played entirely straight as far as I can tell??
