LUCREZIA

Lucrezia Angello is an original character created by Admin Ziggy. Lucrezia is twenty four years old and is a hacker for her family. She lives in a hillside cabin with the rest of her family in the lakeside district of town. Lucrezia is portrayed by Adelaide Kane. Fortunately, Lucrezia is O P E N.

THE STORY

The first born daughter of Jeremy and Nikoletta Angello was the most disinterested in the family business. While her brothers were always pleading with their parents to come along to a meeting Lucrezia could be found inside toying with the family computer. It didn't take long until the people around Lucrezia, teachers included, noticed that she had a gift for technological coding, the quiet brunette taking down program after program with ease, making it look as though she was doing something as easy as feeding her neopet. Much of her vacation time and weekends were filled studying software engineering, Lucrezia hacking into university databases and taking their programs for her own personal use. Although she was young she was extremely discrete about her activities, keeping the fact that she was illegally hacking private networks to herself.

Jeremy had never approached his daughter about her extended time on the computer, almost never giving her brothers a chance to do god knows what on the internet. Lucrezia was gifted her very own desktop computer complete with a wireless mouse and keyboard on her fifteenth birthday. Now Lucrezia may not have been very observant when it came to her father's tactics, not like her brothers, but she knew that Jeremy's expensive gift wasn't given without an ulterior motive. That same night her father approached her, he had a job for her, one she was in no way allowed to deny, not that he had said that, but everyone knew that you don't turn down a request from Jeremy Angello.

At first Lucrezia wasn't so on board to help her father with his business, as young as she was she knew of what her fathers work entailed, just not in detail. Her first task? To hack into the network of one of the largest banks in all of British Columbia, her participation a key part in helping her father's men pull off a rather large heist. While her family was well off when it came to money, as were the rest of their relatives, Jeremy wasn't organizing this heist as a means to put dinner on the table, but to take down an enemy who had crossed him in the past, that enemy being the CEO of said bank. After achieving success in the first task her father brought to her Lucrezia could often expect her father to come strolling into her room with yet another for her. Over the years Lucrezia has only gained strength in her abilities, thus helping her father conquer bigger and bigger tasks. The girl has also begun to come around within the past few years, the brunette becoming greedy for the rewards her father dealt as she filed each task under complete and accomplished.

LANCE

Lance Vertrol was thirty six years old and the former mayor. Lance was removed from the council as mayor and later murdered. Some believe it was the Cooper Family responsible for their death, Gavin Cooper specifically, but others have their suspicions. He lived in the gates and was widowed when he died. Lance Vertrol was portrayed as Paul Walker. Unfortunately, Lance is an N P C.

THE STORY

Growing up in a town such as Charter Oak sometimes doesn’t give kids room to breath. They feel trapped into follow their parents foot steps, to live the exact same lives they did and never achieve anything more than what is set for them. For his entire life, Lance Vetrol knew there was a possibility he would live this town. He knew he needed to find some way to become something bigger than your next mechanic or drug caddy. Lace knew exactly what he wanted in his life; to be mayor of the small town he called home. As a child he’d found himself playing with his friends; when they’d be playing Cowboys and Indians he’d always appoint himself the chief, the leader or some form of authoritative figure.

Lance's life had been a pretty normal one for somebody who lived in Charter Oak. His mother had been a nurse, working to try and mend the town one person at a time while his father had been a lawyer, always on trips outside of Charter, defending those who couldn’t afford to pay for a lawyer. In many ways Lance had been happy his father was always out of town because he felt like his dad had found a way out of town, even if for a moment, unlike everyone else who seemed to just be stuck. In his teenage years Lance was part of the debate team, eco club, and always gunning to create a better life for the planet and town. Lance wasn’t very popular at the start of school but as he entered ninth grade things began to change when he met Mariah Diaz. Mariah had just moved into the town and he quickly fell in love with her, as she was everything he wanted. Lance couldn’t explain it, but he had never been so in love with a girl in his life. That love turned into a relationship. Everyone saw that the two were going to be high school sweethearts, most of the couples alike before them still live in town to this day.

When they hit twenty one, Lance only had only a year left of college and was well on his way to coming out with full marks. He quickly had to consider his options when Mariah fell pregnant. Just about to drop out of college Mariah begged him not to, explaining that she wanted the child to have one parent who’d made it through college and succeeded. When Mariah miscarried near the end of the pregnancy it nearly destroyed both Mariah and Lance as people, almost destroying their marriage. Lance threw himself into working for City Hall in an attempt to climb his way up the ladder on his way to becoming Major while his wife became increasingly depressed, not leaving the house very often.

When the time came around for elections, Lance was up and running. In the first election his polls were up by sixty five percent making him the most wanted candidate in years. People could see he had a goal, one that he might actually follow. Everyone in Charterr was rooting for the same candidate and it slowly brought the community together. After winning the election and becoming Charter Oak's mayor, things began to chance for Lance. With a brand new home, car, and other luxuries, Lance became accustomed to the finer things in life, all the while losing himself in the political world piece by piece. Even though they tried to work on their relationship, things were never the same for Lance and Mariah after they lost their baby Abel. Lance kept trying his hardest to make it work but his wife’s depression made it extremely unbearable for him to even come home some nights. He’d talk to her and she’d just stare blankly ahead like he wasn’t even there. Lance became accustomed to it as he just spoke around the house, pretending she’d reply. When they’d climb into bed he’d watch her sleep just wishing she’d love him like she once had.

When the second election came around Lance began to work late hours with his Lawyers. Especially Ellisa Greenwald who was the finance executive, making sure all the books were right so nothing could bite them in the ass. Late nights that we necessary became late nights even when they were not needed, Ellisa and Lance always being the last two in the office. They’d joke for hours while working, their laughter could be heard echoing in the halls. One night when they’d been working on the new campaign strategy, everyone eventually left but the two of them, eventually they ended up talking about the struggles the two of them had gone through. Lance touched on the situation between him and his wife and as he finished he soon found Ellisa’s lips on his. The rest was history, the two of them became involved. The one time kiss became a full blown affair. Every night Lance would go home and look at his wife and wish things could be different for them. Even though the affair continued he still brought Mariah flowers every day wishing one day she’d come back to him.

One night working late in the office, Ellisa and Lance went about their routine of waiting for everyone to leave the building. Mariah, finally getting to a place where she wanted to tell Lance she still loved him, made her way into the building in an attempt to salvage their marriage and was greeted with images of her husband inside another women. Furious, she screamed, kicked and screamed until Ellisa left. Lance felt sick to his stomach as he saw Mariah destroyed once again before him. Lance found himself begging for her to understand that they hadn’t spoken a word in a year, only to have Mariah tell him she was moving out. Lance, completely broken once again, watched as the only woman he’d ever loved slipped away for good.

Lance watched as she moved every piece of furniture from the home, leaving him alone with himself and his though. He hadn’t slept alone since he was sixteen years old, this alone he stopped him from going home and caused him to start living in his office, not wanting to feel like he was all alone in the world. He’d sometimes see Mariah around town, but she’d ignore him and just keep walking. Not only had he lost Mariah, but after the incident Ellisa transferred off his campaign. As the polls came in for the next election he was down by forty percent. Lance was completely lost on what to do. If he lost the election he’d lose everything he’d had in the world. Explaining his concerns to his right hand man Luka, he was assured by Luke's words, he said he wouldn’t lose, he was sure of it. Lance had his doubts as he went into the election completely blind. Results coming in, he was greeted with remaining mayor, but hadn’t been sure how that had worked out. As he looked over to Luka during the announcement of his re-election, Luka just smirked at him. Lance knew from that moment on that he wasn’t going to lose his title, ever.

When things were starting to look up again for Lance his life turned completely upside down. His ex-wife Mariah was found murdered in her car-- a black SUV had rolled up behind, shooting her seven times in the back of her head before driving away. When Lance had found out he felt like he couldn’t breathe. He’d hoped that one day she’d find a way to forgive him, but now he’d never have the chance to make it up to her. Lance knew his world was shattered, even being mayor wasn’t enough to make him smile anymore as he tried to pull his life together. Attending the funeral to say one last goodbye, Lance had written a letter to place into her coffin saying everything he’d never got to say by word of mouth. As he walked down the isle to the open coffin., about to placing the hand written note, about to tell her lifeless body something dear when two bullets penetrated the back of his skull. The masked man fled leaving screaming residents of the funeral distraught as they tried to put together what had just happened.

CONNECTIONS

It is assumed that Lance was murdered by Gavin Cooper, as the casings lodged in his skull matched the bullets in the gun Gavin was permitted to carry.

Lance's true murderer was someone hired by the Angello Family, the intent behind the assassination was simply to put Gavin, Edmund Cooper's  right hand man, in jail and cause a rift between the English and the Russians.

After his murder, it was thought by the English that Marcellus Minkovski was behind the assassination.

TANZANIA

Tanzania Nikolaevich is an original character created by Admin Ziggy. Tanzania is eighteen years old and an unemployed citizen of Charter Oak. She lives in an apartment in the Cell Block in the slums of town. Tanzania is portrayed by Danielle Campbell. Fortunately, Tanzania is O P E N.

THE STORY

Most would say a child is a blessing, but in the case of Tanzania Belinskaya, the words proved to be false. Tanzania grew up alongside six siblings, two brothers and three sisters, as well as he two parents. Tanzania had always questioned her parents about the extent of their heritage, seeing as she had unique features in comparison to the rest of her family. The girl adorned coffee colored locks, caramel skin, and the eyes of a wolf, much different than the alabaster pale blondes that made up the lot of her siblings. Much to her dismay, Tanzania was always teased for being the odd one out of her family, her siblings often calling her, quite literally, the black sheep. You see, unbeknownst to Tanzania, as well as her siblings, she was different. While she was in fact Russian, Tanzania was bred from a completely different bloodline-- the Belinsky bloodline.

Tanzania Nikolaevich had quite the story behind her birth. Tanzania was the second female child birthed by Ayda Belinskaya-Minkovski, the wife of the notorious Marcellus Minkovski. While most would assume she was the child of the married couple, she wasn't. Tanzania was the result of a long and illicit affair between her mother and Edmund Cooper, a man who began heading the English Mob following his father's death. Edmund was equally as ruthless as Marcellus, but in quite a different way than the latter. Tanzania was robbed of the opportunity to meet her birth mother only moments after being delivered, Marcellus beating his wife beyond recognition once the safety of her newborn was ensured. Shortly after, the baby girl was shipped away to Russia to life with Marcel's cousin and his wife known as mommy and daddy to the brunette. It wouldn't be until her seventeenth birthday that Tanzania would uncover the truth behind her birth.

The Minkovski family was in town for a well awaited family reunion. Dozens of relatives filled the inn where the reunion was held, many of them Tanzania had never even met or heard of. Being the polite girl she had been the entirety of her life, Tanzania introduced herself respectively to each person that gushed over how much she had grown, making small talk with a few here and there. The woman Tanzania stood conversing with for more than a short moment was Ayda Belinskaya's sister, Anzhelika. Upon approaching her, the woman was quick to lay a gentle hand on her cheek, words of pure compliment leaking from her lips. “You look just like your mother,” she exclaimed, a look of confusion splaying across Tanzania's face as she began pondering the thought of the woman before her being far past drunk. The fact of the matter was, Tanzania looked nothing like her mother. “If it weren't for the eyes I could mistake you and Dalita for twins,” she stated, leaving the girl puzzled. Was she speaking to the right person? She must be drunk. This place was filled to the brim with liquor and high tolerance Russians, she had to be drunk. “Where is your sister?” The woman rattled on with a wave of questions Tanzania couldn't answer, simply because she had no idea what or who this woman before her was speaking of. A solid twenty unanswered questions later an Anz eyes widened, a hand hovering over her mouth as a look of shock crossed her features. “They haven't told you, have they?”

With the stories Anzhelika told her Tanzania was stuck between a hard place and a rock; was this woman telling the truth or simply spinning lies out of her drunken imagination? All was confirmed to be fact rather than fiction when Tanzania slipped into the confines of her parent's bedroom, pleading with them for answers to her questions. Angry that they had held such a large secret from her Tanzania threatened to run away, to leave and never look back. Now, although they weren't actually her parents, the two she had called mother and father for the past seventeen years cared for her as if she were their own. With only the best in mind for their child they struck a deal with the girl. If Tanzania was to keep the secrets she had uncovered a complete secret they would pay for her to travel to Charter Oak, the town where her birth mother lived. The only tale her parents couldn't stamp fact or fiction was that of who her father was. Anzhelika claimed Tanzania was a baby born of adultery, her father being simply Edmund, no last name, no location, no known relatives. Anzhelika promised to show Tanzania the letters her mother had sent to her during the months of her pregnancy, most of which she pleaded for her life. Although she hadn't met the man for more than a total of fifteen minutes, Tanzania hated Marcellus, the man who, according to the written word of her mother, was going to be the one to end her life.

Freshly eighteen and off the plane Tanzania Nikolaevich was on a mission: to find her father and to avenge the death of her birth mother by taking down the man who slayed her.

ILONKA

Ilonka Bodrogi is an original character created by Admin Ziggy. Ilonka is twenty four years old and an escort at the Lusty Lady. She lives in a townhouse in the Maintown district of Charter Oak. Ilonka is portrayed by Megan Fox. Fortunately, Ilonka is O P E N.

THE STORY

Unlike her fellow colleagues, Ilonka is the only escort at the Lusty Lady who hasn't been illegally imported from a foreign country by the Minkovski Family. The Hungarian beauty first stepped foot in Charter Oak in 2008-- the summer after she'd graduated high school. For the majority of her life Ilonka grew up in the heart of New York City, only spending a few years in her home country of Hungary. Growing up Ilonka had never been particularly confident, a trait that has stuck with her through adulthood; she always made sure to keep to herself and out of the way of others. Putting herself out there was her biggest challenge, although Ilonka is highly intelligent and creative she has been pegged as a loner; always being targeted by bullies throughout her years in public school. In the second month of her freshman year of high school Ilonka was tranferred to a private school, one of the best in all of New York, one of the most expensive in all of New York. Neither Ilonka nor her mother knew of where her father was receiving the money he now flaunted-- buying them a large home outside the hustle and bustle of the city, luxurious vehicles, and taking the trio on multiple lavish vacations.

Strange men could be spotted throughout the Bodrogi household at all times of the night, most of them friendly to Ilonka while others steered clear of the girl all together. For years Ilonka was ignorant to what her father was truly up to, her eyes only opening the night a throng of men in charcoal suits stormed through the halls of her home and dragged her father and mother out of bed in the wee hours of the night. Ilonka stood behind the safety of the glass door leading to the backyard watching as tears spilled down her mother's cheeks, her father's face stern, not moving, almost as if he were made of stone. The sound of two guns going off ripped through her ears as if she was right next to a fireworks display. The echo of two ear-splitting bangs carried on for a good minute as Ilonka's icy blue hues took in the sight of her parents floating in the illuminated water of their pool, clouds of scarlet surrounding each of their bodies.

As it turns out, Ilonka's father had been working with the Russian Mob as a hitman. Things had gone south when he had seeked work from other crime families, thus earning him a target of his own painted on his back in bold red lines. To this day Ilonka questions why the men had spared her, why they hadn't rounded her up alongside her family like a group of cattle. The last thing she remembered from the tragic night was the plane ride. Alongside the men who had just murdered her parents in cold blood Ilonka traveled, the group settling into a private jet headed to god knows where. Arriving in Charter Oak Ilonka Bodrogi had nothing but the clothes on her back and baggage that would surely last a lifetime. The brunette's knees shook beneath her during her first meeting with Marcellus Minkovski, the man quickly adopted a profound interest in Ilonka. At first Marcellus through her shyness to be an act-- thinking that she put on a coy front to get men to chase her for amusement. Once the realization sunk in -that it wasn't an act at all- his plans for Ilonka quickly rearranged. Marcellus was quick to put her to work as an escort at the Lusty Lady. As she gained knowledge of what exactly her job would entail Ilonka began to understand that she was helpless to oblige. The girl wasn't and never had been stupid and she knew exactly what her fate would entail had she not complied. Despite her dislike about the job, Marcellus takes care of her, her pay amounting to more than enough to cover necessary expenses. Although she often thinks about cleaning out her bank account and making a run for it Ilonka knows that backing out of her commitment to the Russians alive was very unlikely.

Alexandra Washington is an original character taken and created by Admin Em. Alexandra is twenty one years old and a mechanic at Ricardo's Auto Upholstery. She lives in a loft in the crossroads district of Charter Oak. Alexandra is portrayed by Demi Lovato.

THE STORY

If there was one thing you wouldn’t expect from a small family in Toronto, Canada was a household revolving around drugs. From marijuana, acid, shrooms- you name it, you’d most likely find it in the Washington household. It was in various forms but still there- within the grasp of the small child known as Alexandra. As she grew up, her parents tried their best to provide, but ultimately failed when Alex started getting into the drugs at a young age. She started eating the pot brownies that were left, out on the counter and taking other little things without her parents knowing. That was something she didn’t do often, just when she was home- late at night or when she was alone at home.

Overall, aside from the drugs, Alexandra was a guys girl, and a girls girl. She was into both guys and girls, and wasn’t afraid to let it be known. She was openly bisexual and came out when she was in middle school. She always hung out with the guys, dated a few, and dated girls too. Her hook ups started in high school, when she’;d go to raves and parties- get high and drunk and have meaningless sex with people of both genders. When it came down to her sober days, she was really into theater, music, sports, and cars. She was the full package, she could sing- and fix a car. The car fixing skills she started having led her to want to go to college for auto repair- well Automobile Maintenance Technology.

The one place she knew offered that, and in a two year course- was Oakley College in Charter Oaks. It was on the other side of the country, but it was worth the trip. She had gotten scholarships and grants to help pay for her college, as well as a bit of her money for selling her parent’s drugs from time to time- when she wasn’t stealing for her own usage. So, when she turned 18, she packed her things and drove across the country at the beginning of the summer and got herself settled into a loft apartment at the Crossroads, not too far from really anything in town.

Arriving in Charter Oak, Alex was scared-yet excited. She was living on her own, away from drugs and the lifestyle she grew up with- a fresh start per-say. She was strong, a few months sober- drug free. She was going to start a life with a clean slate, go by Alex and focus on her schooling. She was going to be a mechanic by the time she finished her two years at Oakley. About half way through her second year at Oakley- she started using drugs again at a party she went to. Since then, she has been doing drugs every so often, she got a job at Ricardo’s as a mechanic, and has been living in her loft, as well as singing at many restaurants around Charter Oak and during the acoustic nights at the Casino for a little extra cash.

TIMM

Timm Reynolds is forty five years old and an honorably discharged military cadet. Now he is the Chief of Police in the Charter Oak Police Department. Timm lives in a home in Pennbrooke Housing with his wife, son, and deceased sister's daughter. Timm Reynolds is portrayed as Denzel Washington. Fortunately, Timm is O P E N.

Timm Reynolds grew up in the city of Vancouver, Washington.. He came from a small family of three, himself and his parents. Since he always had undivided attention, he started acting out when his parents were both working or when he was alone with one of them. He constantly wanted the attention and because of his acting out, when he was getting ready to start his 6th year of school- he got his stuff packed and was sent off to Pennsylvania- New Bloomfield to be exact. That was where Carson Long Military Academy is located- the third best military school in the United States. He stayed at Carson Long until he was the age of 18 and graduated from the 12th grade in the academy. He was a changed guy by the time he left the academy, he grew to be a lot more mature, have more self-discipline, as well as being more stern and tough. Overall, he wasn’t the immature boy he was when he arrived.

Since turning 18 and coming back to Vancouver to be with his parents- he started getting himself prepped for basic training for the Army. He went through his basic training for the two and a half months- ten weeks. He had a small bit of time to be with his family before he was to be sent out for deployment to Iraq. He was stationed in Iraq for three years before being stationed in Japan for 7 years. Three years into moving to Japan, he was in combat when he was sent back to the states due to an injury. He was shot in the arm, but with surgery- the bullet was removed and he was healing quickly.

Since he came back to the states- he decided to move himself away from his parents and up to a small town outside of Vancouver, British Colombia by the name of Charter Oak. Upon his arrival, he immediately got himself a job with the Charter Oak Police Department (COPD) as an officer. By this time, he was 25 years old.  While having a day off, he was down at the beach and helped a woman whose bag was taken. Little did he know- that woman was going to be the love of his life in a short few years.

After the pair talked, they kept in touch and soon started dating after several months of talking and hanging out. After 4 years, a tragedy happened, his best friend- who was like a sister to him, had passed away and her daughter was left to be taken to foster care. He didn’t want that to happen so he took the 3 year old into his own life, changing her last name to his and raising her like his own, as if he didn’t already for the time he was in Charter Oak. His girlfriend- now fiancee loved the newly adopted daughter as if she were her own. The two adults planned the wedding of her dreams, he wanted to give her the best wedding imaginable. The 32 year old and 31 year old had been married for three years, they found out his wife was pregnant with their first child together- a boy. They were to have a son and daughter now- their daughter was 6 when their son was born.

Since getting his family life situated and working for COPD for 7 years, he knew the ins and outs of everything and was soon promoted to Chief in 2002. Since then- he’s worked as Chief of COPD for 12 years, raising his children- who were now 18 and 12 years old. His daughter a recent West Charles Adkins graduate was getting ready to spend the summer away before starting at Oakley in the fall, and his son spending time with his mother as well as himself all summer.

When it comes down to the office, and work- Chief Reynolds doesn’t take things lightly. He’s a tough guy who only shows his caring side towards his family and closest friends. Though you don’t want to cross him- or you’ll get the pleasure of seeing how much of a jackass Josh really is. He is strict about his orders but had gotten to know the towns people and knows the Coopers, Minkovskis, and Angellos. He was a bit more lenient towards those families-- though the Angello’s were more or less undercover about their affairs. He wanted to keep the crime rates down, and has more recently cracked down on everyone-- the families included.

MARCELLUS

Marcellus "Marcel" Minkovski is fifty eight years old and the head of the Russian Mob. Marcellus lives in The Gates with all three of his children. Marcellus Minkovski is portrayed as Gary Oldman. Fortunately, Marcellus is O P E N.

Marcellus, better known as Marcel, and his wife Ayda married in the year of 1982. The couple had their son Damon in the year of 1988 and move from their townhouse home in maintown to The Gates. In 1992 the Minkovskis adopted Darius Miller, the two year old son of a local addict that Marcel found dead in the abandoned warehouse his family frequently used for down low deals after the rebellion. The family welcome their first baby girl in 1991-- their first home birth, also. Although their first biological child was given a name from Greek culture the couple decided to name their second after Ayda's Armenian great grandmother, Dalita.

Ever since the day Ayda and Marcel met he was infatuated with the woman with light eyes and dark hair, but for her, it was different. Ayda was madly in love with Marcel as well, in the beginning that is. When she finally built up the courage to break things off with the erratic man of the notorious Minkovski family it was just her luck-- that day was the fateful one in which Marcel proposed to his dear Ayda.

Was being a Minkovski so bad? Apparently not, as Ayda's eventual answer was yes. With her newfound surname she found power-- power she would use to keep her affairs under wraps. The first affair her husband learned of was that she had with Edmund Cooper; the one that started the quick travel downhill.

After finding out that his beloved wife was sleeping around, especially with a Cooper, Marcel was furious; his erratic side shining through as he took her hostage, telling the town she had run off. At first Marcel didn't know what to do with Ayda. It wasn't until the all too familiar sighs reared their ugly heads-- Ayda was pregnant.

Until her last breath she denied it was Edmund's, but it was. Marcel watched as the months rolled by and his wife's belly swelled with the child of another man. The night she went into labor she delivered a baby girl, later named Tanzania Belinskaya. Only moments after Ayda had given birth Marcel killed her, not even giving her the chance to hold her child. Weeks later and Tanzania was shipped to Russia to be raised by her new family: Marcel's cousin and his wife. Ayda? Ayda was found bludgeoned beyond human recognition in a dumpster behind Belford Manor. The COPD chalked it up to a "hooker" beating gone wrong; her killer still on the loose. Marcel played his part as a mourning husband, nobody suspecting him of anything but. Ever since the night he beat the life out of his beloved Marcel hasn't been the same.

His erratic nature spiraled out of control, sending him on a never ending rampage. Wherever Marcel went, blood and war ensued; his new attitude teaching those around him to tread lightly. Although he brought bloodbaths upon the town Marcel had to keep his business under the covers-- out of the ears and eyes of the townspeople. Ever since he became aware of his family past Marcel dreamed of holding the reigns over the town once more. 2010 was the year that would present this opportunity to him; not only him though. Both Marcel and Edmund Cooper put their differences aside momentarily in order to seize the moment. The pair came to a sort of middle ground after the mayor, Jeremiah Labeth, agreed to allow them to matriculate their illicit businesses back into Charter Oak; Edmund would remain a major arms dealing while Marcel stuck to his drugs and human trafficking.

Marcel, now one of the wealthiest men in town realized it was time to invest in a shipping company. For this, he could import his goods to sell. It included a myriad of drugs, weapons, and even people from overseas. With his family still remaining in Russia, they often rounded up vulnerable women to ship to Marcel who would in turn, exploit them for his own gain – selling them in to prostitution, slavery and even organ harvesting. He also has a dedicated work force to distribute drugs all over the city, and he is the hub for anyone who wants to get a hold of illegal weapons, although this little bit of his business has not been revealed to Edmund Cooper. Such power began attracting attention from a whole new player in the Charter Oak power struggle – Jeremy Angello, The Italian was determined he wanted a bigger hold on the city, and wanted to try his best to oust the Russians who were a considerable threat to that goal. Jeremy blew up the dock the Russians worked through, forcing Marcel to go into business with Rafael Beaumont.

With the family business back and booming you'd think Marcel would be on top of the world. Au contraire, if anything he was beneath the weight of the world struggling to not crumble. Marcel developed a newfound love through his struggles to come out on top: fear. There was nothing he loved more than striking fear into the very bones of those who were unfortunate enough to come in contact with him. The only words to describe the Russian were volatile, violent.... and suave?

To those who are lucky enough to witness this side of him he appears to be a smooth and sophisticated gentleman. At the drop of a hat he could fly off the handle though. Marcel's violent temper not only lead to blood and death, but the brutal beatings of his own children. Damon and Darius, his boys, they could take it; but Dalita? Dalita was different. For if she was to show up at school with a broken arm or busted lip the excuse of "boys will be boys" wouldn't work the way it did for her brothers. This alone changed the nature of her beatings.

Dalita Minkovski was nothing like her mother. Rather than doing everything in her power to piss Marcel off she would fall to his feet and beg for the slightest bit of notoriety or affection from him. Although Marcel knew she wasn't and never would be Ayda, he would see her in his daughter-- in her eyes, her hair, her smile.....

Marcel's perception of love is horrible distorted-- a fact proven true when the relationship with his daughter is dissected.

It is no secret that for some time Edmund Cooper has been a key protagonist in the agonizing territorial dispute between the notorious Minkovski family and the up and coming Italian mobsters. His reign of terror has been a force to be reckoned with, his place as head of the English Mafia passed down to him after Bartholomew Cooper finally bit the dust at the age of 56.

There is, however, much more than what meets the eye in this particular quarrel. Long before even the cold war began, the Russian and English mafias have been entangled in a complicated battle that would only move to Charter Oak with its leaders. The original English cartel founder, Jack ‘Spot’ Comer, was always one for easy money. Taking matters into his own hands circa 1930’s, he managed to singlehandedly create an empire of fraud, extortion, money laundering and drug dealing. It wasn’t long before others got word of what he was doing and wanted in, establishing ties with the London native and creating a crime web that would live on for decades to come. Their business partners were by no means local either. With the consolidation of an alliance between The United States of America and The United Kingdom, Comer ventured to the country of the free in search of friends that might be beneficial to his financial growth. Having just barely recuperated from Al Capone’s wrath, the crime scene in America was vulnerable and eager for a new leader, just how Comer wanted it. Of course, an alliance with the Americans would send a negative message to the then named USSR and their very notable organized crime leader Sergei Mikhailov. It was after the death of Joseph Stalin and the midst of the cold war that the true and strong feud between criminal organizations was declared. Blood was shed by both parties and their structure suffered greatly, many of their supporters backing out in fear of sudden death or possible economic repercussions. Although the fight was never settled, an unspoken disagreement remained between the Russians and English men. Both crime groups were forced into hiding for their survival, with the odd murder or kidnapping scenario. Once most of the infamous leaders of both parties were wiped out, a decision was made. A truce was to be struck.

Bartholomew Cooper, last living survivor of the initial Russian/English combat, struck up a truce with Aleksandr Minkovski vowing to retire from the drug business for good and sticking to their area of expertise. A cease fire was agreed upon and the reigning families moved their offspring to Charter Oak, a small town with easy access and endless opportunities for expansion. And so peace finally set and dependences were formed. The Minkovski family hired the Coopers for their weapons needs and in turn, the Coopers looked towards the Minkovski clan for their hallucinogenic resources. All was well until Edmund Cooper, rebellious and power hungry son of Bartholomew got involved with Ayda Minkovski, Marcel Minkovski’s love interest. The anger harbored between both young men lit a flame that had been long since put out, growing at an alarming rate. When both of them eventually rose to power, the altercation persisted and affected their business relationship. If it weren’t for the dependence they had formed years ago, there is no doubt a full blown war would have been declared, destroying everyone and everything in its path.

Edmund Cooper eventually settled down with Alessandra Cooper, mother of two of his three children. He is known for being an unfaithful man and as a result of his Don Juan behavior, his daughter Cassandra Cooper was born. His debonair looks and condescending attitude have brought him a pile of enemies and his cold heart has set a fair distance between him and his family. He never hesitates when it comes to ordering a kill and is very serious when it comes to ensuring his position as leader of the English mafia.

The last name Labeth may sound familiar to you; particularly because the surname belongs to one of the most important people in all of Charter Oak-- Jeremiah Labeth, the mayor. Though he is not trained in politics, nor does he really know much about them, he makes up for with his spunky personality and headstrong attitude toward the reform of Charter Oak. As much as Jeremiah hopes to return the town back to what it was forty five years, he has many obstacles-- the families being his biggest. Charter's newest mayor may lack in the political department, but he is surely doing something right, even if it may be looked upon as the opposite. As the town flipped itself upside down in early 201 Jeremiah was caught between a hard place and a rock, not knowing which way he was to turn next in order to save his beloved town. It wasn't until the fateful day that both Edmund Cooper and Marcellus Minkovski showed up at City Hall requesting to speak with a stressed Labeth. What they offered was something immoral, something the people of his town, his own father fought to end. Edmund and Marcellus both requested free reign over the city, despite Jeremy Angello having strong ties with many city officials, if they were to cut him in on a hefty percentage of all the money they brought in. For the first few months Jeremiah was wallowing in guilt, but that soon stopped as he realized just how much money these illicit activities were bringing in. Many of the plans he had for the town since before he was elected were being put into motion-- the clean up of crumbling buildings in the slums, a brand new are, and even a few personal renovations of his own. As taboo as his actions may seem, he truly believes that his morality is still in tact, as he was simply doing it too remain in somewhat control of his town... and keeping his life, unlike the men who preceded him.

Jeremiah liked to think that nobody knew of his secret affairs, but it was hard for him to play ignorant when day upon day he was forced to listen to the chanting outside of city hall. Each voice melded together to create one long slew of words-- ones that were like silver bullets heading straight for his heart. It took everything in him to not come out of hiding and plead with his people, inform them that he didn't intend for the numerous deaths that have been piling up throughout the past four years. All of the pent up rage he had was put to good use; plotting on how he would take back his town and restore it to the quiet, nowheresville that it was once known as. How he plans to do that, you may ask? He will start by plotting ways to get rid of the families one member at a time. Whether that means they die, or simply are run out of town, Jeremiah plans on returning the town to its original glory.

Businessman, entrepreneur, billionaire-- no, this isn’t Tony Stark we’re talking about; but a Charter Oak native by the name of Rafael Beaumont. Rafael owns many of the new business in town and has created many jobs for not only the locals, but many foreigners. Although people see him as an excellent entrepreneur who is extremely business savvy, his money doesn't only pour in from his local businesses, but from his importing of overseas goods-- whether it be ale, spices, or humans... Yes, Rafael may have a clean image with the public, but behind closed doors he is a tarnished man. After the dock Marcellus Minkovski received his imported goods through was burnt down by the Italians, Marcellus was forced to go in to business with Rafael, all but begging for use of the ports that Beaumont received shipment from. In turn, the two struck a deal and it wasn't long until women, this time from Marcel's country of origin, Russia, were being sent through Beaumont's private port on the harbor. Knowing what Marcellus forced these women into was just enough to make Rafael sick, but if he wanted to move forward with his plans for the town he would need the loyalty of every notorious family there was. Even though Rafael's morality is in question, he is very well known for his loyalty to those he cares about-- making sure to go above and beyond to ensure they stay out of harms way.

The dream Rafael Beaumont has is anything but one from a pipe. As he works his way into every nook and crack in the town he plans to recreate Charter Oak, making it metropolis, one similar to New York; with booming business, high end technology, busy streets, and very profitable companies. Beaumont has slowly but surely begun to turn Charter Oak from a small town to a big city, one day at a time. His first step? Going through the notorious families of the town, of course. Rafael hopes that by offering to pay for their big name establishments in town that the families will rake in money and that will help fund his town gone city project. Of course, another reason he allows himself to be connected with these families of crime is because he knows how they work-- you are either with them, or you aren't. With the money their establishments will be bringing in he guarantees that no member of either families will take no as an answer from the townspeople; another rebellion not even being a possibility. Having ties with the families has proved to be a smart step in the right direction as nobody gets in the way of their way of business and making a profit-- just the way he loved to do business.

Cassandra Cooper is an original character taken and created by Alli. Cassandra is twenty two years old and a bartender at The Big Bull Arms. She lives in seaside living on the harbor. Cassandra is portrayed by Claire Holt.

THE STORY

Adriana Dennings was simply one woman known for what she did. She was quite the promiscuous woman, known for work at Belford Manor after The Lusty Lady. Back in 1991, Adriana was only 23 at the time and had met none other than the infamous Edmund Cooper one evening in The Lusty Lady. That single night triggered night after night of sexual desires being fulfilled in a sexual affair between the two. Things soon changed about mid-way through the year, Adriana had found out she was pregnant. There was only one man she was careless with and was fornicating with most- Edmund. Other than The head of the Coopers, she was always protected but not with him.

The affair lead to Adriana giving life to a baby girl the following April. She took on her father’s last name and went by Cassandra Sophia Cooper. The little girl was the only child of Adrianna but the third of Edmund- and the only girl. Adrianna didn’t spend much time with Edmund for her first few years of life because Adriana didn’t want to lose anytime with her daughter- that was until there was no more time to be spent. When Cassandra was a mere three years of age, Adriana’s life was taken in a misfire. She had been on her way home from an evening at Belford and had a run-in with the Cartel, mistaking her for another woman who they thought owed them money and she was shot. The death of Adriana was quite a small blow to Lusty Lady and Belford Manor- for the fact she was within both buildings more frequently than a wild animal to a watering hole.

Cassandra was taken to The Gates- away from the slums that she lived in for the first three years of her life; to live with her father and half brothers. Alessandra Cooper became the mother figure for Cassie as she grew up, she always called her mom after getting used to being around her. She had a very close relationship with her youngest older brother- Gavin. They would go on outings with their father to the Amusement park on the pier, multiple times a month, and just were as close as siblings could be. As she started getting more mature, she would butt heads with her brothers- considering they were of different sexes for one. The other facts were they were feisty- that being a common thing often lead to bickering between the two. The fighting only got a bit more intense as they got older.

Through school, she proved many people wrong with her intelligence, everyone always put her as a stereotypical dumb blonde- but she was actually a lot smarter than most people. She never had a grade below a B/C and was active in sports, cheerleading as well as varsity volleyball. As soon as the turned 18, she said goodbye to The Gates and moved out into Seaside Living to be on her own. If there was one thing she wanted, was to be independent. She had worked as a waitress at Vince’s Diner from when she was 15 until she turned 18. She found that being a waitress wasn’t getting her enough money so she started an ‘internship’ at Big Bull Arms as a bartender. She found herself going out after a shift with her coworkers to The Lusty Lady- seeing how the women made so much money, and it honestly made her want to try it out. After she talked to the manager, she ended up getting a night job as a dancer, but after a good few months, she slowly started easing into stripping. She was almost always in minimal clothing in front of the greedy men who are willing to throw their money at her.

Since then, she’s been working at both places for 4 years and is able to keep herself busy at nights and some days with the jobs. When she has free time, she visits the Big Brother/Big Sister program and is a sponsor for the program with her brother Gavin. Her work in the program and community make her one of the most likable in the Cooper family. Even though she is a part of the Coopers, she is not involved with the Cartel, or anything of the fire arms selling/trading and whatnot. She does own a gun that she is licensed to carry but keeps it in her own home hidden in case it’s needed. She learned how to shoot at a decently young age, Gavin taught her self defense and how to handle a gun. Even though the two butt heads, in the end they love one another and want independence. They bond over shooting guns, being sponsors, and are both pretty feisty. She does one thing that’s pretty illegal and with her brother and Dalita and that’s smoking weed. Other than Weed, she hasn’t really done anything outside of weed- drug wise. Though she does drink, when she goes out- she goes hard.

Cassandra is one of the ladies that men lust over when they go to see the strip show at Lusty Lady. She hasn’t told really anyone aside from her best friend Dalita, and close friend Trent Clannahan. He has managed to save her a few times when men got too grabby with her. Cass is not one who will sleep around with strangers, though she will show off her body for money. She’s not linked to the prostitution that 99% of the women who work at The Lusty Lady are into. She refuses to be a part of the prostitution but is willing to strip down to nearly nothing just to get a few extra dollars in her pocket. Thankfully, no one really knows of her real name since she does go by a stage name at Lusty Lady. The name she goes by- Candy Glitterbomb, because she’s as sweet as candy.

The one person she relies on outside of her family is a member of their rival’s family and that’s Dalita Minkovski. She grew up with the girl, from the time they started school. They were pretty much joined at the hip and did everything together. With being so close, and acting sexual towards one another- many thought the two females were dating- that they were lesbians. The truth was, the only time they came close was then they had a threesome one time. Since then, the two are just best friends and have a really weird ‘lesbian for one another’ relationship. They have a close friendship that one of those ‘fuck with her and you’ll deal with me’ kinda friendships.

When it comes down to the way Cassandra is on a day to day basis, she’s truly a sweetheart and is a people person. She always talks to people, ad tries to get them to smile of laugh if they are down. Though you don’t wanna get on her bad side because she’s a little feisty woman. She may be a sweetheart but she can be a firecracker- word to the wise, don’t upset her or you’ll regret it. Cassandra isn’t afraid to stand up for herself and hurt someone if they mess with her.

Yulia Yovenko-Silva is an original character taken and created by Admin Ziggy. Yulia is twenty years old and currently unemployed, but works through a temp agency, finding various jobs around town. She lives in a small house in the slums district of Charter Oak. Yulia is portrayed by Rita Volk.

THE STORY

Although Yulia has seen things that most people could never imagine, she has grown from the small girl she used to be. At a young age she was very dependent on her older brother, but now looking at her today she has become very independent for her own benefit. She wants to prove to not just everyone, but also herself, that she can handle a normal life after the tortured one she had dealt with for so many years. Even at a young age Yulia was known for her curious nature, the way she wanted to know about everything made her unique, but today, she would rather be hidden from the facts than to be hurt any further. She tends dwell on the past and hold it against people instead of learning to let go and move on.

The once lively girl has grown cold and hopeless because of the tortured past that continues to haunt her. The only person she seems to connect with is Rosie, a girl who she met during her kidnapping. Both girls only seem to find comfort in each other because no one else seems to understand the horrid past they endured.

Having to go through many years of torture and continuously thinking people had given up on looking for her, Yulia has lost all hope in humanity. She now believes there is no good in this world and has no problem getting revenge on the cause of all of this torture. Although Zeke had no play in her kidnapping, his sister tends to put full blame on him for the crime because she was convinced he had lost all hope too soon. Yulia has yet to see her brother since the day she was taken but she has no problem in putting the revenge on him until the real criminal is revealed.

With parents who seemed to care about everything but their children, Yulia was lucky enough to have an older brother who cared about her more than anything else in the world. When she was younger she was dependent on him like he was her own parents. No matter what he made sure she had everything, from clothes to food on the table, Zeke made sure Yulia was given everything possible with no second thought. While their parents put everything before them, Zeke was sure to put Yulia before everything in his life. It wasn’t until Yulia was ripped from Zeke did her entire life change. She had spent months asking Zeke to let her walk home alone from school, claiming that she was in fact old enough to do so and neither of them expected something so horrifying to happen with the simple request.

On the way home from school that day, Yulia was walking home just to have an unfamiliar van approach her. Of course, she was nervous at first as her speed quickened until out of no where men from the van pulled her in and drove away. Taken without a trace, Yulia was kidnapped by horrifying men who worked for Charter Oak’s notorious drug running family, the Minkovskis. She begged and pleaded with the men to let her go but it only fueled their vicious actions.

From gang rapes to witnessing the deaths of other women she had seen it all and had nearly given up hope. Until her current warehouse was bombarded by the FBI, did Yulia have a chance at a normal life. Many years have passed since her kidnapping but the young girl has grown up to be a strong woman. It’s only been a month since her escape but you can still see the fear in her eyes, and going through therapy has been the only thing keeping her sane at this point. With Charter Oak being her only home beside Brazil, she decided to stay for some type of comfort and although she has missed her brother she has no intentions of reconnecting with him because she believes he gave up on her instead of fighting for her rescue, even though he was told she was dead many years ago.

THE STORY

Former Lieutenant Colonel, or Colonel Smith, was a rough housing playboy before enlisting in the army. His life consisted of girls, parties and the occasional puff or two of weed. Enlisting in the armed forces was the least of his priorities and it wasn’t something he really aspired to. Dylan, his stepfather, took matters into his own hands, filling out his registration and sending it off, not a month later he was recruited. Turns out, Army life was just what this wandering soul needed all along. The once lazy and disrespectful young man took a turn for the better, becoming a leading man, climbing up the ranks with pride until eventually he joined the rangers. It was a privilege to be part of such a team, even more so when the promotions just kept rolling in. By the time he turned 24, he was leading his own black ops or special forces group. He led a team of twelve men that specialized in executing unorthodox plans, a talent Smith was known for. Sadly, after two year the team was dismantled and honorably discharged, government orders. It enraged Smith, how he had put his heart and soul into his military service, saw his men die and yet he was left with close to nothing.

It was then that he bumped into the Minkovski family, Darius specifically. He knew his father was looking for a security consultant besides himself and military perspective was very valued. Lyra Demetra Vaughn Savva is an original character taken and created by Admin Fallon. Lyra is twenty four years old and an undercover FBI Agent who is posing as a fill in record filer and secretary at the local hospital. She lives in a month-to-month room at the Seaside Inn on the harbor of Charter Oak. Lyra is portrayed by Ashley Benson.

THE STORY

Lyra stood tall at five foot eight with cascading dark brown hair and a smile that made people stop and stare. The world saw her wearing her suit, badge and smile and the world instantly either wanted to be her, or be with her. But Lyra’s job made that almost completely impossible. Aged twenty two Lyra had experienced more in the world of politics, Cryptography, training, army and secret-ops training – Lyra was one of the most wanted agents in the country.

From the beginning of her life Lyra had always been the pretty girl who people believed would grow up to be a actress, model or some kind of entertainment factor that people witnessed on their TV. Her mother and father had been happily married for fifteen years when Lyra was brought into the world. Her mother was a MI5 linguist translator while her father served in the British army. Her family had always been far from the normal house hold. Whether that be her mother running away in the middle of the night to secret projects or her father fighting battles in other countries. Growing up Lyra had seen more of her nanny than her parents, but she understood that their jobs weren’t like normal parents; her parents were very special in the running of the country. As soon as Lyra was old enough she pushed herself into the army cadets, training twice a week with them. She’d originally done it to impress her father but in the end she fell in love with as much as her dad did. Any chance he got her father would be there cheering her on, her mother’s job never gave her a break.

Hitting her 9th year of school Lyra had her heart set on training to work in the army or some kind of secret agency, where most parents laughed; her family did not. Instead they trained her as they had been at the age of twenty. Starting with basic 6am fitness training as the years progressed so did the intensity. 6am fitness became all day cryptology training, mathematics, phycology and sociology readings and mentalist training provided by her mother’s friends down at the MI5; they all knew she could do it. By the age of nineteen she was packing her bags to move to the states.

After finishing up at college coming out with full distinction * results she was asked to take a test by her mother’s friend, Alberta. Taking the test she answered over four hundred questions on languages, mathematics, cryptology and all core of computer technology. It wasn’t till the results came back that the results were passed around with the higher staff. She’d gotten a entire 98% of the entire 100% in the test.

It was evident to the entire team that Lyra was special; her mind was as quick as silver and she had skills to succeed higher than most of them in the room. Her mother called a meeting with her superiors asking them to take a look at her daughter and see if she could be slowly integrated into the system. Lyra waited outside the room awaiting the answers for her future. When her mother had stepped out of the doors there had been a smile as big as Louisiana on her lips. Her mother proceeded to tell her that she wouldn’t be working for the MI5 but instead she’d be transferred over to America to work a year in the army, then another two in the ops and cryptology program.

Completing three years in the program Lyra came out an independent, strong woman who was immediately taken into the FBI as a trained mentalist, criminal consultant and under-cover cop. Working alongside some of the most top-secret projects in the world, Lyra had access to anything she wanted. She was housed by them, she had a Bentley as a company car and never dined in a place that you didn’t have to book two months in advance. She was living the life she’d always wanted, and she would be lying if she said she didn’t love it.

On the morning of November seventh a group meeting was called as everyone rushed into the room at the pentagon. People yelled, some screamed and others just nodded their heads as new projects were passed around the table. It was then a brown file was placed directly in her hands by the head of intelligence himself. Everyone fell silent in the room as the folder was past to her, she could feel the seething people staring at her. It was a battle field working in this office; everyone competed for the best jobs. And here the head was giving her a task person to person. Lyra nodded thankful as she took a step back from the people.

Opening the file she was greeted with pictures, file reports and a list of deaths longer than her two arms put together. As she shuffled the files she realised that this town was corrupt, the name: Charter Oak. As she exited the room she was quick to go to her office as she lay all the information out over her office. The white board which was across the room became a map of people; names such as Dalita Minkovski, Marcellus Minkovski to the Cooper family. Rosie Cotton and Trent McClannahan were mapped out. Lyra stared at the board as she tried to figure out what else was going on in this town.

Five hours later a knock on the door caused her to jump out of her work mode as she looked up to the door. Entering was the Head of Intelligence again. She was taken aback as she greeted him in. It was then he handed her yet again another file – which confused Lyra. He told her he was sending her on her first top secret under cover mission. Alone. He wanted her to move to Charter Oak and live as if she was new to the town. While there he wanted her to get close to the families and get any information she could on their fathers. He also wanted full reports on the people she met. Lyra knew that this was going to be a big task.

The morning after she was packing her things, the bearu had prepared her a place to stay in Belford Manor and supplied her with a fake job at Ashe Memorial Hospital as a filer. She knew this way she would be able to get to peoples files a lot easier.

This job could be good for Lyra or completely the most dangerous thing she’s ever done in her life. But she’s extremely excited. She starts her first day of work in a week of her arrival.

CHARLOTTE

Charlotte "Charlie" Beauregard is an original character taken and created by Admin Jay. Charlie is twenty one years old and a fighter-- she fights for money as well as fun at her family owned gym The Club. She lives in seaside living on the harbor. Charlie is portrayed by Leighton Meester.

THE STORY

Charlotte Ava Beauregard was the fourth child of Emelia Hall and Théo Beauregard, the princess of their booming home. From the moment she was born, Charlie was crowned the jewel of the family. Always the pampered and well taken care of daddy’s girl, her family made sure their little angel was always alright.

Living in France was a pleasure for the Beauregard’s. Due to some old family money, they were well established, allowing them to only grow even wealthier with time. Charlie was allowed to attend only the finest primary and secondary schools in Paris, a time she truly enjoyed mostly because her older brothers had quite the reputation and by association so did she. She was well known among her peers and often envied, a fact she later learned she enjoyed. The young Parisian adored her brothers and admired them for their playful and careless attitudes, but could never dare to imitate them in fear of tainting her own reputation. She was determined to uphold her grades and that she did. In the middle of secondary school, her parents uprooted the family to the UK, granting Charlie the chance to immerse herself into an entirely different culture. She quickly learned the language and took advantage of the fresh adoring faces to create yet another persona, very similar to the one she had in France. The perfect put together young lady with a passionate love for a good time. She was always ladylike and well mannered, but did enjoy to play around with men and have her good share of fun.

When the oldest of the four children, Jonah, died of brain cancer, Charlie was broken. With her heart in pieces and begging for an escape, her mother agreed to send her off to her grandfather’s home in Charter Oak, Canada. It was there she found the perfect outlet for her rage and hurt. Growing up with three brothers meant knowing how to defend yourself, which came in handy as she trained at her grandfathers gym, slowing becoming a great boxer. One night Charlie stayed up late without her grandfather knowing that she found out about the illegal fights. People would bet on the winners and whoever won took home the grand prize. She knew for a fact that she was much better than most of the fighters she’d seen that night, so the next morning she confronted her grandfather and told him she wanted in. It was just what she needed, competition to get her mind off of her personal life.

You wouldn’t expect Charlie to be a kick ass boxer at first glance. She’s the very definition of princess, always looking perfect and dressing in expensive clothes. She even looks up to Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly. Her one wish is to become a princess.. But due to the circumstances her life has thrown her, she developed a new personality. Sort of like Jekyll and Hyde.

CONNECTIONS

Is best friends with Dalita Marcellus and has been since the two met during one of Charlie's trips to visit her grandfather in Charter Oak. Their strong friendship is partially the reason for Charlie's loyalty to the Russian Mob.

CARA

Cara Martin is an original character taken and created by Admin Jay. Cara is twenty two years old and a mechanic at Ricardo's Auto Upholstery. She lives in a small apartment in Onxly Apartments. Cara is portrayed by Alexandra Daddario.

THE STORY

Cara was born into a loving family of two young parents, Avia and Elliot. Avia was a Photography teacher at Oakley Community College that had married an important politician who had managed to catch her eye. They were deeply in love, so much so that six years after welcoming baby Cara into the world, they had another girl, Olivia.

All was well in their personal lives until Avia started having seizures. It was so sudden it shook the family and they went from the happy unit to utter chaos. Their weekends were spent at the hospital and although Avia kept a brave front up, they knew she was slowly getting worse. When they finally diagnosed her with Pick disease, it was too late for any treatment to really do any good. She died several months later while rehearsing a piano recital with Cara. Since Cara was the only person with Avia at the time of her death, Elliot blames her for taking away the love of his life. This is way they are so distanced.

Cara moved out of her house at 18, using her savings to buy a place at Onxly, where she’s lived till today. In the day, she works at Ricardo’s Auto Upholstery. ‘Wigga’ Ricardo originally offered her a desk job because he thought it’d be more fitting for a woman, but Cara (being the proud feminist that she is) refused. She immersed herself in the world of cars and repairs, earning a spot as an auto mechanic. She gained the respect of the men who already worked there and is now the go-to girl for engine repairs or transmission issues.

To make ends meet, Cara looked to Edmund Cooper, who was particularly fond of her appearance.  He’d agreed to let her into his ‘family’ of sorts and she was now part of the illegal arms trade group. She’d sell guns and give Cooper his cut, getting her pay as well. She was endlessly guilty because she provided weapons that ultimately killed innocent people and that thought haunted her.

She’s the town sweetheart and will always greet you with a smile. She’s a people person so no one really dislikes her, especially because she knows better than to butt into anyone's business. Her sense of humor is mostly sarcastic and you can always count on her to make you smile.

Austin Harrington is an original character taken and created by Admin Fallon. Austin is twenty five years old and a bodyguard. He lives in the Townhouses in the maintown district of Charter Oak.

THE STORY

Austin Mikael Harrington was twenty two years old. Utterly beautiful physically with his statuesque figure and brooding style. If you wanted a bad boy then you didn’t have to look far, he was oozing with the charm that made girls fall weak at the knees. His eyes were the type that made you stop in your tracks, no one could ever deny them. But underneath the blue ocean orbs was something darker that people believed they could change. With his charm he could make you believe anything you wanted.

Austin had always been the child in the family that was often forgotten, he was never the favorite and often the loner of his siblings. His father had always treated Austin like the golden child, but when he passed everything changed. His brothers often chose him as the brother to pick on, bully and beat around. Throughout his childhood he’d often sit in his tree house thinking of the days he’d be free of his family, where he could run the life he wanted. Money had always been a problem for him, his mother always trying to feed him and his four other siblings, only just about making ends meet. As he went through school Austin began to develop a very nasty approach to new people casting them aside from his life always being bitter. He was a scared boy who felt that anybody he met would rough him up, then expect him to act as if it never happened. Until late in his high school life he’d spent his time being alone, practicing instruments and dreaming of being in the Military like his father had been before he passed away.

After his father had died his mother tried to keep it together, Austin was just turning sixteen when his mother moved them to Charter Oak in hopes of a new life for them, even though he still hated his mother with everything in him – the new town gave him a way to escape and new places to explore. That’s when he met a group of guys who raced cars. Austin stood by in awe as the cars sped around; the older boys looking fierce. Austin felt a hand on his shoulder as he looked up, there stood a man much older than he was. He went by the name of Marcel and from that day on Austin’s life was never the same again. Marcel told Austin that world could be anything he wanted it to be, If he wanted it enough. Austin proceeded to tell Marcel he’d do anything to be like the guys in front of him. Marcel then promised him he’d help him get that. And that was the day he was brought under Marcel’s wing.

While working under Marcel, Austin slowly climbed the ladder with the work until one day he was so trusted by Marcel that Marcel tried to set Rosie and Austin up. Marcel always treated Rosie like a daughter, and seeing as Marcel saw Austin as a good guy he pushed them together in his own kind of way. Austin couldn’t believe how much he liked the girl in front of him and before he knew It he was falling for this girl.

But as time went on his past started to haunt him and the only person he could seem to take anything out on was the person he was closest too, Rosie. He would let his mood swings out through his fists and near enough every time Rosie was the one who suffered the consequences. Austin didn’t know why he did it, he somewhat believed It was to do with his mother. Many people often said Rosie looked like her which caused Austin to hate her even more. When the relationship broke off after he slept with Cassie things changed in Austin’s life.

Austin applied to the army to do a three year tour to get him out of Charter Oak, after being accepted he was given six months before he would leave. Preparing himself he was starting to feel he was finding his purpose in life. He always remembered the day he had a week until he was supposed to leave when the cop cars had gone down the street at what seemed like a hundred miles an hour and a gun shot was fired. It wasn’t an uncommon thing but as he stood awaiting to see If anything else would come he had a phone call from Marcel saying Rosie had been the culprit, shocked was beyond anything he could comprehend. He tried to find her to make sure she was OK but by the time he reached Marcel she’d left town with Mez.

A week later Austin left for tour he spent three years in the heat of constant gun fire, saving people’s lives and fighting for his country. But now his tour is over he’s set to go home. What’s changed? Is everything the same? Does he even want to go home? He’s not sure but he’s going to find out.
