Week 19.
This week marked our 100% presentation (Not so much.) of the OrganiZerving Management System and manuscript. Although we showcased a mostly complete version of the platform, we encountered a setback during the evaluation. It was pointed out that the system lacked a dedicated admin panel for the website administrator an important feature we hadn’t yet implemented. Despite this, the presentation helped us identify areas for final improvement and gave us a clearer direction on what needs to be completed before the final submission.

Week 18.
This week was mostly focused on our exams, so progress on the OrganiZerving Management System slightly slowed down. Our priority was to prepare and perform well academically, but we still kept in touch with our tasks to ensure nothing was completely put on hold. While development took a brief pause, we used any available time to review our platform and plan our next steps after the exam week.

Week 17.
This week, we continued to make steady progress on our OrganiZerving Management System. After our 70% presentation, we took the feedback seriously and focused on improving the website’s functionality and design. Despite juggling academic responsibilities and other coursework, we managed to balance our time and push forward with development. Alongside the technical work, we also dedicated time to refining our manuscript, ensuring that both our documentation and platform are aligned and on track for the final requirements.

Week 16.
Week 16, we made significant progress on our proposed project in Software Design and Engineering.
We managed to complete half of the required work, which brought us closer to our final goal. We were also able to submit 70% of the project to our instructor for review.
It felt good to see our efforts taking shape, and this milestone gave us a clearer direction for the remaining tasks. Step by step, we’re getting there!

Week 15.
Week 15, we focused on data visualization in our Software Design and Engineering subject.
We discussed its importance in presenting information clearly and how it can enhance user understanding, especially in software projects.
We also had activities during our session that helped us better understand and apply data visualization concepts. In addition, we had our second project consultation, where we received feedback on our proposal.
Following that, we worked on implementing the necessary revisions based on the suggestions given.

Week 14.
Week 14 vlog update.
This week was pretty packed but super productive. We started off with a class discussion on our subject, where we dove deeper into some principles and shared our thoughts on how they apply to real-world situations. It was a great chance to clarify concepts and learn from each other.
Aside from that, we also had three different seatwork activities that really tested our understanding and helped reinforce what we’ve been learning so far.
We also had a consultation session for our project proposal. It was a crucial moment where we got feedback from our instructor, asked questions, and made sure our proposal is heading in the right direction. (More to come soon.)

Week 13.
We started with Part 2 of our quiz, which we took face-to-face this time. It was a bit more intense compared to the online one.
After the quiz, we had a chance to go over some of the questions and also discuss a few topics related to software design engineering.
We touched on some important modules that helped deepen our understanding of how software is structured and designed. The discussion made a few things clearer, especially in terms of how theory connects to real-world applications.
Before the week ended, our instructor also let us know that new topics and activities had been posted.

Week 12.
Was a bit lighter than usual because of the holidays. Instead of our regular schedule, we had an online quiz to complete.
We were also informed that there will be a Part 2 of the quiz next week, so it's not quite over yet. It feels more like a break in the middle of the quiz than a full week off. Still, the extra time was nice, and it gave me a chance to rest a bit while staying on top of what’s coming next.

Week 11.
We were given both an individual activity and a group activity to work on.
The individual task helped me focus and apply what I’ve learned so far on my own.
The group activity, we had to share ideas, and make sure everything came together smoothly. It took some coordination, but it was a good experience overall.
We also had an information session this week about Software Development and Design Thinking. It was really informative. The session explained how software development goes beyond just writing code—it’s about planning, testing, and constantly improving. Design Thinking was also discussed, which focused a lot on understanding the user and solving real problems in creative ways.

Week 10.
Last week for this semester’s midterm.
We presented our proposed project and its designed website / FIGMA with 3 panelists in.
It was a long day of waiting for our presentation to be presented, there were so many people outside lining up and waiting for their presentation also.
There are still works that needs to be done with our website but I am happy on how it worked out.

Week 9.
Week 9 was exam day.
We had a misunderstanding and unexpectedly, Lecture and Lab exams were different.
This time, we took our LAB Exams on March 20 on the afternoon.
I was not able to study for the exam as it was very sudden for me, at 9AM in the morning there I only realized there was an exams.

Week 8.
We were told to attend a FIGMA Workshop orientation on a Saturday. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend this orientation as it was conflicted to my CAD subject and we had an important activity during the day it was either minus or be present.
Later by then, I just told myself that I will learn FIGMA through the internet and by my friends just by asking them and such.

Week 6.
Week 6 was a thrilling day, it was quiz day and also covering the last topic for our subject this midterm.
I had a lot of fun doing the part 2 of the quiz as it was more on drawing diagrams and such, unfortunately I was not able to take a picture on this day because it was a quiz.
We were then informed that we will be having no exams (YIPPEEEEE!) but we are told to pass our deliverables on time and on March 14.

Week 5.

On week 5.
Week 5 was a really fun session for us, our instructor was able to discuss the User Interface Design topic to us and we were taught about specific things of what should be and what could be.
Beforehand, we were playing a game called “Rebus Puzzle”, an ice breaker for the GOOD morning’s day to warm up ourselves and mind.
After that, we were all then assigned to each group to do our activities by designing and using our creativity creating a User Interface Design.

Week 3.

On Week 3.
We were having an Asynchronous class both of our subject’s session as our Instructor was occupied by the time of our schedules, we were given 3 activities to finish on time and to be submitted on Friday and Saturday.
Unfortunately, the activities needed our Instructor’s approval in order to do the activities, our project wasn’t proposed yet to our Instructor as my classmates were having a busy moment of our different schedules with each other, our project proposal was turned down for the first time due to it not being convincing and there are already lots of ideas around it and implemented, we move on to a different project and decided to brainstorm yet again.
