How to Smudge Your Home: A Simple Guide
A tradition from many ancient cultures that calls on the cleansing power of sacred sage, learning how to smudge your home helps to clear away negative energy. Smudging considers the idea that each of us leaves behind traces of our energy, almost like a scent that sticks to our skin. Sometimes, when we come into contact with other people, their spiritual scent can linger and cloud out our own. Rather than drag all these vibes into your space, you can turn to the art of smudging to quite literally clear the air.
The Blissful Benefits of Smudging
From Native Americans to Buddhism, the cultures that have turned to smudging in the past are some of the most connected communities on earth. It is a beloved technique used to shift energy, shake up those feelings of being stuck, and reduce a build-up of tension and difficulty in the home.
Smudging your space goes so much deeper than just giving your room an energetic cleanse. It also physically purifies the air as sage has plenty of antimicrobial properties meaning it can cut through up to 94% of bacteria lingering in your space for up to 24 hours.
Cleaning both your internal and external space through the power of smudging can have a dramatic impact on your mood. It can heighten spirits, soothe anxiety, improve cognitive thought and even encourage golden slumbers that leave you rejuvenated and ready to face the world.
Smudging is powerful stuff.
Gather Your Materials
You will first need to gather your smudging materials. The kinds of herbs used for smudging aren’t those that you find in the local supermarkets but normally come in bundles from specialist sellers. The most common herbs for smudging include white sage, lavender, cedarwood and sweet grass.
Learning how to smudge with sage tends to be the choice most associated with the ritual of smudging. Sage has highly potent cleansing benefits and is associated with purity. This is normally the kind of smudge stick you would seek when you need a major energy overhaul, the milder herbs can be a good option for everyday use.
Have a candle at hand to light the smudge stick and a clay bowl or some fireproof container to hold beneath the smudging stick as you sojourn through your home. A small bowl of sand should also be used to effectively and safely extinguish the smudge stick when your healing work is done.
How to Smudge
Take five minutes before you start your smudge to clear your mind and calm your heart. It helps if there is some kind of soft spiritual ritual around smudging rather than it being a rushed chore. Remember, the aim is to chase away lingering negative energy so entering gently can bring a positive glow.
Intention is one of the most important elements of smudging. Take a brief meditation to consider what kind of energy you are seeking for your home and hearth. Open the windows or doors so that the negative energy has someplace to go. You can even ring a bell in each room so the energy is awakened and ready to be shifted.
Light your smudge stick, say a smudging prayer, and move calmly through the space, walking clockwise around the perimeter of each room you want to clear. Invite the smoke to enter all those hidden corners and shadows where negativity loves to hide. Start low and use your hand or feather to waft the smoke high.
Once finished, extinguish the smudge in the sand and give gratitude to Mother Earth for bringing this gift of healing.
The Aftermath
After the smoke clears; this is when the space is neutralized and open to intention. Bring the gift of love from the depths of your heart and consider which crystals or floral blooms could also help to lift the room into this next phase of bright and abundant energy. If you want to keep your energy shifting it’s a good idea to smudge every week or whenever you hear the call.

Chakra Power
Each chakra powers a sphere of life. Imbalances can cause physical disease as well as specific personality traits and issues that can be healed with crystals:
EARTH STAR CHAKRA
Key issues: Everyday reality and groundedness. Picks up adverse environmental factors, such as geopathic stress and toxic pollutants. Imbalances or blockages lead to physical discomfort, feelings of helplessness, and inability to function practically.
Negative power: powerlessness
Positive power: empowerment
Disease: are lethargic: myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), arthritis, cancer, muscular disorders, depression, psychiatric disturbances, autoimmune diseases.
BASE/ROOT CHAKRA
Key issues: Basic survival instincts and security. Triggers the fight or flight response. Imbalances lead to sexual disturbances and feelings of being stuck, anger, impotence, frustration, and inability to let go.
Negative power: insecurity and alienation
Positive power: inner security and connectedness
Diseases: are constant and low-level, or flare up suddenly: stiffness in joints; chronic lower back pain; renal, reproductive, or rectal disorders; fluid retention; constipation (diarrhoea if stuck open); varicose veins or hernias; bipolar disorder; glandular disturbances; personality and anxiety disorders; autoimmune diseases.
SACRAL CHAKRA
Key issues: Creativity, fertility, acceptance of yourself as a powerful and sexual being. "Hooks" from other people make themselves felt, particularly from previous sexual encounters. Imbalances lead to infertility and blocked creativity.
Negative power: selfishness with low self-esteem
Positive power: self-worth, confidence
Diseases: PMS, muscle cramps, reproductive blockages or diseases, impotence, infertility, allergies, addictions, eating disorders, diabetes, liver or intestinal dysfunction, irritable bowel, chronic back pain, urinary infections.

Negative power: rootlessness and disconnection
Positive power: awareness of the purpose of the incarnation and connection to the divine plan
Diseases: are psycho-spiritual, not physical.
HEART CHAKRA
Key issues: love and nurturance. If blocked, love cannot flourish. Feelings such as jealousy are common with enormous resistance to change.
Negative power: possessiveness
Positive power: compassion and peaceful harmony.
Diseases: heart attacks, angina, chest infections, asthma, frozen shoulder, ulcers.
SPLEEN CHAKRA
Key issues: assertion and empowerment. Psychic vampires link in here to get their energy fix. Imbalances cause anger issues or constant irritation; the body attacks itself. If you are too open, other people draw on your energy, causing depletion at the immune level.
Negative power: aggression
Positive power: self-assertiveness and empowerment

THIRD EYE CHAKRA
Key issues: intuition and mental connection. Imbalances allow bombardment by other people's thoughts or wild and irrational intuitions. Other people's control, beliefs, or coercing mental "hooks" affect thoughts.
Negative power: delusion
Positive power: intuitive insight
Diseases: migraines, mental overwhelm, schizophrenia, cataracts, iritis and eye problems, epilepsy, autism, spinal and neurological disorders, sinus and ear infections, high blood pressure, and irritations of all kinds.

Negative power: disconnection from material or spiritual world
Positive power: awareness of being both physically in incarnation and spiritually expanded.
Diseases: autistic and disconnected or dyspraxic and may include Down Syndrome.
CROWN CHAKRA
Key issues: spiritual communication and awareness. If blocked, you may attempt to control others; if stuck open, obsession and openness to spiritual interference or possession can occur. When imbalanced, excessive environmental sensitivity and delusions or dementia result.

SOUL STAR CHAKRA
Key issues: soul connection and spiritual illumination. If blocked or stuck open, soul fragmentation occurs, messiah complex or openness to invasion from "alien" entities may occur.
Negative power: delusions
Positive power: enlightenment
Diseases: spiritual not physical
STELLAR GATEWAY CHAKRA
Key issues: cosmic portal. If blocked or stuck open, contacts with low-level entities and dissemination of spiritual misinformation can occur.
Negative power: delusions
Positive power: cosmic consciousness
Diseases: spiritual not physical.

Using Crystal Power
After you have empowered your crystal, you can wear it daily, preferably in contact with your skin. Or, place it on your body or in your environment to radiate out or draw on the power as appropriate. A piece of Black Tourmaline or Amber, for instance, placed in each corner of your home invokes the power of protection and energy screening, safeguarding you. Or, you can use your crystal for healing or to expand your consciousness.
One of the easiest ways to tap into a crystal’s healing power is to place the crystal over an appropriate chakra or organ for fifteen minutes to rebalance the energy centre. Regular cleansing and reenergizing of your chakras (the body’s psychic immune system) maintains your energy at optimum levels and stimulates your personal power.
If a crystal produces a healing challenge (an intensification of “symptoms”), remove it and put Smoky Quartz in its place. You can also reharmonize the subtle nervous system with Natrolite or Scolecite.
To expand your consciousness with high-vibration crystals, either place a crystal on your third eye, soma, or higher crown chakra or sit holding the stone. Breathe gently and focus your awareness on the crystal. Do not try to see or experience anything, simply let the process unfold. Notice any changes, without giving them undue attention.
After ten to twenty minutes (no longer), remove the crystal. Picture yourself totally surrounded by a bubble of crystal light. Feel the contact your feet make with the Earth, and then get up and go about your everyday business. If you feel “floaty” or unfocused, hold a Smoky Quartz or Hematite as you visualize roots growing from the balls of your feet, joining at the Earth star chakra, and then going down into the centre of the Earth where they attach to the ball of iron at its centre to create a shamanic anchor.
empowerment. Psychic

Maintaining Crystal Power
Crystals must be purified and activated to bring their power to life - and they must be kept cleansed to maintain that power. It is no good buying a crystal, putting it in your pocket, and expecting it to work miracles - unless you've asked it to. As a first step, Shakespeare, who knew of the esoteric power of stones, instructs Henry V, "Go, clear thy crystals." Once you've purified your crystal, its power can be dedicated to your highest good.
Treat your crystals with respect and work with them in partnership. They will repay you with years of devoted service. Treat them badly or misuse them, and their power may turn against you. They are, after all, magical, sentient beings.
RIGHT USE OF POWER
Crystals work by cooperating with you to focus and manifest your intention. Be clear about why you are working with the crystal and ensure that you are working for the highest good. Misuse of crystal power will inevitably rebound. Like humans, crystals can become exhausted, so re-empowering them regularly is a sensible precaution. As crystals rapidly draw off energy from their surroundings, they need purifying at frequent intervals.
PURIFYING YOUR CRYSTALS
Crystals pick up energy from anyone who handles them and from the environment, so they need cleansing before and after use. Purify a crystal by holding it under running water—so long as the crystal won’t dissolve or fragment. Then put it in the sun or moonlight to reenergize it. You can also smudge a crystal with incense smoke, place it in candlelight, or leave it overnight in uncooked brown rice.
ACTIVATING THE POWER OF YOUR CRYSTAL
To activate your crystal’s power, hold the purified crystal in your hands, focus your intention and attention on it, and say:
" I dedicate this crystal to the highest good of all and ask that its power be activated now to work in harmony with my own will and focused intention."
If you have a specific purpose, add that to your dedication. To deactivate the crystal, cleanse it and then hold the crystal as you say:
"I thank this crystal for its power, which is no longer needed at this time. I ask that its power be closed until reactivated."
Put the crystal in the sun to recharge it, and then place it in a bag, box, or drawer until it is required again.
If you are placing crystals in a grid, layout for cleaning, or to create safe space, join up the shape either by touching each stone with a crystal wand or by using the power of your mind to picture lines of light connecting the stones and making the shape.

The Power of Shape
Crystals naturally possess internal and external geometric shapes, which mould how energy flows through them. However many crystals are artificially shaped externally to enhance their power flow. Knowing how the external shape enhances the power helps you select the right crystal for your purpose.
Take Amethyst, for example. You’ll find Amethyst in cavelike geodes, single points, clusters, beds, balls, and palm stones. All carry Amethyst’s underlying peace of mind, but how that power radiates varies according to the stone’s shape.
GEODE
The cavelike interior of a geode collects, amplifies, and stores crystal power, and then gently radiates it out to the environment. It provides protection, creates abundance, and encourages spiritual growth. In Natural History, Pliny says that geodes treat eyes, breasts, and testicles, an example of a shared shape or “sympathy” between the crystal and the area being healed.
POINT
Points, including wands, focus crystal power into a single concentrated beam. When you place the point toward your body, it channels power into your body. Aim the point out and it draws off negative energy.
PHANTOM
Phantom crystals are laid down in layers, often pyramidal in shape, within another type of crystal. Holding the memory of the soul’s journey, they break up ancient patterns of behaviour or can be ascended like a ladder to high consciousness.
CLUSTER
Clusters are a group of points radiating out in different directions. They beam energy into the surrounding atmosphere, but can also be empowered to draw off negative energy.
BED
A bed has many small crystals spread over a matrix base. This provides a steady source of crystal power like a battery does. Beds are particularly useful when you need continuous crystal power.
BALL
Balls are artificially shaped from a larger piece of crystal; they emit power in all directions in equal measure. Balls provide a focus for powers such as insight or intuition. Traditionally, crystal balls were used to see forwards or backwards in time, a practice known as scrying.
PALM STONE
Flat and rounded, palm stones are tactile reminders of crystal power. Holding one soothes the mind, so you focus your intention to create what you desire.
MANIFESTATION
This crystal has a smaller crystal encased within the main one. As its name suggests, it carries the power of manifestation - especially of abundance - but can be harnessed to any crystal power.

How to Find the Right Crystal for You
Finding the right stone for you is the key to attuning yourself to crystal power. You’ll probably start by searching for a crystal that holds the power you want to manifest. Or, one of the stunning pictures in this book might catch your eye. But where do you go from here? What if you have no idea which crystal is right for you?
Use your own magical power of attraction! Put out the focused thought: “I find exactly the right crystal for me, now.” Go into a store and run your hands through a basket of crystals. One will “stick” to your fingers, or you’ll relish the feel as you pick one up. This is the crystal for you. You may already have the right stone in your collection. Wherever you find your crystal, make sure you purify and empower it before use. When choosing a crystal, remember the biggest and flashiest is not necessarily the best for your purpose.
It is not the outward beauty of a crystal that indicates its power, but rather what it does for you. A rough lump of raw rock may be more powerful than a faceted gemstone, no matter how seductive the latter may be.

High Vibration Crystals
Some crystals, such as Selenite and Danburite, already possess a light, high vibration that activates the higher chakras. But new finds of Danburite and other well-known crystals that have a higher vibration of the basic power have become available. For example, natural Golden Danburite (Agni Gold™) and the chemicalized Aqua Aura Danburite have the underlying properties of the basic Danburite crystal, but raise these to another dimension.
Some completely new high-vibration stones, along with extremely high-vibration varieties of Quartz now on the market, also assist in raising consciousness. These resonate with the high-vibration chakras that connect us to greater realities. High-vibration crystals and their associated chakras facilitate the expansion process, evolution and extension of your awareness to encompass the multidimensions of spiritual life.

The Power of Magic
Crystals have always been credited with possessing magical power, as the above quotation from a third-century B.C.E. stone book shows. It also describes the awe and reverence with which they were handled. Magic isn’t mere superstition—it is the foundation for the experimental sciences that the modern world values so highly. Without magic, we would not have medicine, astronomy, literature and drama, chemistry, mathematics, music, mythology, and perhaps even religion itself. Magical formulae constitute some of the oldest writings, and it could be argued that the alphabet—even the recording of knowledge itself—is a form of magic. Magic isn’t just a set of practices and beliefs; it is a way of looking at the world. The view that the natural world was animate, alive with magical forces interpenetrating the substance of the physical and the metaphysical realms, governed ancient life and death. Crystal workers today still interact with the animate forces, the living beings, within crystals.
The word magic comes from magi, the wise men and women of Persia and Babylon, but has its roots in the Sumerian word imga meaning "deep" or "profound". Magic was a way of manipulating the everyday world and attracting the favour of the gods, but also, as anthropologist Robert Ranulph Marett tells us, “a higher plane of experience . . . in which spiritual enlargement is appreciated for its own sake.” In this book, we are concerned with this spiritual enlargement (the expansion process) as well as with the healing and transformative properties of crystals.

The Power of Colour
The power of colour was first noted by the ancients and became an integral part of the magical healing processes by which imbalances were rectified and harmony was restored. In 1878, Edwin D. Babbitt suggested colour had therapeutic properties that could be applied in healing. His rationale may help to explain the power behind sympathetic magic and why particular colours traditionally were used to treat specific diseases. In Babbitt’s “ray” system, red attracts iron, zinc, and Strontium; yellow sodium, phosphorous, and carbon; and so on. These minerals are required for the correct functioning of the body. His chemotherapy was complex, and exposure to the coloured rays needed to be carefully calibrated.
Crystal workers, though, simply utilize crystals of the appropriate colour based on the ancient correspondences.
Pink and peach stones heal emotional imbalances and gently energize your system.
Red gems energize more forcefully and resonate with the reproductive system. Red also aids blood-related and inflammatory conditions.
Orange is a mental and creative energiser, stimulating personal power and resonating with the Leydig glad above the testes, a seat of kundalini power.
Yellow and gold stones are mental and nervous system stimulators; they resonate with neurotransmitters, the adrenal glands and the intestines, and balance your mind and emotions.
Green is calming and associated with the heart, eyes, and thymus gland.
Teal resonates with the subtle levels of being and opens metaphysical abilities.
Blue resonates with the throat and thyroid gland and has a tonic effect.
Indigo has mystical qualities; it resonates with the pineal gland, but also affects mental healing.
Violet and purple stones resonate with the pituitary, regulating metabolism and regenerating the body. They also open you to higher awareness.
Black and brown stones detoxify and ground energy, protecting the body from harm.
Combination stones synergize the effects of the colours and constituents.

Templates of Light
Each crystal has its own unique energy signature. These “templates of light” are encoded with all you need to activate your own power. The key is to find a crystal that is attuned to your own personal energy or that raises your energetic resonance to ensure well-being and expand your consciousness.
THE POWER OF GEMS
Not only flashy gemstones hold power. Since antiquity, crystals of all sorts have served as protective amulets. Humble stones such as Flint were magical carriers for the soul, for metaphysical workings, or for shamans to use on their otherworldly journeys. Many stones produced incandescent sparks or could be super-heated into streams of gold, silver, copper, and other precious metals. Just as magical were the sky rocks that fell to Earth, bringing with them iron to forge tools and create weapons.
Egyptologist Wallis Budge explained, “Each stone possessed a sort of living personality, which could experience sickness and disease, and could become old and powerless and even die.” However, in Egyptian medicine, stones could also heal. The Greek philosopher Plato believed stones were living beings, produced by a fermentation process induced by “a life-giving intelligence descending from the stars.” According to many myths, crystals solidified from ice, a view reinforced by the bubbles of water sometimes found within a crystal.
HOW CRYSTALS FORM
Crystals are, for the most part, created by the Earth’s awesome power. Boiled, compressed, and excoriated, some were born of volcanoes, glaciers, earthquakes, and immense pressure; others dripped into being through osmosis, gas bubbles, and nature’s gentler forces.
Some so-called crystals don’t actually have a crystalline structure. Amber, for instance, is fossilized tree resin, and volcanic Obsidian formed so fast it didn’t have time to crystallize. How a crystal forms affects how its power works. Those that grew slowly tend to emit their power gently; those that were on an accelerated path of growth blast their power out to the world. Paradoxically, some of the youngest geological stones have the highest vibrations and the greatest power to transform our world.

The Power of Crystals
Crystals have always been regarded as a source of power—and as a gift from the gods. Impressive no matter what their size, gems hold an aura of mystery and authority. From prehistory to the present, gemstones have symbolized wealth and been accorded wondrous properties. The ancient texts that tell us so much about the power of stones had their origins in the Stone Age, a time when technology quite literally came from stones. Since that time, we have continued to harness their magical power.
In 1714, M. B. Valentini’s Museum Museorum pictured an airship designed five years earlier by a Brazilian priest; the craft was to be powered by Agate and iron that, when heated in the sun, would become magnetic. Strange as this may seem, our present-day technology could not exist without crystals; they power computers and surgical tools, and coat automobile engines and spaceships. Crystals provide the basic building blocks of science and art.
The ancients credited crystals with healing power. The Greek philosopher Theophrastus and Roman geographer Pliny passed these remedies on (even though Pliny denounced some as false claims). The Babylonians attributed humankind’s destiny to the influence of precious stones. Our ancestors believed the Earth was surrounded by crystal spheres where gods, stars, and planets dwelt. Originally a crystal’s color or constitution or its planetary affiliation indicated its efficacy for specific conditions. Unfortunately, translation difficulties often make it impossible to ascertain exactly which stone early texts referred to, but some references are crystal clear.

An Introduction to Crystal Astrology
"As above, so below"
For millennia people have looked upwards to the stars, interpreting patterns, cycles and symbols; and for as long, people have been looking below at birthstones and gemstones. Crystal Astrology unites and maps spiritual truth and guidance with the stars and the Crystal Elements. The power in our Crystal Elements enhances our native talents and attributes; it energises our lives. "Crystal Astrology" is a completely new phrase in our spiritual vocabulary. It is a system whereby unique Crystal Elements are allocated to each degree of the zodiacal wheel - a unique energy assigned to each degree of the Zodiac, 360 different Crystal Elements.
Most people not only know their own star sign, but they also know other people's star signs and what those signs mean astrological. Have you ever noticed how another person can have the same star sign as you but be significantly different in personality? Have you ever wondered why? Traditional astrology explains much of why we are so different in that all the planets need to be taken into consideration, not just our start sign. Aspects, placement, cusps, houses and all that 'technical jargon' go a long way to explaining those details. However, many of us never really get around to fully understanding traditional astrology. With Crystal Astrology we can use Crystal Elements to explore these differences and details, as most of us can relate energetically to crystals in a more obvious way than we do traditional astrological, mathematical listings.
Crystal Astrology follows the lead of the New Age ideal that we are now within the ascension process, and that we have a greater capacity to understand and a greater desire to know than ever before. Heightened awareness and experience shat that in this age we need more than 12 simple, broad, astrological or zodiac sign interpretations - we can actually understand and take in 360 of them, 360 being the number of degrees in a wheel or circle

The 72 Demons Of The Ars Goetia
This will be multi parts and in each one we will be going over each branch of them "whoop whoop" let's get cracking
Starting off the 72 demons of the ars goetia are the amalgamation of the Occult Writings from the 15th century. Compiled into one text in the 17th that is where we get what is now known as the Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis or simply The Lesser Key Of Solomon. Due to many translations spelling changes depending on region and personal preference for the author.
Let's start the Journey with the KINGs Of Hell
Baal (Bael): is the first king of hell with estates in the east and commander of 66 legions. This King is distinguished by his three heads, One of Toad , One Of Man, and One Of Cat. He teaches the art of invisibility and the power to Garner The Favor of Others. He also rules over Love and Science.
His Symbol
As with most Spirits in the Goetia they prefer people who are clever and intelligent. Someone who is willing to put in the work instead of relying entirely on the power of the deity
Paimon(Paymon): one of the kings of hell with estates in the NorthWest he is the ruler of 200 legions of demons. Paimon is depicted as a man with an effeminate face, wearing a precious Crown, and riding a Dromedary. He is said to roar upon arrival and speak in a loud voice until asked a question from the caster. Paimon teaches all arts, philosophies, and sciences, and secret things; he can reveal all mysteries of the Earth, wind, and water, what the mind is, and where it is, and everything the conjurer wants to know.
His Symbol
To summon him it is common practice to have a Sacrifice prepared, usually one of personal significance to the caster.
Beleth: one of the Truly Mighty and terrible kings of hell he is the ruler of 85 legions of demons. Beleth is depicted riding a war house and is said to have Loud music blaring as he arrives. He is said to look terrifying upon arrival and will attempt to frighten the caster to see if they are brave.
His symbol
When summoning him it would be best to hold a silver ring on your left hand middle finger to your face, as to show him his respect due to his rank in the infernal realm.
Purson: One of the Great Kings of Hell, being served and obeyed by twenty-two legions of demons. Purson is depicted as a man with the face of a Lion, carrying a Viper in his hand, and riding a bear. He is commonly associated with the AntiChrist. His powers include knowing all hidden things, discovering treasures and divination (telling all things from past, present and future). He can take on a human or astral form.
His Symbol
He represents the sun and the moon and symbolism from both is best when beginning his summoning. I.E Silver and Gold Jewelry and coloring
Asmodeus(Asmoday): One of my personal favorites, he's the one I have the strongest relationship with out of all of the demons in the Ars Goetia. Labeled as The Thirty-second Spirit He is a Great King, Strong, and Powerful. He appeareth with Three Heads, whereof the first is like a Bull, the second like a Man, and the third like a Ram; he hath also the tail of a Serpent, and from his mouth issue Flames of Fire. His Feet are webbed like those of a Goose. He sitteth upon an Infernal Dragon, and beareth in his hand a Lance with a Banner. He is first and choicest under the Power of AMAYMON, he goeth before all other. He teaches the Arts of Arithmetic, Astronomy, Geometry, and all handicrafts.
When summoning him be respectful he has a soft spot for academics and is a true wonder of a friend to have on your spiritual journey, just don't wear hats around him.
Vine: is an Earl and also a King of Hell, commanding 36 legions of demons. This demon is portrayed as a Lion holding a snake in his hand and riding a black horse. He can tell present, past, and future, discover witches and hidden things, create storms and make the water rough by means of them, and also bring down walls and build towers.
His Symbol
Acts as an elemental guide unto those who may seek to attack you. Vine is also a divinatory spirit who will also brings initiatory knowledge to Wizards, Witches and hidden aspects. Summon him if you wish to learn more about the Occult.
Balam:is a great and powerful king of Hell who commands over 40 legions of demons. Balam is depicted as being three-headed. One head is the head of a bull, the second of a man, and the third of a ram. He has flaming eyes and the tail of a serpent. He carries a hawk on his fist and rides a strong bear. At other times, he is represented as a naked man riding a bear. He gives perfect answers on things past, present, and to come, and can also make men invisible and witty.
His Symbol
From the Daemonolatry Goetia by S. Connolly
“Invoke Balam to get over social awkwardness or to find the inner reasons for shyness or discomfort. Leave a piece of gold in offering to Balam (And his sigil) on the altar to keep magickal works secret until they manifest the desired results.”
Zagan: A Great King and President of Hell, commanding over 33 legions of demons. Zagan is depicted as a griffin-winged bull that turns into a man after a while. He makes men witty; he can also turn wine into water, water into wine, and blood into wine as well as blood into oil, oil into blood, and a fool into a wise man. Other of his powers is that of turning metals into coins that are made with that metal (i.e., gold into a gold coin, copper into a copper coin, etc.).
His Symbol
Turns things into their opposites. Invoke to help curb addictions and bad habits or make delusional people (or dabblers) to see the truth. Zagam rites are a Daemonolatry Keeper ritual
Belial:He is a King of Hell with 80 legions of demons and 50 legions of spirits under his command. He was created as the first, after Lucifer. He has the power to distribute senatorships and gives excellent familiars. He takes the form of Two Beautiful Angels sitting in a Chariot of Fire.
His Symbol
He must be presented with offerings, sacrifices, and gifts, or else he will not give true answers to demands.
Always when working with these entities show them great respect and take into considerations that the majority of these are gods from other cultures that have had there meanings shifted over the years to be perceived as demonic. Treat them with kindness and respect and for the most part they will treat you the same. Do your research and learn. Learn more everyday and don't forget to have fun. The occult is a wonderful and beautiful thing and I hope to take you on more journeys with me.
We will continue this next time when we go over the Dukes of Hell.
Thank you for being here with me and having tea with me on the other side of the Great divide :)

History Of Solomonic Practices
While their have been many copies of different Solomonic texts throughout the middle ages ,the most widely used and popularised versions in everyone's practice nowadays is The Clavicula Salomonis, Ars Goetia and The Lesser Key Of Solomon. But let's go in depth and learn the History behind these wonderful and powerful Grimoires.
The Ars Goetia is a grimoire that describes the art of Goetia( which is the practice of Invoking Angels & Demons) The Ars Goetia is based on the 17th-century book The Key of Solomon, which describes the calling of 72 demons. The Ars Goetia was edited by Aleister Crowley in 1904 and renamed The Book of the Goetia of Solomon the King and is the most popular copy of the book being used within current Occult circles.
The stories go that Solomon The Former King Of Israel , used his sacred seals to subjugate the Demons so that they would do his bidding, one of the most popular instances was in the building of his castle. Written in the famed [Testament of Solomon]
“God also enabled him to learn that skill which expels demons, which is a science useful and sanative to men. He composed such incantations also by which distempers are alleviated. And he left behind him the manner of using exorcisms, by which they drive away demons, so that they never return….”
The Famed Testament of Solomon [ Written during the times of the greeks and romans] is the predecessor to The Hygromancy Written in the 15th Century, whose title is largely debated depending on the given translation of the text. Other titles include” The Magical Treatise Of Solomon” and “ The Little key of the whole art of divination through water discovered by several craftsman and the holy prophet solomon”. The general title used is “ The Hygromancy “ Literal translation is Divination by water or moisture.
As of now there is no technique in the book which resembles such a use. Most scholars believe the spell was either lost or another meaning of hygromancy from the time was used. This book is the bridge between the Testament of Solomon and The Clavicula Salomonis Regis [ The Key Of Solomon] written during the 15th century.
Something similar to the later used Clavicula Salomonis Regis in The Hygromancy is the beginning of the incantations and its use in summoning of Angels and Demons. The angels being invoked to bring about positive change to the environment around you. The demons however, were used to curse and even kill you enemies.
There are other books which also hold the title as predecessor to the Ars Goetia ,but for the most part alot of scholars bundle them together as the 18 manuscripts of Solomonic Magicks.
That leads us into The Clavicula Salomonis Regis originally written in the 15th Century , and holds the Ceremonial Magicks of the Renaissance age. The Key Of Solomon , does not mention the signatures of the 72 demons but in fact used the power of god habitually. Even When Subjugating Spirits and Other Demons For Workings. The Clavicula Salomonis Regis is separated into two books which i will go over below
In the beginning of the book it goes over the origin of the key of solomon, Its magnificent origin story in which solomon wrote the book for his son. His son was to hide it away from those who would misuse its power. Then it was discovered by a group of people who prayed to god for answers and were able to read and translate the book. Then casted a spell on the book so the unworthy who did not fear god would be unable to use its magicks.
Book one contains the standard rituals you would find in a Grimoire, Conjurations , Invocations , Curses the works. Also Other Basic spells pertaining to things many people from that era craved, love , money, etc.
Book two goes into depth on how the user of the grimoire should dress, how the tools should be made, what animals need to be sacrificed to what spirits to gain the correct spiritual power.
Once this book came out it led to an uproar in the church, it was banned, burned , and destroyed everywhere the church could find it. But it was too popular, it was in every country from Greece to even the American colonies in the 17th century.
From The Clavicula Salomonis came The Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis or more commonly known as the lesser key of solomon. This is a compilation of several grimoires and sacred texts but this is the first compilation in which we get the 72 Demons. There are several renditions to this grimoire and many during the 15th century are accredited with “writing it” due to it being an amalgamation of sacred occult texts. But as a source it is commonly seen that a Johanne Weyer was the first to compile the groupings of the demons.
The 72 Demons Will Be Linked HEre For You To Go Over and Read for yourself
I will be going over each demon and working with them on a personal level and the outcomes of the workings and their personalities as a whole. I hope you enjoyed learning a little bit about solomonic magick and the history of the Ars Goetia from me, until next time
Thank you so much for having tea with me, here on the other side of The Great Divide :)

Astral Projection
What is astral projection?
Astral projection is also known as an out of body experience. Astral projection can take place whether you are sleeping or awake. It is done when your conscious mind leaves your physical body on earth to a different dimension while staying connected by a silver cord. The cord makes it possible to come back to your earthly self. It enables your spirit body to explore the astral realm. It is said that Astral Projection helps you become your truest and highest self. Astral Projecting is the floating and lifting of your physical being through the use of your astral body.
Practices to Help with Astral Travel

Astral Plane
A place where angels, spirits, deities, and other cosmic beings reside. It is a place where ones astral body travels through. It may also be recognized as the “emotional plane,” because the astral plane reacts to our emotions, thoughts, and desires.
The Silver Cord
The silver cord anchor’s ones astral body to their physical body. The silver cord allows you to find your way back to the physical realm. It is described as being strong, almost indestructible, yet soft and elastic that can stretch and flex to make sure that the astral body is truly tethered to the physical one.
Risks of Astral Projection
Exhaustion
Obscuring your focus causing obsession with the astral plane
Demonic Possession - A greatly debated topic, the truth of which is unknown.
You may become lost or disconnected from the cord - Some argue that you cannot severe the cord, some believe that becoming disconnected from the cord will cause death.
Conclusion: The dangers of astral projection are extremely controversial, be sure to do proper research and follow your gut!
Astral Travel Tips
Look after your mental and physical health.
Only travel when you have peace of mind, never when anxious or angry.
Release all fear, do not project if you are fearful of the astral plane.
STUDY

Protect yourself by a visualization of pure white light
Wear loose fitting clothing and project in a warm room.

You’re hearing all sorts of strange sounds, like going through all sorts of random radio stations really fast
Your body is frozen and you can only move your eyes (“sleep paralysis”)
You’re feeling or hearing other people or animals in your room
