Everything started with the dreams of an entrepreneur who wants to have her own business.
The dessert passion of founder Sıdıka Taşdemir shaped that how can be this business.
She was thinking that will own a cheesecake shop during she study at the university, because she loves it and could it well. Also, everyone who ate her cheesecake loved it.
And she decided to do this business. She opened this shop after graduating from university in 2015.
Now, she continues to do it what she dreams and is happy with it.
And, she has uncompromising dedication to baking perfection & quality.

SIDIKA TAŞDEMİR
My love for cooking and baking started when I was a child.
I've always loved to feed people, it's make me happy to put a smile on someones face when they eat my desserts.
I want to create a unique and interesting cheesecake experience that everyone would love.
I tried recipes that would inspire her “Original” Cheesecake.
Everyone loved my recipes so much that I decided to open a small cheesecake shop.
I graduated from faculty of business administration so, I was dreaming of owning my own business.
A cheesecake cafe was my dream.
I want to develop a reputation for serving up great dessert providing outstanding service and making every customer feel important.
My goal is simple: to create the best cheesecakes possible, using the finest ingredients available, and to share the tastes with people.

The Cheesecake Dream story began by Sıdıka Taşdemir in İzmir, in 2015.
We have been producing various cheesecakes that can appeal to everyones' taste since the day Cheseecakedream was opened.
You can eat raspberry and lemon cheesecake everywhere but can't find it like cheesecake with coconut/ chestnut / green tea or gluten free and also another varieties everywhere.
We’re obsessed with cheesecake. Not just any cheesecake, but the kind made from only the best local, all-natural ingredients.
At CheesecakeDream that means everything from coming up with the perfect recipe and selecting the finest ingredients to hand-decorating and staying up all night to.
We believed baking was an art. At CheesecakeDream, we slow bake our cheesecakes in small batches, taking the time to allow our ingredients to develop to their optimum flavors…
The key to achieving CheesecakeDream unique taste and texture.
We prefer using regional ingredients from local farms and producers who share csd commitment to quality.
We do this because we know the highest quality ingredients make the best cheesecake. we like to play with our food to create melt-in-your-mouth flavor combinations.
We want to ensure that years of the quality, consistency and customer service tha remains intact and continues to flourish.
