reblog this to spread the scene kid disease like some kind of random rainbow plague! x33
no seriously if you reblog this the scene community might actually grow!
this is a few playlists i made! they’re sorted by genre, and each one is a collection of albums from that genre! if you shuffle through them its not only a lot of jammin fun but its also a good way to get to know scene music! so if someone’s not sure what scene people listen to, these are a good place to start!
so let’s get right to it and have a look at these links!! they lead right to the spotify playlists!
GENRE: METAL (POST HARDCORE & METALCORE)
GENRE: ELECTRONIC (TECHNO & DANCE)
GENRE: POP PUNK (SIMILAR TO METAL ONE BUT NO SCREAMING)

Peter: I’m going to do a tarot card reading for you!
Steve: Peter? Those are just Pokémon cards.
Peter, drawing a card: Oh, look, Mr. Rogers! You got a Bidoof! That means screw you.

No Wonder I’m a Witch Now
I just recently re-watched one of my favorite childhood cartoons, Spider-Woman, and it made me realize that I was exposed to a lot of alternative religious symbology as a kid. For example, in this episode of Spider-Woman where she fights Dormammu:

The pentacle and symbol of Baphomet appear repeatedly.
There’s Casper Meets Wendy, a movie about witches I obssessed over:

Halloweentown of course, in which Marnie, the protagonist, explicitly says “I’m a Wiccan!” and wears a pentacle necklace:
(I know it’s blurry, but it’s there XD) Hocus Pocus helped here, too.
The Hex Girls from Scooby Doo and the Witch’s Ghost also had plenty of witchy things going on, with Thorn, according to herself, being a hereditary Wiccan:
And last, but certainly not least, possibly the first film that taught me witches don’t have to be evil and witchcraft is just a spiritual practice, the one, the only, the legendary Kiki’s Delivery Service.

Is it any wonder I’m a practicing witch now?
