If a delivery is going to be late and our suppliers let us know, then we will call and tell you and we will keep you informed along the way. no stress no hassle. If you ask us a question and we don’t know the answer, then we will tell you. And we will go away and find out. we’re not pretending to be perfect, we’re saying sometime things go wrong but its how we put thing right that makes us stand out from the crowd.
