After winning the challenge to make a short film, the gang decides to celebrate by hanging out in Liam’s room. Also this is pretty much the first Disventure Camp comic i’ve done in about a month since i got tired of doing them and wanted to focus on other stuff that i was doing prior to making these. So yeah, i guess i’m back to making them lmao.

The reason it’s Jo and not Brick is because she is set on finding a “manly” partner (since she finds it more beneficial to the game and she was raised to search for such things), so she got a bit shocked when Brick showed his effeminate side while Jo is more manly, making her question everything she knows about sexuality as she likes Jo more, while she only saw Brick as a friend at the very most that she could use to win, genuinely caring about Jo and having an actual bond.

Her parents are strict Catholics as well as herself, which is why she feels so conflicted.

Brick felt obligated to date Piper since she gave him “orders” to, so he did his best to act chivalrous because of that and his own moral code.

Let me know if I am misrepresenting any groups or any critiques in general, and excuse the choppiness and the 50 watermarks. 😞

Definitely gonna start coloring in both the new ones and the more recent additions too since i finally got my hands on some flesh colored pencils this morning. Good shit ngl.

As stated in the other post i finally got my hands on some flesh colored pencils today so i’m still trying to figure out which is which. So my bad if her skintone is way off here. At least now this comic is a bit more lively since it’s in color (well, some of it lmao). But yeah, here’s the end result.

Ok, quick comment about the episode otherwise I won't be able to sleep. It's a brain dump really, I'm just trying to understand stuff.

I think what bothers me the most about the fight between Logan and Spencer is not the fact that Logan got mad at him. At this point everyone and their mother (both in the story and in the fandom) hate Spencer for a reason or the other, and Logan has every reason to be angry, especially when he's not given time to process what he's just learnt.

What really bothers me is that he just started. Bullying Spencer? I could have gotten behind him just ignoring him, but he literally started mocking the dude with Hannah and the others because... yes? Despite the fact that they've spent the entire half of the episode to show MULTIPLE times how much Spencer cared for him, teaching him stuff, genuinely laughing with him, helping him with his fear and openly admitting he saw him as his friend.

And Logan himself was the one who said, both in episode 12 and in this one, that voting people out was part of the game, and he forgave Natalia right then. So why didn't he use the same logic for Spencer if that was his main gripe (which it seems to be based on his last confessional, ignoring the fact that he himself betrayed both Richard and Spencer on multiple occasions)?

Is it wrong that the dude wanted to save his own ass? I saw people saying Logan forgave Natalia because "she didn't lie about it"... Neither did Spencer? He literally told Logan "I need to save myself from elimination" and that's what he did. It's not like he could do much else. "He could have switched one of the girls" literally how when they all hated him, Jade included, and he didn't even have the certainty of Zaid voting with the guys? Anastasia only went along with his plan because he gave her the chance to check what he said, if he'd asked her to vote with him she'd just tell him to "eat shit and die".

And if his problem was Spencer using the information he gave him... He literally did the same? He told him about Natalia's plan to begin with? I get not liking the idea of being used, but as I've said before, they spent half an episode to show Spencer does care about him beyond just his usefullness.

Overall, I don't hate nor dislike Logan yet, not unless they don't bring up how unfair and hypocritical he's being. I still think he's a good guy and I honest to God hope they make up in a way or the other, but they NEED to point out his flaws at some point. Otherwise this entire fight will feel very, VERY out of character. Really, it's good that he's being given some flaws, but if Spencer needs to work on his own flaws, so does Logan. He can't just go on being babied by everyone.

I just want them to be friends again, is what I'm trying to say. Please. T-T

Starting to do a lot more of these comics where everyone’s just hanging out whenever they’re not filming “Disventure Camp”. Kinda adds a small bit of “slice of life” elements to the whole thing lol. Especially since this fanmade season would be at a resort and a very obvious nod to “Reality Resort” which is also a really good show.
