i am so tired of ppl having disclaimers for the fandoms they post in. like babes cherp is not twitter, no one is trying to cancel u for enjoying rp’ing something even if the creator sucks. just post the prompt

New rule, prompts should only be allowed if there's a prompt in it. Auto delete if there's any variation on 'lets talk about your ideas' like come on. You're the one posting a prompt. If I had an idea or something I'd have posted myself!

Is there a specific way people expect their prompts to be replied to? I've answered a few asking if the prompt was still open, answered their questions/selected options they posted in the prompt. Just trying to get some plotting going, hash out things, but not like overwhelm them with a wall of text. Especially in case they're not open anymore.

And like nothing for weeks. And it feels like it would be rude to bump a not even answered response. Le sigh. I need better sights for this.

i had a deep (one sided, probably) beef with someone who wrote a specific OC and i blocked every post i saw that included the OC and i haven’t had to in over 2 months

i love female ocs and i have a ton but i feel like im slowly becoming like prejudiced abt writing against female ocs bc almost all the ones ive written with are so passive. like the writers never really try to drive the plot at all. it’s tiring to basically be forced to write against a sexy lamp

People seem to like brag about ghosting but as someone on the other end, especially someone who always responds in a fairly diligent manner… please disconnect from prompts you’re no longer interested in. I don’t entirely understand the reason of purposefully leaving things up for months. I’m dumb so I’ll honest to goodness sit there and wait for a response because I’ve had it happen where someone disappeared and reappeared for a huge gap in time and responded to the rp again! But that’s a rarity I think. To me a disconnect at least confirms proper disinterest than to leave something purposefully unanswered. Especially if you’re 1000% certain you retain zero interest in that person’s muse, writing, etc.

it’s so crazy to me when someone says they only rp with verified users bc they’re scared of writing with a minor. like not to be dramatic but u can tell if someone’s a minor. kids are not exactly manipulation masters with intricate knowledge of adulthood, even if there’s no ooc chatting it’s obvious from the way they write just disconnect on the kids ffs

I've gotten tired of people not responding if they don't like something while planning. Or as a way to just stop writing. Like okay maybe I suck or something, but at least say so.

Anyway I'm now spaming song lyrics at people who haven't replied in months, even to 'hey did you want to end this?' questions. And finally they're disconnecting.

I feel kind of powerful now. I'm making them do something.
