#i genuinely cannot remember the name but ohhhh boy#it was set during world war 2. our protagonists? the nazis! yay!!!!!!!#there’s like this lawyer guy who is ‘one of the good ones’ bc he helps nazis who ran away from their work or whatever#and he’s assigned this newbie kid to go to some place whatever#anyway. they get trapped in this restricted zone and found by the enemy group#and almost die until OH EM GEE A ZOMBIE!!!! AHHHHHH#and so the enemy team is almost completely obliterated by the zombies until uneasy truce is made#the whole movie is just them coexisting.#there’s a romance plot with the lawyer guy and some French chick. despite being literal nazis.#the moral of the story is presented as like ‘there’s no good or bad guys :)’ but like#unpopular opinion: the Nazis are bad????#also it was a comedy. and yet somehow failed to ever mention the genocide of Jews. like even the people that were made into zombies by the#Nazis were just like a random Spanish (?) town#and like. with the real life experiments done on Jewish people during those times you’d think they’d like use Jewish people to experiment#on the zombie disease thingy. but nope we just virtually pretend that isn’t happening#honestly the main thing that pissed me off was the extremely light tone. despite yknow. NAZIS#and it wasn’t good like jojo rabbit. it’s like they wanted to include Nazis but forgot they actually have to include the shit they did??
