Custom content to make your sims more human and realistic

Fortunately The Sims 4 is the game with the best CAS ever, we have uncountable tools to make our sim to our liking, right? After playing for many years, I found out that my sims had always the same features, the same body and the same personality. Now that I’ve been in Simstagram for a long time I can say that I’m not the only one having this problem…. And I’m not talking about a sim style! You may have developed a cas style that all your sims share, maybe you love to make big eyes or certain faces. That’s okay! What I notice every day is that is so difficult to find accounts that give visibility to real bodies for the sims. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a game and you can play however you want, obviously. But when you’re part of Simstagram and you’re following several stories, realistic stories, you realize that they’re not too different from tv series or movies.

With this post I want to give suggestions on how to avoid falling in the body canons or stereotypes, which is really difficult, I confess… And this is not necessary. Maybe in your story you’re giving visibility to other communities that need it too and that’s okay. I don’t believe that it’s possible to have the perfect story, with a total inclusiveness.

btw, I make all my own sims but Casey is the first sim in my story who isn't mine! I heavily edited him to kinda fit my sim style, but he's originally by @okruee. I saw him modelling her cc and simply fell in love hehe, anyway thanks Rue for creating such a gorg sim <3

hey guys!! i’ve been wanting to make my own velvet cc for a while now and i finally got around to making something 🥰 i’ve been working on the top for at least a month and the skirt is an old wip i also finally got around to finishing so i’m releasing them together!

the skirt was originally a recreation of something rei hino wears from sailor moon (here) and the top is inspired by a girl on twitter (idk her user anymore, sry)
