What Is Cherished Will Be Reminisced
Hello, readers! My name is Francheska Miguelle V. Alea, a sixth grader from the section Emerald. I am thrilled to embark on this journey of sharing my most unforgettable moments with you all. I studied at Holy Infant Academy from first to third grade, then I moved to Adriatico Memorial School due to the pressure I endured in my previous school and spent the rest of my school years here. Throughout my elementary school years, I have created lots of memories that I reminisce to this day, though some are good and some are not. When I was in fifth grade, I met lots of people who helped me build memories to cherish and reminisce, Liana and Alssen being one of them. I remember when we would always hang out during lunchtime, and we even created a pseudo-family tree out of pure boredom. I also remember when we sold different types of treats for our TLE project, and how chaotic we were whilst cleaning up the station that we used. I also recall the previous student teachers I encountered and how we used to loathe how two-faced they were since they only acted nice and polite to teachers yet were so mean to us. Another unforgettable memory I have made is when I first participated in the City Meet for Chess and only got a bronze medal which I obtained for placing 3rd in the standard category, yet I still felt so proud of myself despite only having a medal.Since I don't have that much to say any more about my experiences during fifth grade, let us get on with my journey during sixth grade. My journey started when I took the qualification exam for Section A, and I fortunately passed the exam and ranked first among the seven qualifiers. On the first day of school, I simultaneously felt nervous and excited because I got the opportunity to meet new people and make acquaintances, but I was also worried about my new classmates' opinions of me. One of the unforgettable memories I have made this school year was when Noria and I got to compete in the School-based statistics competition. I ended up getting second place while Noria was the champion and competed in the Division-based statistics competition onwards. I also had the opportunity to compete in the City Meet for Chess and got more medals than I got last year. I got a gold, two silver and a bronze medal, but I was slightly disappointed because I wasn't a qualifier for MRAA. I also got to compete in the school-based journalism competition in which I ranked second in the Editorial Writing category while Amira got first. She won in both English News Writing and English Editorial Writing, but she chose news writing because she said she wanted me to compete in the upcoming DSPC (Division Schools Press Conference). Though I won't admit it to anyone, I felt quite flattered about her reason. I was amazed on how she was so sincere and heartfelt about her action. This school year, I have encountered troubles that strengthened me and made me what I am today. Spending time with my comrades, helping and joking with each other and making memories with them was one of the best parts of my journey here at Adriatico Memorial School. Now, as I am about to graduate and enter Junior High, I look forward to create more memories that I can look back to as I seek into the future. As the chapter of my journey here ends, another one will soon bloom for me to thread on. Thank you for reading my blog, peace out and thank you for your time!
Note: This is my performance output for TLE and English.
