Burning Day, ch. 13:

Starspun occurred only a few days after Christmas, the week-long holiday taking place between the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. The entire week was spent on the Prewett Clan’s main estate, where the Family Magic the Clan was known for was at its strongest. Now that he was officially a member of the Prewett family and bore their name, Harry benefited from being enveloped in that magic, though he barely noticed it. It was there, a constant hum, but for most of the week, he was more concerned with eating and running around with others his age, learning all the different games that were typical in Nevarah.

Large as the Prewett Clan was, it was unsurprising that there were a couple dozen other teens and pre-teens around—some of them were now technically Harry’s cousins, while others were technically his nieces and nephews, the children of Fabian and Gideon’s older children. The thought crossed his mind once or twice, and it was a strange thought, but he quickly pushed it aside in preference of the Phoelix way of thinking of things—they were his nest.

It was that simple.

I’m trying to get out of my comfort zone, so I tried to draw something different than cute girls. So, there it is - my first ever full picture of a male character. Part 4 of my Doodle Requests as of recently including OxPei, Pei Ming, Shen Jiu and Mu Qing!

The first was an OxPei Request of which I really need to draw more of them cause I miss these dummies😆😭

Then Pei Ming with a kitty of which I do think in his alone time he’d very much be a cat man, like just chilling reading with his kitty curled up by him? Idk is this just me who has this vision?!👀

Then Shen Jiu with a fancy fan, of which I tried to give more detail and grace to him to make him dramatic and fancy while still his stoic beauty😌

Finally Mu Qing of which we try out the windswept look as well but in a dramatic pose with his Saber! I was playing a bit with a wavier hair texture for him cause I thought it’d be a fun look but I don’t know if it suits him specifically as much in personality?✨

Apologies for the slowness of these request update’s, unfortunately in the summer I often find all my motivation wanes until I have new work to do, so I’ve unfortunately been unable to work as fast I would usually, so thank you all so much for your patience in my making these, I promise I intend to work on them all, and get through them all, and all completed ones are on my doodle requests story highlight if you’re inter to look through them all!
