The ‘Baozi’ or better known as the ‘bao’ is a type of steamed filled bun in various Chinese cuisines 🇨🇳

My favourite is the 'Bao Obama’: grilled chicken, gherkin, onions and parsley! Full of flavors and even yummier when served with fried yucca chips!

If you are in Barcelona, check it out at the 'Bao Bao’ branch in either Sants or El Raval.
