Elf #inktober52 week 10. I’m so behind! A Tolkien elf and a Keebler elf meet at Rivendell to discuss the fate of Muddle Earth. Spider #inktober52 8 The #chickenfox thought being bitten by a radioactive spider would make them a superhero, but the results were... less than ideal. Fun with #noodlersink blue ghost ink! I had a lot of fun with this translucent sheet, wishing it was more see-through at times, but would have been hard to photograph! Ladder #RandomChallenge 15 The #chickenfox edition of Snakes & Ladders! The snakes aren’t after these chickenfoxes, they’re just indiscriminately tunneling through their den and wrecking the structural integrity. The goal of the game is to evacuate in the fewest turns. (Use 1 6-sided die) Ironically, this week’s Inktober52 is “Snake”, which I found out after starting this! But no cheating, this is watercolor. Camera #RandomChallenge 13 They’re not blinking, they just all want to see what they look like when they’re sleeping. This random palette had two reds and two ochres! It’s interesting with the ochre, when I get a blue/ochre palette and try to make green, it does NOT behave like yellow (ie. Make green) even though it looks yellowish. Shadow #inktober52 week 2! I really wanted to be good as shadow puppets when I was a kid but I really didn’t have the knack. Now as an adult I find it a lot easier to freeform and find meaning in the jumble! Flight @Inktober is now providing us with weekly prompts for #inktober52 ! The first one is “flight”. Chickenfoxes lack wings, but their chicken ancestry does make them prone to dreams of flying... Using my new favorite pen (since October), Faber-Castel Ecco-Pigment 0.1. Also having a lot of fun with my #noodlersink Blue Ghost invisible ink!
