Likes: good experience for problem solving and get to help people with various issues, have learnt a lot. Sometimes the clients are grateful. My colleagues and lovely and we have a laugh.

Dislikes: Sometimes the clients are not grateful. The managing team can be a bit micro-manage-y. The team also have to deal with a number of clients a day but it is impossible to deal with the clients and maintain a high quality of advice given. It is a constant push and pull between quantity and quality.

It is all about the career progression. I am happy where I am but I have plans.

I understand she needs to rant but her ranting hasn't left the best impression of her boyfriend.

The second Jack, I have only just met last weekend and SWOON. He is lovely and wonderful to my friend. No notes so far. My friend has found a great companion. It is earlier days but (unlike the above relationship) I hope they go the distance.

Is there something on your mind? Since you asked, yes a lot. It seems I have developed a crush on one of my work colleagues. I must make it clear that this crush is based on me idealising him because I really don't know him and as my friend rightly pointed out, if I got to know him, the crush would probably dissipate. There are already red flags but I can't help I like his face and while there is a chance the crush could be cured, there is also the danger that it grows.

What turned from a silly little crush, in which I thought he thought nothing of me, has now developed into something real and scary. I went to a party for one of my colleagues and another one of my colleagues suggested that me and said crush would be good together. I pointed out the obvious that he is taken and my colleague suggested that is was a rocky taken. Then throughout the night I could see what could be deemed as hints that said crush likes me back. The party was defo a turning point and has me questioning everything. Trying not to lose my head and I think writing it out is helping to try and rationalise it all.

Ironically, I had a meeting with my manager today in which she pointed out that this job is a stepping stone for my career and to not lose sight of that. I can't imagine she knows about my crush but she was so on the nose when she mentioned her daughter's career journey and how it was interrupted by guys. If I take anything away from the story, it is that I don't want my journey to be interrupted by guys, especially taken ones. It was a nice reminder to hear.

If I was asked this at the time of watching OTH then I would have said Leyton but Jeyton will forever have my heart and it is obvious they were meant to be together. The transition from her loving Jake to it suddenly all being about Lucas again was so off on re-watches.

If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be? I like them all for who they are but don't wish to be them. I suppose Jess when she is dating Sam and the chemistry with Nick era.

Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work? Maybe OTH later seasons OTH cast go to Nick's bar and they put on an event like at Tric. I could see it working. Plus, Winston used to play basketball in Latvia, he and Nathan could have some dialogue and a friendly match.

Pair two characters in 1, who would make an unlikely but strangely okay couple? G&F is already about an unlikely but okay couple ha!

Overall, which show has the better storyline, 3 or 5? So difficult to decide since 3 is established and wrapped years ago whereas 5 is just getting started and I cannot wait for season 4. OTH had such good plots for the drama of it all. But the way OMITB has smartly connected each season to a different murder to solve is really impressive. Maybe 5 storyline is better but only because I have grown from OTH drama.

I've started working at a supermarket and as mentioned above, I am waiting for my uniform, learning the ropes in a new environment and working in a new team where they all know each other is just a lot.

I actually want to work in law and the supermarket job is an in-between until I find something (it is brutal out on the job market). After every shift I immediately apply to more jobs, not because the supermarket is a horrible place, quite the opposite, the people are lovely and the role is fine. It's just not where I want to be.

I have been volunteering at a local charity and have been recommended to apply for a paid position helping people with their debts on behalf of a bank. So I am hoping to hear back about that next week and if I get it, I will be working there part-time.

So I will have gone from no jobs to two! I am planning for the future already and might leave the supermarket job within my probation time since I need time to apply for law roles.

I would say I am pretty good at remembering most things, I write things down in my calendar. Maybe when my life picks up the pace a little, I will start forgetting things.

Cheese, yoghurt, peppers, cucumber, celery, hummus, milk and much more. Very much an ingredient household.

Yikes. It is a work in progress. I'm trying to get into an active routine but I know it will change when I get a job.

What is something that turned out for the best recently?

My friend invited me last minute to see Renee Rapp in London. I technically was busy but could have rearranged things if I really wanted. I said that 2024 was the year where I wanted to see more artists live but I am glad I didn't go because:

The tickets were standing and I'm not about that rock n roll life, much prefer seated tickets, that way I'm not packed into a crowd like a sardine. I watched a live stream of the concert and I joined at a moment where there was a break, for the concert employees to give out water to the crowd because it was so hot in the venue. Just from the concert stream I was feeling claustrophobic! (Maybe 2024 will be about learning about myself better and being okay with it!)

It is an hours journey into London and the venue was North London so essentially it adds an extra 30 mins to the journey time. Living at home means my sociable hours are limited to during daylight but as soon as it is night, I am indoors. Ofc when I move out I will go to any event at any time mostly because I won't have the stress of getting back at a certain time and feel guilty if I am keeping anyone up. And ofc there will be plenty of opportunities later in the year to see artists live, this won't be the last time :)

I would love to live and work in Paris for a while.

How do you feel right now? I feel excited/ nervous. Found out today that I got an interview for a job at my top company in a couple of days. I'm trying to manage my expectations. Even if I don't secure it this time round, I am just pleased they invited me for an interview.

Are you sleepy? Yes, it is almost time to sleep. Hopefully I don't overthink the interview too much and my brain switches off.

Who do you dream about most? Friends usually. Sometimes happy situations but sometimes sad.

What do you want more than anything right now? To have secured the job at the company today and be telling all my friends and family that I am coming out of unemployment and my first job is at my no.1 company. It would be really great.

How late do you usually sleep in? Unemployed: 9am or 10am but try to have an alarm set for 8:30am more recently to have more of the day.

Do you like traveling? Yes, but I used to idealised travelling a lot more when I was younger. Now I realise it is an energy draining task. It's not all comfort and relaxation, in fact it can be stressful and hard work to get those moments of comfort and relaxation but usually it is worth it!

This time last year, what was happening in your life? I was at a different university, no job and I really can't remember what I did for money! I think I had applied to some jobs and were rejected for after my uni course. A lot has changed. But for the better. It is scary and exciting. I switched university to study a masters course. I am so much happier at this uni but a bit poorer.

What teacher did all the high school boys/girls have a crush on? I went to an all girl's school and it was mostly the sixth form boys the girls had crushes on.

Where do you see yourself in a year? With a job, living in the city and a better social life!

If you were able to change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I would like to be slightly more intelligent. Not a super genius but a grade higher than I am currently.

Are you content just blending in with the crowd? I am destined for the city and although the city is loud and all look at me vibes, it allows for the people to blend into the crowd since there are so many of them.
