The more time passes, the more I'm convinced Dave Balt is trapped in the body of Lucy Santangelo.

It was unclear what his whereabouts were when the PCs were sucked into the movie. Unless someone else picked up on that. He was probably in the same room. Lucy is one of the few characters we know about, but haven't heard speak yet.

Dave is clearly self-conscious about his ageing and is trying to cover his greying hair. Now imagine his reaction to having a young, beautiful body with big volumous hair.

Dave is trying to manage the sinking ship of his business with employees he has no control over. Lucy is based on Holly Gennero, who in the original Die Hard film was the direct line of communication between the terrorists and the other hostages. She was trying to manage, as best she could, her co-workers through an impossible situation. (Also checking the wiki I realised Lucy is the name of John and Holly's daughter. Nice reference)

Dave and Paula hate each other. Picture the two of them as Jack and Lucyhaving to pretend to be a strained couple who had something once, but it's gone, to avoid suspicion. (While being played by Izzy and Brennan. It's a comedic gold mine is what I'm saying)

Unlike the PCs, Lucy/Holly isn't an action hero. She's a civilian. As discussed, she can navigate a dangerous situation using her wits and through talking. But she doesn't have any weapons training/combat experience. What this means is that Dave is going to have to rely on the people he believed to be incompetent to survive the environment. In a season of tropes, wouldn't it be fitting to have a shithead boss learn the error of his ways by having no choice but to trust his suped up employees and realise how good they are while constantly being rescued by them?

these are the four that have appeared so far (or at least the nonbinary versions of them), so left to right it’s adair, blane, nolan, and rylan.

not a numbered question, but So how would the ROs react to meeting the MC's Ex who is really nice to the MC and obviously into them but when MC leaves the room the Ex starts talking crap about stealing MC away from RO. (RO and MC are together in this scenario)

relationship stage:

i’m headcanoning that A was the mc’s partner while the breakup happened so in this case, they would narrow their eyes and say “i was there for the mc when you broke up. i was there to help them cope. i was there when you weren’t. you’re delusional if you think they would ever want to go back to you.”

Blane would smile humourless and reply “i would punch you in the face, but i don’t think the mc would appreciate me very much, so here’s the deal: i’m giving you ten seconds to fuck off before i lose my patience and do it anyway.”

N would cross their arms and say “you must think the mc is stupid if you think they can’t see through your little act.” then they’d begin to walk closer to the ex as they continue with “i’ve seen your type before. stupid, cocky, used to getting everything they want. well, it’s not happening this time.”

K would begin playing with magic on their fingers and ask “you know what the best part about dating a warlock is? it’s that i can take care of anyone that bothers the mc.” they’d pause, raise an eyebrow and then continue with “i wonder what the mc will ask me to do when i tell them what you said?”

after processing how much of an ass the ex is, Rylan would reply with “listen here buddy, the mc is a hundred times the person you will ever be. sometimes i wonder if i even deserve them, but then i look at people like you and well, they could clearly do much worse.”

in terms of characters I like Quoto is my favorite from Star days but I'm terms of character who I think are best with Tara I think her realstionship with Magazine is very cute

We have to remember that with every day that passes without a ceasefire, more people are being murdered in Palestine. I know it's tempting to shut down! Or brains aren't designed to process this much suffering and pain for long periods of time. But we have to make a conscious, intentional effort to keep paying attention, keep sharing news from voices on the ground, and keep calling for Palestinian justice and freedom. Please don't fall into apathy!
