Commission Terms of Service

1. General Terms

• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

• All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.

• I retain the right to post and use the commissioned work for self-promotion unless privacy is requested.

2. Payment & Refunds

• All payments must be made upfront via PAYPAL.

• Prices may vary depending on complexity.

• Full refunds are only available if I have not started the commission. If work has begun, a partial refund may be considered. No refunds once the commission is complete.

3. Process & Revisions

• Completion time varies depending on workload and commission complexity. Estimated time will be provided.

• I will provide free revisions during the sketch phase.

• Major changes after approval of the final version will require an additional fee.

4. Usage Rights

• I retain full rights to the artwork. You may not claim it as your own or use it commercially unless we have discussed a commercial agreement.

• You may:

• Use the artwork for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, banners, prints for personal spaces).

• Share the artwork with proper credit.

• You may not:

• Modify, trace, or edit the artwork without permission.

• Use it for commercial purposes (merchandise, reselling, NFTs, AI training, etc.).

5. Cancellations & Blacklisting

• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund if necessary.

• Clients who violate the terms or engage in disrespectful behavior may be blacklisted from future commissions.

i was sat in the perfect spot today to see directly into the right hand side wings and I could see basically all of the crew back there if the light was right and phil took a bit longer to come out after he took of his silicone chest and dan was stalling and telling us about how they accidentally uploaded the wrong video yesterday and phil appeared in the wings whilst he was in the middle of talking and he just stood there with the biggest heart eyes I’ve seen watching Dan just yap on the stage lol … it killed me off and I don’t think anyone else saw it
