one crazy thing i did and i was filled with positive emotions.. woke up on that day and thought of everyone i passed as me.... the old man there is me, the man inside the Big car is me, the baby on the mothers back is me, the children playing on the field is me, even the young crazy homeless man under the bridge is also me.... you wont believe the emotions you will feel if you try this. a big smile you will see on your face and you will forget your own worries and feel gratitude for life.
