Bill saw an old post of your about your Goodyear 215/85r16 tires you installed ..
Being that it is a taller tire.
Do you recall if you had any issues with wheel alignment ?
Also you were thinking of a 235/85r16 in the front.
Any thoughts on the tire choice you made.
Thanks
Doug
It will take a good alignment person to get you right. Will need to change out the alignment cams to make it work,

Has anyone cut a hole in the floor for fuel tank access ? The fuel tank will not hold pressure, won't pass smog.
The solution is to drop the tank or cut the access hole. If I were doing it again, I would cut the access hole.

Hi! I’m looking at a Chinook concourse F350 1994, 60,000miles, i mostly want to be using it going up to Mt Hood Meadows this winter, I was concerned with the heaviness and real wheel drive situation so I read your post about the upgrades with tires and the sway bar! With those upgrades you feel confident snow driving then? Any other information about upgrades, what about 4x4 conversion is that something you considered ? Thank you! Meg
Meg, I had planned to install 4x4 on my 97 Concourse but decided it is not needed. We never even had to chain up during a 11,000 mile ski trip in the Rockies from CO to BC during Jan and Mar. With good tires and the limited slip differential, these rvs are great in the snow. If you have the extra money lying around, 4x4 would be nice, but it is not a necessity.

How to replace headlights on 1998 chinook concourse
go to youtube and Google 1998 Ford E350 headlight replacement.
Each headlight assembly has two metal arms at the top rear of the assembly. You slide these up to remove and down to reinstall.
Once you remove the headlight assembly you gain access to the rear of the headlight where you can replace the headlamp itself.

Have 1999 Chinook Concourse. The mirror housing on the passenger’s side is loose, so the whole mirror assembly shifts with the wind. How can I tighten it? thanks!
There are two adjustments - one for the arm and another for the mirror head alone.
I dont know the mirror head alone adjustment.
For the arm adjustment, you fold the arm back on the door as far as it will go. Use a flashlight to look into the opening at the hinge and you will see an allen nut. Use a hex wrench to tighten the allen screw. I used to keep the hex wrench in the side pocket of the drivers door and would tighten it a bit before long trips. Was always afraid to tighten too much.

Hi I’m looking at 2:19 95 chinooks. One says it’s a premier and the other one doesn’t say anything of its model one has a dining room table and the other one just has two chairs and a little bookshelf which floorplan is the best option or the most popular? One has a three burner stove and the other one has a two burning stove and then one has a freezer and fridge raider and the other one has refrigerator with a tiny freezer and in it which model is better
You can tell a Concourse and Premier apart by the large windows passenger and drivers side. If the are rectangular, it is most likely a Premier. If a parallelogram, then likely a Concourse.
Premier cost $20,000 less than a Concourse when new. Concourse is nicer in many ways including fit and finish.
The "dinette version" gives you an extra sleeping area. My wife uses the dinette and I sleep on the couch. We both use sleeping bags.
The "club lounge version" has the swivel chairs and the folding table/bar bottle cabinet. Much preferred if entertaining.
