((hello! sorry for the disappearance. the last few months(??? however long it has been) has been hectic, and i haven't been able to sit down and try to think of a prompt, even just a silly one-off post is more difficult than I thought.

unfortunately, life isn't getting any less hectic for me. 0(-( i'm unsure of when or even if i'll be able to portray chizuru in a way I want to. I can't keep excusing my absence behind her voice, right?

not to mention that actually, in the world i'm writing/creating with chizuru in it, she doesn't tend to work well by herself. in a sense that, she's literally a regular girl on the outside, only that she's extremely smart academically. I was at first content with simply letting her wallow and spiral in her room, but I accidentally struck gold with an idea that includes my other oc, and my friend's oc. for privacy reasons, I won't mention their name nor their oc's name.

it's just something to note that i've only been able to get inspiration for chizuru, once I have something else to link her and keep her socializing, but that inspiration is something outside of chizuru herself, so i'm hesitant in mentioning it in this account.

I do also need a moment to rework chizuru, just a bit. to be honest, the reason I don't frequent this account isn't only because things are getting overwhelming, but i'm also... reading the story and finding out that what I said is contradictory to what is canon. hehe. remind me next time not to show my OCs and/or stories before getting fully caught up in the actual lore. that is 100% on me.

basically tl;dr this post will probably be the last post in a while while I work some things out for my girl chizuru until I deem her okay enough to show to the public again.

As for your question... I think that really is just up to what your preference is. But I'm glad my own skills are up to par with Jiro's in your eyes. He's used to much higher standards for tea-making, after all. She's not name-dropping, but with the stiff smile that's on her face, she's sure he knows who she's talking about. She smiles as she lifts the strainer from the cup, placing it with the dried flowers on top of the other cup. She takes a lime and cuts it in half before squeezing into the cup of tea. Well, you're right about that. It does make it easier to focus. But it does also make us appreciate the moments when there's more than just grays everywhere.

Sorry. I know you said you don't want to get used to threats like that, but I'm pretty sure you'll end up being unfazed by it as time goes on... At least that should count as something close to peaceful? Her tone is somewhat light. She's trying to cheer him up somehow.

Of course, it's no trouble at all. She fills the kettle with enough water two make two cups of tea and boils it on the stove. She then takes two cups from the cupboard before grabbing the strainer and placing it on top of one of the cups. To be honest, although I do like the taste as well, the color is really nice too. Helps makes this place look less drab. She adds a small chuckle.

Ah, right... I forgot about that. The experience of being in Darkwick has already made me used to having my life threatened... She clears her throat. Then, I hope your years here are as peaceful as they can be. If anything's bothering you, or if anyone's messing with you, feel free to let me, or Isami or Jiro know. Or let the professors know. In other news, I have seen exactly 3 people limp over to Darkwick General after the incident. It seems they twisted their ankles after the fall.

I accidentally slipped because of a water puddle on the floor. When I was trying to get a caution: wet floor sign and I walked back to the spot, I saw someone else slip on that same puddle. And another person slip. And another person slip.

At some point, it stops being humorous and starts getting concerning.

One of the good things about Mortkranken is that it's very chilly, and it's one of the best places to cool off.
