Production name
I wanted my production name to be a flower name that has different meanings to it.
In ancient Greece, the iris was believed to symbolize power and majesty and was often used to represent the connection between heaven and earth. In Christianity, the iris is often associated with the Virgin Mary, and the three petals of the iris are said to represent the Holy Trinity. In the language of flowers, the iris is also often used to convey a message of hope and courage in difficult times.
Overall, the iris flower is a symbol of beauty, grace, and strength, and is often used to represent the values of wisdom, courage, and faith.

Quotes
I chose 2 quotes from 7 of these which are “It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.” – by Theodore Roosevelt and “If you want to be the best, you have to do things that other people aren't willing to do.” - Micheal Phelps. I chose these two because they touch me the most.
I used Micheal Phelps as the first one because he is an Olympian and a world record breaker. Phelps has been open about his struggles with mental health and addiction and has become an advocate for mental health awareness. He retired from competitive swimming after the 2016 Olympics but continues to be an inspiration to many athletes and fans around the world. He sees that mental health is the most important thing in a person which some people don't see.
I used Theodore Roosevelt because Roosevelt believed that not trying at all was worse than failing, as failing at least meant that you had attempted to succeed. even if it's scary. It's better to try and fail than to never try at all. You don't want to be sitting around wondering what could have been done. This quote is a reminder to keep pushing forward and learn from your mistakes. Because at the end of the day, the only way to succeed is to keep trying and never give up

First title name - Dedication

Dedication is key for student-athletes if we want to kill it in their sport and still handle our academic duties. Athletes who stay dedicated to our sport work hard to boost our skills, stay fit, and bring their A-game to the competition. we know the only way to win is to stay on our grind and stay disciplined.
It's also important for student-athletes to balance our dedication to sports with their studies. This means we have to get our work done, go to class, and keep our grades up, even when we got big games or practices. Athletes who really got the dedication to know that our grades are just as important as our athletic performance. And not to forget, being dedicated also means taking care of our health and well-being. We know the importance of getting enough rest, eating healthy, and looking after our mental health.
dedication is the key trait for student-athletes who wanna dominate in both sports and academics. By finding a balance between sport, schoolwork, and health, student-athletes can set us up for success both on and off the field.

Final song choice
The title has no meaning to my opening title sequence but I listen to this song before training because the beat and bass get me through stretching and I always find my brain repeating this song in my head while training. This song gives me motivation. I've always liked 90's HipHop because the beats have a groove and energy that got people moving and made the songs memorable.

Being a professional athlete and a full time student

Being a full professional athlete and a full time student is harder than people think. We have different routines, lifestyles, diet, etc.
Firstly, many do not know how exhausting it is to wake up at 4am everyday, eat breakfast, and go straight to training. Get out the pool, then off to school, then back to training again. I've been following this routine for the past 6 years, every day, without missing a beat. It can be hard to juggle school, extracurriculars, and sport because each requires so much time. Time is the one thing that student athletes cannot get enough of; as hard as I work to keep my grades up and keep my all-important starting positions on my team, there simply are not enough hours in a day to cram in everything that needs to be done. Training takes a toll out of me, sometimes I get extremely frustrated because of how I'm not understanding in classes. I get pressure from everybody around me; my coach, my parents and mainly teachers and sometimes I don't understand why. No matter how much I explain to them that I'm swimming for my country, they still wouldn't careless.

Maintaining a balanced schedule is hard for many, but it is especially hard for student athletes who have to find time to do their homework, turn in assignments on time, study for tests, and attend mandatory practices. All of these necessities can make it overbearing at times. Being dedicated to a sport means putting in lots of time and effort. Us student athletes know what it means to love their sports, which is why I are prepared to sacrifice so much time and energy into it. Regardless of how hard school gets or how frustrating it is to miss out on school events and being unable to hang out with friends it is all worth it as long as it pays off in the end.

background audios
As you can see, at the bottom of the video I was editing. I've added the dietetic sounds of a person laughing, the sound of water, etc. I find this very useful because it gives the extract a meaning and makes the audience feel more interested.

song choice
I chose this song because I always find myself in my own playlist on shuffle, skipping to this song.
It gives me motivation and the feeling of build up excitement. Through out the whole music, it has hard bass which also made me want to rock my head to the beat.

Color theory
I will mostly be using the grey and blue color. Blue representing the water and Grey representing the dark light during the sunrise and when i go to sleep.
There are actually a lot of different meanings to each color. - Blue(focusing on the positive side of course) having a calmness, productivity, security, etc. mood - Grey being the neutral, balance and strength mood.
these colors will also help a lot when the audience is watching the project because it will me soothing to the eye and a not to bright color.
