Something I’ve always wondered and will never have the answer to: Does the Trickster have hair?? If so, what does it look like? 🤔 If you’ve got a headcanon, tell me! I wanna know! LOL

Some rambling under the cut:

To be real, this drawing isn’t an honest effort at answering the “do they have hair” question at all, I just wanted to draw them with fun pretty hair LOL I honestly don’t even think their headpiece thing is a hat so much as like…part of their head, which is weird to think about but makes more sense to me than a world where they can take it off to reveal like, I dunno, a blond bob or something. One way or another I can’t imagine they have any natural human hair color, so stripes it is.

The hair stripes -do- match the stripes of their headpiece because I care too much about stuff like that LOL

My favorite clown from Kooza! Do the clowns have their own names? I don’t think so RIP I loooove his outfit which is one of my favorite costumes in the show. I took a good picture in Hong Kong so I decided to draw it for practice :D

For the first sketch I was trying to reference the picture directly, and then I redid it focusing on line of motion, and I think that really helped me grasp what I was actually looking at! Another exercise I’ll try to do more LOL

My entry for agressive_poetry’s DTIYS contest on instagram! Congrats to them for the 40k followers :D the characters are Tyler and Josh from their vulture AU

I love their vulture Tyler design, and this was a great excuse to draw some wings. I’ve never actually done a DTYIS before but it’s such a fun way to encourage people to make a share art! And there was the benefit that since it’s supposed to be in my own style, I didn’t have to actually face my enemies (doing colors or a background LOL) so I got to be happy doing lineart while the characters were once again banished to the Void

It really made me sweat trying to figure out what colors should go where, it definitely got very Iron Man for a while before I worked it out LOL I looooove her design though and I’m pleased by how this came out! I want to do more exercises in this vein

The party could really use a wizard who knows Fireball right about now because they are in the Frostfell fighting the mother of all ice titans, but, if they summoned Pren, she would immediately turn into a Prensicle and die LOL downside of having a wizard’s constitution

He didn't, not that first night after the End of the World.

Not until Jayce laid his head on his chest the next morning, listened, and frowned. "It's quiet."

Viktor's entire body jerked, the part of him that was still starlight — it had been slowly becoming solid over the past hours, relearning and rebuilding itself — pulsing.

After his head stopped spinning, Viktor would recall the feeling of his body remembering.

They both felt the sudden drum of his first heartbeat thud against his ribcage. It sputtered then, skipped, multiple beats in a row, silences that were too long, hit hard and then soft.

It is ten minutes later, when they have shifted so that Viktor's chest presses against Jayce's, his large heart leading Viktor's like a conductor, that it relearns its rhythm.

Me: *looking at a porcelain hand in the home decor aisle of a store* if I lost my hands in some kind of tragic accident, I’d decorate my entire home with hand-shaped things. Then I’d invite guests over for like, dinner parties and such and sit there expectantly just basking in their discomfort.

My boyfriend: Do you hear what you say when you talk? Do you know what you just said to me?
