Ralph’s nose flared in a near-violent exhale. His teeth were gritted, fingers wrapping up in his tarp. To keep himself from doing something he’d regret. The anger was g r a t i n g at his system, harder and harder, causing the stress to rise and his sensibility to flake. It landed all around his feet. He didn’t know whether or not he had the strength to pick it up.

The inability to communicate his feelings was frustrating. It made tears of rage rush to the corners of his eyes, eyes that glared when Ralph picked his head up again. A sharp edge within them, just daring to be tested.

“Yes it is! They aren’t nice! Ralph tries to be nice, but he’s s c a r e d. Scared they’ll hurt him. They’ll hurt him if Ralph doesn’t hurt them first!!” His synthetic fingernails were digging into artificial skin that was already wearing away as it was. Tearing at it all the more, at the dirty remains of something human.

Tears finally spilled. Ralph couldn’t stop them, not when so much pain had welled up within him. They trickled down his cheeks, making clean streaks upon dirty skin. Upon scarred skin, his staple. His reason W H Y.

      so much hatred, so much fear--all wrapped into one android that it was a wonder that ralph hadn’t already shut down from all of it bubbling up to the surface. still, connor kept himself steady, although his led had flashed from blue to yellow--even a hint of red when the other yelled out. but for now it was back to blue with some short bursts of yellow when hearing the reasoning behind all of this. 

     seeing ralph’s fingers digging into the synthetic flesh upon his arms, connor wanted to reach out to stop him however thought better than to. for now he would just let ralph cry. 

     even androids needed to let out some emotions, especially those who had turned deviant. 

           “scared is a horrible feeling, i know,” just thinking back to when he was dealing with amanda after he had turned deviant--not knowing what would happen to him if he didn’t get out of his own body in time. “you’re not alone in being afraid, ralph. but that doesn’t give you or anyone the right to hurt someone.” 

     especially when, by his own description, the visitors didn’t even do anything to deserve getting hurt.

      of course connor couldn’t leave the young woman out here all alone in the cold, especially not with the wounds that he had scanned on her body. though, he was smart with how he went about this, making sure that she was alive was one thing, but seeing if she was still conscious was another. 

    so, rubbing against her back, the android was soft in his words, trying to wake her up if she had been sleeping.

Ralph took in a shuddering, synthetic breath as his stress climbed. The agitation was gnawing at him, until he ducked his head and screamed, “Ralph never invited anybody!”

     alright, perhaps he should have taking a different route in speaking to ralph. all he was trying to say was that stabbing someone wasn’t the best thing to do, but it would seem that his words backfired on him. 

          “i understand, this is your home and they’re not welcomed.” he held his hand up trying to calm the situation. “however, stabbing wouldn’t be the answer to trying to get people out of your home.” 

     hopefully this would make more sense to the other.
