I mean, I think it depends on who the gifts are for, in terms of whether I have suggestions, though waiting until so close to Christmas to even come up with ideas is just a terrible idea.

They’re mostly for some of my family members. My work colleagues and I never get each other anything because we have figured out that all we need is our patients being happy. It might be an awful idea, but I can’t help it, I have been way too busy.

Oh, no my dear, I definitely need some excellent gifts. I need something classy and beautiful for my parents and small gifts for my cousins to show them that I remember about their existence.

Sorry that wasn’t much help was it.  What about looking on sites like Etsy , get some personal gifts and help out small independent artist at the same time. 

I’ve been incredibly busy, and while Christmas is a truly wonderful holiday, my work duties always comes first.

Without knowing more about who these gifts are for, I can’t give you specific suggestions, but in general, any gift should meet at least two of the following criteria:

Something they want and/or need:

That they can’t afford/would never buy for themselves

That provides an opportunity they might not otherwise have to explore an interest or hobby

That provides an experience they might not otherwise pursue on their own (this one works especially well if you or their significant other can tag along for to share the experience and/or for moral support)

That commemorates a significant moment or event in their life that is shared with the giver.

We always say, who better to make and distribute adaptive technology than people who actually need it? You never really know how something is actually going to work in a real life situation if you’ve never been in it yourself.

As an athlete anatomy was, at times, my favourite, but not always. I did enjoy psychology, immensely, though. I suppose organic chemistry coming naturally for you was probably a good thing, all things considered.

I can see that. You are very welcome, if you need any help, I’ll be there. I suppose so. Sometimes I tend to be way too curious, although I assume it comes with the job. 

Right? I completely agree. I am positive it’s how they invented the ultrasound or the x-ray. Apologies, my mind’s full of medical comparisons.

It makes sense. Oh, it absolutely did. Pre-med times were very joyous. Where did you get your psychology degree?

What do you do when you aren't working?

Oh, I tend to stay busy, even on days off. I get involved with some engaging activities like reading, visiting museums or watching movies.

That would be Inception. However, I may change my mind one day. Hollywood keeps on making some brilliant movies.

Hello Chris, how has life been treating you? It has been a fair few months since I last saw you. Cooper and I missed out on the last Anderson Christmas due to work at Book of Mormon. I’m not sure what we’re doing for this holiday season. We’re hopefully spending it with my daughter.

I heard your work is being published, congratulations are in order.

Months later, and I’m starting to regret my decision.

When was your last date, and did it lead to a second?

It was over a year ago with one of the doctors I met at a conference. Although it seemed like we hit it off, both our schedules wouldn’t let us meet for a second date.
