When Cavalry Arrives...Perfect Timing ❤️🇧🇸👍 . Cavalry = World Central Kitchen . “Thank You” José Andrés & Josh Phelps, Your team rocks! . Team Air Flight and I just unloaded ice cold drinks, veggies, fruit, desserts and other goodies. Just needed a big, hot, delicious main meal. . Presto. World Central Kitchen arrives like the Cavalry. Impeccable timing, they nailed the RZ time perfectly! The WCK Team is the real deal. I’m not sure if their pilot is prior military or prior crop-duster but his flying skills are second-to-none. . How cool is WCK!? Week 1 Josh Phelps and I shared a bunch of intel about medical rescues, food & water shortages. At every turn, WCK stepped up to the plate without hesitation, regardless of time/expense. I sent Josh a Google Map Pin a week ago asking if WCK could help. Josh & WCK stepped up to the plate big time like they always do. Thank you WCK for genuinely caring and acting without hesitation. It means a lot! . Our outfit, Air Flight Charters, plays a small but needed part in the relief efforts delivering supplies to areas that aren’t easy to reach by helicopter or by boat. We fly them in and load them on our 3 vehicles to personally deliver them to those in need. This week- ladders, post-hole diggers, axes, air mattresses, air pumps, veggie drinks, tarps, a bunch of back packs loaded with goodies for the kids (thanks Tamara), lots and lots of water, chainsaws, bike pumps, bike tire tubes, repair kits, rice krispie treats, lots of canned food, peel-and-seal roofing, dog food, and much more.
